They did an amazing job of answering all my questions, and explaining their answers in a way that helped me create a better mind/body connection. They explained the exercises in a way that helped me understand what I needed to feel during the routine and notice what was working and what wasn't. They were open to my suggestions regarding different paths of care.

I have had physical therapy in the past for various sports related injuries and I can say that SportsCare was probably the best overall experience I’ve had so far. The scheduling receptionists are all so friendly and helpful. The facility is great and my therapist just awesome. I had a bit of a complex soft-tissue problem going on with my back (that no chiropractor has ever been able to figure out) and my therapist Dr. Ethan methodically trouble shot the problem and fixed my chronic back pain within a few visits. 10/10. I won’t go anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the second time I've been to SportsCare - first for a sprained left knee, and this time for recovery after meniscus tear surgery on my right knee. The first time my doctor recommended SportsCare and I saw Tony, so this time I knew I wanted him to handle my treatment. Everyone from front staff, therapist (Tony) and assistant (in this case, Hannah) are great to work with! I never leave with a question unanswered, and my recoveries have been even quicker than I hoped. I don't know why anyone would choose another clinic for their care/recovery.

The receptionist actually answered the phone, which was a refreshing change, compared to the other place I tried. The staff were helpful and able to schedule my various sessions. Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely LOVE these guys! I found myself with a severed & torn achilles tendon, so had a dual repair, which is it's own set of interesting issues. My PT was Tony R. He listened to me and never once left me feeling like I didn't know my own body. The staff here pushed me when I needed it, but never made me feel like a recalcitrant child when I hit a rough spot during my recovery and couldn't maintain the exercise schedule. My healing still isn't finished, but they gave me the tools and confidence to move forward on my own, while making sure I feel welcome to come back if I run into any more obstacles. If you are facing any sort of Physical Therapy needs, I highly recommend the team here.

Have used PT at 4 other clinics previously for other injuries. Though all were good experiences, I have felt more supported here than anywhere else.

Experiencia negativa: Bad customer service. I called to schedule an appointment talked with "Mar" her behavior on the phone seemed like she didn't want to schedule me. I explained why I was calling twice but her attitude was off putting and sound like she just didn't want to help schedule me. I even asked are you wanted me to call somewhere else based off her responses. Just a bad customer service experience.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is so good! Not only did I heal my repetitive motion shoulder/rotator cuff injury and regain my previous strength and mobility, I learned so much! I now have a solid routine I can do 3 times a week to maintain, progress, and avoid future injury. It’s a routine that feels manageable and I’m more mobile and stronger than before my injury. They stuck with me and kept me motivated for as long as it took to get better. The staff are friendly, organized, timely and SO knowledgeable. Thank you Tony, Tiff, Tyler, Mar, Joe and the rest too! Also no amount of questions were too many. Good people. Solid practice. I’ve experienced less than helpful physical therapy at other places in the past. But I’d recommend Sportscare to anyone, even if you don’t think of yourself as an athlete.

Experiencia fantástica: Had my shoulder worked on at this facility for several weeks and highly recommend it to anyone with any injuries. Every staff member I worked with were total pros. I feel recovered and can return to living a lifestyle without pain and loss of mobility. Tony is extremely smart and attentive and lets you work at your own pace, customizing a treatment plan that’s effective and realistic without being grueling. I was treated with respect and care at every level, which I think is notable as physical therapy can be extremely humbling. Tiffany is incredibly sweet, thoughtful and skilled, she made every session I had a pleasure. I don’t know what they’re getting paid but it can’t possibly be enough.

Tony the physical therapist put me through my paces, but he got me to reach my goals and in some cases far exceed my goals. My surgeon wasn't even expecting that, especially at two weeks. I graduated from PT today and I couldn't have made it through without all the staff. The physical therapist, his assistants nor the front office staff. Everyone assists in your care from the moment you walk in their door. This is one of the best physical therapy offices I've ever worked with, and I've worked with a lot. This is a damn good facility with kind & compassionate staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Went to my doctor for shoulder pain. Exercises he prescribed were not working for weeks. Went to see Joe at NE PDX SportsCare PT and saw progress after the first visit. The frozen shoulder diagnosis and prescribed therapy were spot on. He gave me tips and gave me an understanding of what to expect as I progressed. A week later I had better movement but still progress to be made. I highly recommend Joe Fricke and the staff at NE PDX SportsCare PT.

Tony Rosati who was able to go beyond the doctor's original referral to address several other issues I was having. In a few weeks, I was able to get up enough courage to join a gym. I was discharged from Sportcare and am maintaining agility and strength as I was trained by Master Tony. In addition, I know Tony has my back if something comes up in the future. Thanks.

He was fantastic and he helped me to regain my knee in a short amount of time. I had my surgery March 12,2019 an today I was released from his wonderful care. He is very good with his knowledge, an also very compassionate in what he does. I would highly recommend him for anyone needing physical therapy, or any one that works there.. I will go back to them anytime I need them in the future. They do many kinds of Physical Therapy.. This clinic is very relaxing to your needs..

Now ,less than four months later, l have what I feel is better movement and superior strength than preop. They measured what I could do to give us a baseline; calmed down the hurt area so it could heal; ran me through stretching and exercises so I could get better there - and do exercises at home. Then they put an ice pack on. I always left there feeling better, healing and hopeful. Each practitioner was terrific and encouraging. I just 'graduated' and feel ready to go back to cross country skiing. A few months ago I couldn't lift my arm. Highly recommend them!!!!!!!

Because of their work, I've been able to maintain a decent lifestyle the past 10 years as this now 71-year-old body stumbles along. They helped me with a torn ankle ligament 10 years ago that enabled me to walk again, and in recent monoliths have helped an ailing hip back to almost normal. They are thorough, engaging, personable and recognize that healing takes time and patience. They are the very best.

In each case, Joe got me back up to speed and back on my mountain bike quickly and with no lingering effects. And did I mention that I avoided surgery in each case? He quickly diagnosed it, gave me a PT regime to do at home (instructions with videos on my phone, how easy is that?!?), and within 2 weeks I am totally fixed.
