Experiencia fantástica: John and staff are great. Very intuitive and openly make recommendations when PT is not enough. Thoroughly trust them with my hip rehabilitation.
Experiencia fantástica: John has the unique skill of being able to evaluate my issues and then give me the trigger point rehab and exercises I need to get back and stay on track. John has helped me rehab after an ankle surgery and a hip surgery.
Experiencia fantástica: I initially decided to use their services due to the proximity of their location to my home. As I have been going and correcting the issues I have with my leg, I have noticed how professional and knowledgeable they are. I have been able to regain a lot of my motion and ability and work with a PT who has really put me back on the track to healing and gaining my health back. Great team!
Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Majerus by my PCP after a back injury. Prior to my therapy with Majerus I was in severe pain, unable to sit comfortably or even put on socks on some days. I was scared to attempt lifting things, even though I routinely lifted 50-100 lbs at work prior to my injury. After 5 sessions (1 per week) I feel normal again, and getting stronger each day. I am able to do all the normal things in life again without pain or discomfort. My DPT, David Weston, was superb. Knowledgeable and skilled, he was able to work with me to provide exactly the exercises I needed. When I first came in I really didn't think therapy would resolve my issue. By the end I was blown away at my healing and strengthening. David was awesome and I wholeheartedly recommend Majerus to anyone who needs to recover from an injury. Edited to add: The whole staff was fantastic. Everyone I encountered was friendly and welcoming!

Experiencia fantástica: My wife had the privilege to experience an evaluation by the owners John & Jodie Majerus. The physical evaluation by John was thorough and helpful and thoughtful as he added new dimensions and solutions to other assessments. If you have the opportunity add the Majerus & Co. Physical Therapy to the top of your list for your physical therapy needs. You won't be disappointed.
Experiencia negativa: Sold me an $8,000 machine to help the lipedema in my legs by convincing me and my insurance company that it was actually lymphedema. Guess what, machine doesn't work and just sits under my bed collecting dust because that's not what I have. Had several 'sessions' with their therapist and all he could do is tell me how smart he was about chemistry instead of actually helping me. Ended up finding a massage therapist that specializes in lipedema, knows the pain that people like me go through and in one session, did more for me than Majerus ever did. Giving two stars instead of one because Majerus used to be a good place to go before they moved. Also, you'd think after conning someone into buying such an expensive piece of equipment there would at least be a follow-up call? Nope. Not one call to see how I'm doing. Also, their billing service is horrible. At least have an online option so that people don't have to bring their bills to work so they can pay before billing closes at 4pm.
Jennifer - We apologize that the aspects of your treatment that you mentioned felt substandard. All types of edema are indeed difficult syndromes to treat and usually require a multi-pronged approach. We know that the fit between the clinician and patient is a delicate balance and if you had brought your dissatisfaction up with our clinic manager, we would have assisted you in consulting with another provider. We usually do check in after patients have finished, so we will figure out how that fell through the cracks. We don't sell the pumps; that entity is completely separate from our company and we don't get any kind of kick-back. If you would like assistance in contacting them regarding the fact that it isn't working for you, please call the clinic and we would be glad to help. It's great to hear that the MT you found was able to provide some relief; it can be really challenging to figure out what combination of education, compression, skin care, lymphatic mobilization, and pain management (all of which we strive to provide) is going to provide the most relief for complex patients. Again, we are sorry that you were disappointed and would have hoped you would have contacted us directly so that we could have attempted to rectify the situation. Our outside Billing Department works in conjunction with our front desk staff; our clinic is open from 7 am-6 pm M-F and can always take payments over the phone or assist in other ways. I apologize that this was not the information you understood and we will strive to make sure patients are clear about their options in the future. Experiencia negativa: Not good at all. If you work for an airline, I would' t even bother going there. They knew what I did for work, but then scheduled me always for a lengthy intake +. This place was a ghost town, and now I can see why. I recommend Rebound. They have been great
Ursula - I'm very sorry that you were disappointed in our policies and how they affected you. That timeframe was during a peak in COVID and we were still learning about what the risks were. We treat vulnerable individuals in our practice and at that point in time also had staff members and families all along the continuum from expecting new babies to undergoing treatment for cancer. We were doing our best to keep everyone safe from exposure to the virus; to date, none of our clinical or administrative staff have become infected - an accomplishment that we think shows our commitment to our patients' health. I hope that in future reviews you could take all that we have to offer into account such as convenience of location, courtesy and efficiency of front desk staff, professionalism and skill of clinicians, and prompt, reliable communication with your physician's office. As the situation with COVID continues to evolve and change, we hope you consider giving us another opportunity. Fly safe and be well!

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is fantastic, the physical therapists are focused on patient care and not turning out numbers. The location is clean and private consults along with the suprisingly large open treatment area completes the feeling of the high quality of care received here. I would highly recommend this location. Parking is free and it can be a bit crowded due to the high volume of traffic in that small complex, but I would argue that it's a small price to pay for the care you'll receive.
Hi Chris! A lot has happened since you were in (ha - understatement of the past 2 years!) We've moved to a bigger, brighter space a few blocks south. Same great staff, more ample and dedicated parking, good tunes! Thank you for noticing our commitment to patient-centered therapy; we could provide rehab using a different model but then none of us would enjoy coming to work as much as we do :-) Hopefully, you won't have a need to come see us again anytime soon, but if you do, your parking spot in front of the door is waiting and we are ready to get you back into action. Experiencia fantástica: I suffered whiplash from a rafting accident for a year before finally going to Majerus. Jess was awesome. I had some chiropractic treatment that didn't help at all. After about 2 month of physical therapy I have been pain free for over six months. I really recommend this over chiropractic especially if it's not working for you. Thanks so much Majerus!
