Experiencia negativa: Do NOT go here if you are on OHP and have COPD! They write inhaler prescriptions in a way OHP will not authorize and then they do not respond to attempts to get the prescription corrected. Now, while waiting to get into a PCP my wife is going to end up in the ER because she can't get an adequate prescription to last 12 more days. I once had a much higher opinion of this place.

Experiencia fantástica: They got me in and seen quickly. I had been to the ER 4 days prior with no dx, just told to rest and take advil and Tylenol. Go health diagnosed me, treated me and now 2 days later my pain is going away and I see marked improvement. I pulled a muscle that caused excruciating pain and could only stand upright for about 3min at a time. Im a nurse that works 40hrs a week and goes to the gym, so it was pretty devastating initially.

The provider was INCREDIBLE- compassionate, understanding, supportive, and actually had a sense of humor, which is cool. I was treated quickly but thoroughly. If I need to revisit, I absolutely will. Experiencia negativa: I have just experienced the most unprofessional health situation. I went into this Urgent Care with a urinary issue. I asked for a a cbc in addition to a urinalysis. Was diagnosed with a kidney infection without cbc. When I went to fill antibiotic the pharmacist was alarmed since a kidney infection can't be diagnosed with only a urinalysis. I then contacted my daughter, who is a doctor and both health professionals told me to get a cbc. When I went back to this urgent care they refused to do cbc. And refused to speak with my daughter. Now I'm headed to an emergency room. Also they were very nasty when I asked for the cbc to be done. How does a health care facility refuse your care? Incompetence or just a shady facility.

Experiencia positiva: There seemed to be a staff shortage because the waiting time to be seen was about 3-4 hours. I waited 4 hours to get a COVID test. The explanation was that there were many walk in clients plus the clients with appointments. When I arrived, there were 6 people in the waiting room. One client who had arrived before me waited more than 4 hours and finally made an appointment for the next day. This person was really ill and it was disappointing that she was not seen. I was finally seen about 5 pm to get the test. Thankfully, I tested negative.

Experiencia negativa: Doctor on shift was not helpful. I asked for any kind of after visit paperwork and refused to give me something.The nurses were nice enough to print something for me. I will not be going there for any reason. Dont recommend it.

Experiencia negativa: Don't be fooled. This is not an urgent care facility. This is a doctors office with 1 doctor on staff at a time. This is not a reflection of the staff, this is a reflection of the Legacy policy makers and insurance peddlers. The in-clinic staff were professional and courteous. Front Desk admin Jordan was polite and professional. There is no triage being done. We came in at 4pm and my 2 year old son had already thrown up 5 times. He threw up another 2 times in the waiting room. Meanwhile, people who scheduled online appointments kept coming in and being seen first. No issue with that, if it were a doctors office, but it's listed as urgent care. It's not.

Experiencia fantástica: Was quickly checked in by Jordan at the front, he was friendly and professional, as usual. The medical assistant was quick to bring me back. After getting all my vitals, they retrieved a sample from me and about 5 minutes later I was diagnosed, a prescription was called in and I was on my way. I appreciate that all my concerns were addressed and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. If only life went this smoothly elsewhere, maybe people would stress less and smile more. Experiencia negativa: The NP Rachel Davis is a quack squeezed my calf’s a few times and tells me I have tendinitis or muscle spasms and was in the room less than 5mins. Mind you I came in because I can’t walk. I would never recommend this facility to anyone friend or foe. I would be shocked if this woman doesn’t have racism.

Experiencia negativa: Literally the worst place to go for help! I had an appointment and waited over an hour to be seen with no one else there. When i asked the nurse about being seen she had the worst attitude and immediately became snide and spiteful to me so i left.

Experiencia negativa: The staff was friendly and nice. But never sign any paper without asking what that is. I went for the wrist pain. The doctor suggested me wear a brace. She gave me one but didn’t say it was $88. She handed me the paper handed me sign when talking about the Xray. I thought it was for the Xray. So I signed. Didn’t say a word about that paper. Turned out it was to say that I accepted to pay for the brace at the ridiculous price $88. I can buy a better one on Amazon or even other pharmacy stores at much lower prices.

Experiencia negativa: A little more compassion might be appreciated by most when being turned away at the front desk. At our medical facilities, we at least have the provider do an eval before throwing a patient back on the street after a dog attack. I guess that standard isn't the same anymore.

Experiencia negativa: The smell in the lobby was very bad. Humidity was very high. This is my second time stopping in here. I won't come back to this location again. It's disgusting. I left before talking to the receptionist. The breath of fresh outside air confirmed to me how bad the inside is.

Experiencia negativa: They took a urine sample and told me there was blood in it so they wanted to send it out to make sure I didn't have kidney issues. They confirmed sending it out and that I would see the results on the online portal. Never saw the results on portal it always said pending. Finally called to ask and they told me the lab threw it out because the sample was not valid. I HAD TO CALL TO BE TOLD THIS! I was never notified that this happened. I will never go here again.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE NUMBER WHEN MAKING AN APPOINTMENT! Made an appointment. Ended up canceling because my doctor could squeeze me in. After canceling I started getting telemarketer phone calls. Now I get 15 too 20 calls a day and I never received calls like this before. They will sell your info!!

Experiencia fantástica: Overall I had a very good experience here. The treatment I received was timely, concise, informative and given with kindness. My only complaint is minor and does NOT reflect upon the professionalism of the employees. It’s about an unintentionally misleading phone message. When I called, the automated message stated they were receiving walk-ins. Distracted, I took that at face value instead of waiting to speak to an actual person, which was my mistake. When I walked in I was told the message always says that but because it was nearing the end of the day I couldn’t be seen and had to schedule an appointment for the next. This was not an issue for me to do so but it may have been for someone else. I feel the message shouldn’t state that if it isn’t always the case. Otherwise, very pleased and would highly recommend them.

Experiencia negativa: Brought my daughter in about 2 weeks ago for strep and due to her symptoms they did not believe she had strep and did not test her. I went in as a walk-in 2 weeks later for sore throat. Checked in at 8:30 am and was not seen until 10:30 am. I tested positive for strep. Made my daughter an appointment for the next day and she also tested positive. I believe she’s had strep this whole time, but because she was denied testing, she went 2 weeks without treatment. I’d treat this facility more like a doctors office and not an urgent care. Make an appointment if you want to be seen promptly.

Experiencia fantástica: Even though the on call doctor was flooded with patients, she was still kind, professional, and did her job in a timely fashion. The staff was very friendly as well, they had smiles on their faces the whole time.

My husband is very ill & we went to this urgent care at 7:30pm & we were tuned away… cause they close at 8pm & they already have 3 people in the back & close at 8pm. Good riddance please lock the doors if you can’t help people w/ in the last hour open! If you are sick don’t bother going here!

Experiencia negativa: Tired of having to call just to get a run around and being told that they aren’t even capable of treating the same thing I told them when I came in. Gave me medication that didn’t help, then finally after 3 calls and 1 visit that took 3 hours to take a urine test and give me pepto bismol in a pill (which put me in pain) they said you’re going to need to go to the ER. FOUR DAYS LATER.

Experiencia negativa: This is not an urgent care facility as advertised. They are booked all day with appointments and they make you wait until a no-show. We are first in line for walk-ins and have been waiting for 2 hours. They will not give us any guidance about how long it will be to get seen by a Dr or Nurse. I recommend the ER if you need urgent care.

Experiencia negativa: Worst experience of my life. Went in for a mental health issue, and I’ve never felt more judged. This doctor had no compassion. Left within 5 minutes. But they sure did bill me…. I’m not sure what I’m paying for….. but I did.

Experiencia negativa: Probably never going here again, went here while I was the sickest I have ever been. The doctor looked at me for literally less than one minute told me to take some over-the-counter medicine and give it more time. Didn’t seem like he gave a genuine care in the world for how I was feeling or my symptoms. Not sure how someone with symptoms of an infection is not a concern to him. My sister, with the same symptoms and sickness I have right now, went to another urgent care and was promptly taken care of, and given antibiotics. Her doctor actually cared about how she was feeling which was very nice for her! All of the other staff and assistants were super nice though.

Experiencia negativa: I arrived before closing time with plenty of time...exactly two hours...it seems like they didn't really want to work...we arrived with something simple and they only sent us to the hospital...it's called urgent care...or not urgent... if you are near this place you better go to the hospital here you will not get the right treatment

Experiencia negativa: What I don't understand is why walk ins take priority over appointments.. It makes no sense. Traditionally, making an appointment meant you didn't have to wait. At this location, it's the opposite. I made an appt for a specific time and arrived on time. I watched as I saw my name repeatedly bumped for walks ins. Id be first in the queue, and then someone would walk in and then I'd see there name suddenly be number one, with it labeled "walk in" so it's not like it was someone who also made an appt. That's ridiculous. If I knew that walks ins were priority, I would have done that.

Experiencia fantástica: I visited Legacy as a drop in and as any Urgent Care, found I needed an appointment which was scheduled the next day. I was told I could come at 8 am the next morning and maybe get in then. I did that and they saw I was the 1st to arrive and took me right in. The facility was clean, staff was professional and really listened getting chart info updated and testing done. I was in and out within an hour. The staff followed up with me 48 hrs later telling me they changed my RX to a better one after my tests came back indicating a change was needed. I am on the mend thanks to the Legacy Urgent Care staff! Thanks so much Legacy!!

Experiencia fantástica: Short waiting time. Clean environment. Very nice medical professionals and staff. I felt very cared for and HEARD. Doctors don't always listen. Also, it was nice that my 11yo son and I were seen together as we were both sick. We have both recovered nicely. If I need Urgent Care again I would 100% go there again.

Experiencia fantástica: Jordan the wheelchair driver, reached out to us in the parking lot before we even came in. He helped set things up so I could stay in our car until a room was available. This really helped me. The gal that took my vitals was friendly and caring. The Dr who saw me was very helpful, took good care of my injury and advised me on what I needed to do from there. The wait was awhile, but it is an urgent care clinic. I'm so thankful they were there for me!

I was not ignored, from the moment I walked in, they paid attention, welcomed me, and moved straight forward getting me in as if I had an appointment. Experiencia fantástica: I was treated very respectfully making an appointment Saturday evening for the following day, Sunday. I also am happy to say I obtained a prescription from the Doctor who was on duty, ( my provider was not available because of the holiday and the call center sent me to a companion clinic/ physician). That provider didn't think I needed a prescription but told me to call in if I started having a discharge from my eye which I did and it began the following morning. I was called back from the state of Tennessee (!) to say that no providers in my area Portland, Oregon with my provider werw available to provide prescriptions. I was advised to go an urgent clinic. I was prescribed an antibiotic eye drop. A stye in my eyelid became infected. It may seem strange to think we may now have to present to an urgent clinic for such a common, ordinary condition. My husband and I use the same provider. I think they are overworked and their patient load must be overwhelming. Thankful sincerely for the treatment I received. Pam

Experiencia fantástica: Children’s emergency department did a wonderful job. We went in on a late Saturday morning and had no wait. The rooms are wonderful, the nurses and doctors walked my child through every step, my child was well taken care of and we left with treatment and knowledge. Experiencia negativa: I made an appointment with the insane idea I’d actually be seen. They took my copay quick enough, but that was all. I sat there an hour and a half because I’d already paid. The woman whose appointment was after mine came in to ask what was talking so long and the nurse told her she was next when the board showed I was next. I looked up a minute later to see I had been bumped down the list, again. At that point, I asked the nurse how I could get my copay back because I was moving down the list instead of up. She immediately adopted a condescending tone and reiterated they were “running behind”, like that explained at all why I kept getting bumped. I sat in that waiting room nauseous and shaking for an hour and a half for no reason. Why do they even make appointments? I strongly recommend giving this one a pass.

Experiencia negativa: I came in for a walk-in for a skin infection I thought was cystic acne, because I have a history with hormonal problems and recently had issues with my birth control. I know I probably should have went in days prior but I've already been excessively absent from work. I took care of the wounds for a week. Keeping them clean, draining at night in the shower, changing the bandages three times a day, and cleaning in between those changes. Sometimes on breaks at work. It seemed to keep it from getting infected while I waited for a window to see a doctor. I'm set up with legacy and myhealth so this seemed like it would be a good option. The male receptionist was very nice. Checked me in, as I am in between health insurances at this time, I didn't mind paying the fee for the visit. I wouldn't have minded the 45 minute wait if I didn't hear obxious giggling towards the back while I was the only person in the waiting room. Skye checked me into room 2. I explained everything and made light of the situation by making jokes. After she left, I waited maybe 15 minutes for Dr. Susan Rosen. She came in and asked me what was going on and what my symptoms were. Standard. I replied that I thought it might be cystic acne because I have hormonal issues and recently got off birth control. She asked me if I had ever had cystic acne before. I said no. She made a crooked smile and said, "Then it's not cystic acne." I was in a tank top with my hair up. Reason being it was 85 degrees outside and the leather seats in my car were the equivalent of lava rocks. The wounds were on the right side of my face and upper right shoulder/back. The one on my back was a decently sized abscess. She was asking me what I had been using to treat it because the skin dried in a weird way. I explained I was using egg white pour cleansing foam, pore emulsion, toner, and moisturizer, including face masks on occasion. She stated that it was most likely the toner that caused the dry skin. I had my face and back bandaged, learning that the adhesive was not the best for the sensitive areas. Understandably so. Not supposed to use special cleansers and whatnot. I tend to stick to Korean skincare products. Not saying I know more than the doctor, but I'm 99% sure that the egg wash prevented further infection. Everyone's skin is different. She looked at the wounds and guessed it might be a staph infection. The one on my back was oozing, as well as the small one on my nose. She asked me about any risks of infection. I told her I work with live fish. And it's actually pretty common to get microbacterium infections from getting splashed in the face. She took a culture from the abscess on my back and prescribed me some doxycycline. After removing all the bandages, she had given me two wrapped pieces of gauze and a handful of batracin packets, setting them down beside me as if I asked for extra sauce in the taco bell drive-thru. Gave me the invoice and summary of our visit, opened the door, and said I was good to go. I was kind of sitting on the exam table dumbfounded. Like... Was I supposed to ask her to come back and help? Was I supposed to request a special service of draining the wound and putting gauze in it? This is standard medical care in the military, by the way. But.. My back is exposed and oozing pus, the door is wide open, Susan has her back turned to me while she tippity types on her computer. I didn't really want to exit the room oozing pus in front of the entire staff and waiting area, that now had six people in it. Plus it's hot as balls outside. I had maybe slept three hours each night because of the pain. I start wrapping them myself before I leave. I hear a nurse outside say: "Does she know she can leave?"" . " That nurse walks up and says loudly:" You can leave." I told her I was bandaging the wounds up. She just says OK and leaves. I still don't have the culture results. Not coming back here. Humiliating experience.

Experiencia negativa: They have an interesting definition of "urgent care." I brought my 15 year old daughter here for UTI symptoms and was told we could either sit around and WAIT--up to SIX HOURS--for a cancelation or "make an appointment" and come back tomorrow. In the meantime, my daughter is suffering. But they don't give a damn .
