Experiencia negativa: Please, why is there a lock on the restroom inside the entrance???!!!! I couldn't find anyone to help me. I wanted to visit my grandmother and for her to see her new grandson but because of the restroom lock issue we had to leave. This was quite a drive from home. To the owner, please be mindful of the family members and friends visiting their loved ones. It should not be so difficult to use a restroom

Experiencia negativa: The staff are always mean looking, very corporate like feel to the place.Staff cursing and talking as if family can’t hear them. Not a place I would have my parents at.

Experiencia negativa: My Mother had voluntary hip replacement surgery in March 2022. She went into Fairlawn rehab from the hospital after successful surgery and was misdiagnosed with covid, isolated, left in soaked depends with call button on floor. They failed to put rented machine on her legs to prevent clots. We put it on her. They said she had "failure to thrive " for failure to eat and depression. She came down with a blood clot and GI bleed and was sent to a hospital that had no GI doctors on staff. After speaking to Fairlawn staff the ER doctor suggested palatiative care. She lasted 6 days and died 1 mo. after elective surgery. Wouldn't send worst enemy to Fairlawn rehab.

Experiencia fantástica: I have called Fairlawn Village “home” for eleven years. And it truly is home to me. The staff is more like family, always cheerful, kind and very considerate. I can truthfully say “ Gods Spirit is in this place”.
