Experiencia fantástica: Balance is the best in the Northwest. I've been seeing Dr. Strand and Dr. DesJardins for many years for a wide variety of reasons. They are helpful, kind, and generous. Their staff is awesome as well. They have always been very accommodating and were there for me, my husband, and my daughter when we needed them. I would not consider going anywhere else for acupuncture, chiropractic, and massage services. I consider them family. If there were more stars I'd rate them a 10!

His integrity is sterling and his dedication to doing the very best for his patients (or anyone else) is outstanding.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Strand, Dr. DesJardins and the rest of the Balance team are the best group of healthcare professionals I’ve been lucky enough to see. Everyone in the office genuinely wants to make life better for not only their patients, but their community as well. I’ve been going for several years to treat a chronic knee problem that previously limited my running/hiking activities. With periodic (every 3-4 weeks) treatments, I live pain-free and don’t worry about pain or stiffness. The Balance team has also treated me for shoulder problems and the occasional cold/illness with great results! I can’t say enough good things about this place! The doctors and their staff have improved the quality of life both me and my wife and deserver far more than 5 stars!

Experiencia fantástica: After 4 visits Eric was able to lift the fog off my brain, it was like a light switch was turned on and I could process information, this was after a head on collision. Eric is very knowledgable in his field and is a really good listener. I highly recommend this office.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been treated by Balance Health and Injury Clinic for a variety of symptoms on several different occasions; back pain, a car accident, sinus infection. I have utilized all services Balance has to offer and have always come out of treatment feeling better with more control over the symptoms. The staff at Balance take the time to listen to your concerns and treat you like a patient, rather than a number. They have an incredibly kind and mindful bedside manner. I try to refer all those I know who seek Acupuncture, Chiropractic or Massage therapy to Balance!

Experiencia fantástica: Pretty much the perfect balance (see what I did there) of services and providers to help with chronic pain. I've been visiting Balance Health & Injury Clinic for almost two years and have found it to be the best and most comprehensive place to find relief from my chronic pain. They have a great team there from the desk staff to the awesome and highly knowledgeable providers. I've seen so many over time but I wanted to list a few by name who have been specifically excellent in helping me find ways to cope with my issues. Brook, who has been one of the best massage therapists I've ever seen. Seriously if I had unlimited funds I'd be getting a therapeutic massage from her twice a week for the rest of time. "Doctor D" AKA Dr. DesJardins (who's last name I will never be able to pronounce) has been an awesome chiropractor and is always good for a smile and a laugh even when you come in feeling pretty crummy. And Dr. Strand who's knowledge on acupuncture and a wealth of other things has really worked hard to try and find alternative paths for me. (And you should Google his name to see some of the awesome charity work he's spearheaded.) I really can't recommend these people and this place enough.

Experiencia fantástica: Restore the Dragon, let me tell you guys how amazing this product is. I call it liquid gold for your body! I've been using it for 8 yrs now and it has never filled to amaze me! I was told 8yrs ago after my 4th back surgery I had a 10%chance of walking again. After being referred to Restore the Dragon and using it and working hard for a year i began walking on my own. My leg has such nerve damage I should not be able to use it, amazingly i am able to use and move it and I owe so much of that to this little bottle of gold!!! I am beyond thankful for the pain relief it has brought to my life. Go get a bottle and you can thank me later!

Experiencia fantástica: As someone who has never seen a chiropractor before, I was honestly nervous about my visit. However, as soon as I walked in, and I was greeted, I felt much better. Dr. Gomez put me at ease by explaining the process and answering any questions I had. She made sure I was comfortable and really made me confident that I was in the right hands. I would highly suggest Dr. Gomez if you need to see a chiropractor and I will absolutely be returning.

Everyone seems very skilled and knowledgeable and they all do a great job of creating a peaceful, positive, and welcoming environment. I have fibromyalgia and many other issues that have forced me over the years to seek a lot of medical assistance and have seen MANY different doctors. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for people who treat you as a human being not just another patient or number!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place! I had been suffering from shoulder pain for almost 2 weeks when I decided to see my doctor. After explaining that my shoulder felt "out", was extremely painful and I couldn't sleep, I was offered muscle relaxers (what?!) and x-rays by my doc. One week later, I still hadn't heard back from my doctor about the x-rays, so I followed my husband to his appt at Balance Health & Injury Clinic. I proceeded to make an appointment for the next available time which would be the following day. Upon hearing of my experience and seeing the pain I was in, Dr Eric Strand decided to squeeze me in to be seen right away! He put me with Megan Gomez (during her lunch break). She immediately was able to diagnose me, adjust me, and give me instant relief from my pain. After a couple follow up visits for minor tweaking, I am feeling better than new. These people are SO kind and compassionate. It's obvious to me that they truly care about my well-being and not just my money. I will, and have, recommended them to everyone!! Even if you aren't suffering from an injury, definitely treat yourself to a massage from Brooke Braga. She is amazing!

EDIT 9/25/18: Updating after my first chiropractic appointment here. Dr. Gomez is absolutely fantastic and I feel better than I have in years. I continue to be extremely impressed with this clinic.

He walks the talk too, it is obvious he has studied martial arts for a long time. He makes his own topical herbal solutions and stocks a large pharmacy. He is gifted a bone setting and he took my pain away fast. I found him to be extemely professional and his office was very relaxing. If you are looking for a talented and knowledgeable healer- Eric Strand is the guy!

Experiencia fantástica: Eric came highly recommended from a friend of mine who is an accomplished endurance athlete. Plagued by knee injuries, I had all but given up on running until I went to see Eric for acupuncture. He was extremely knowledgeable and made the process very relaxing and comfortable. After a few weeks of seeing him, my knee pain subsided and I began to run again. I just signed up for a half marathon and can’t thank Eric enough for his expertise and professionalism.

The crew at Balance is fantastic, and Dr. Strand has helped me with past injuries, elbow, and a nasty mountain bike crash that tweaked my shoulder and the pain was horrible, however after a few sessions it's gone, he also got full mobility back in my shoulder and elbow, I was able to return to a full life, and back to practicing martial arts, and so many other activities. Forget the prescriptions get healthy without! Dr. Strand is amazing, Thanks!!

I looked online & found Balance Health & Injury Clinic in Gresham. My first visit to the clinic, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The people, atmosphere and vibes made me feel at home & in good hands. I feel that they really care about me & helping me feel better, and not just collecting money for my visits. I did not believe in acupuncture, it sounded crazy. I am now a firm believer & am so glad that I gave it a shot. I would highly recommend Balance Health and Injury Clinic to my loved ones and friends! The staff are very personable & professional. All acupuncturists, chiropractors & massage therapists are different. If you have tried it & didn't like it before, I highly recommend you go to Balance Health & Injury Clinic before you decide that it's not for you!
