Experiencia fantástica: I found this office after injuring my forearm in the gym. Katie and Luke are both very knowledgeable in their field. While I worked mostly with Luke and a couple of times with Katie, the entire staff was always welcoming, friendly, and supportive. As my symptoms evolved, Luke was able to modify therapy to address new and changing symptoms as I progressed with my treatment plan. They have all helped me return to baseline. I would not hesitate to return if I need physical therapy again.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough good things about Robbins Rehab West!! I’m an active 70+ year old & had a total knee replacement. My husband has been treated here for various issues (including a hip replacement) & we wouldn’t go anywhere else. The majority of my sessions were with Katie but I also worked with Kelly. I went for a few weeks before my surgery to “prepare” then started back again 2 days after surgery. I am 3 1/2 months post surgery & back on the pickleball court & in my exercise classes. Still a little stiff but no pain & very good range of motion. I am totally confident in my new knee. The therapy I received there was excellent & the therapists were amazing. Katie & Kelly listened & treated me as needed. I highly recommend Robbins to anyone who will listen PLUS Pennsylvania is a direct access state so you don’t need a prescription to go. If you are in pain go & get evaluated. Thank you Robbins Rehab for all the good you do to make people’s lives better!!

I have been to other physical therapists over the years and honestly Robbins is absolutely far and away the best. The therapists I had here (Katie and Kelly mostly- but their entire team is great) were so knowledgeable. They always took the time to evaluate my progress, making necessary adjustments along the way. I came in with so much pain and dysfunction in my left hip and SI joint, and have made remarkable progress. On top of that, their team is so pleasant and friendly. I always felt like I was in the very best hands. I have recommended them to so many friends and of course would go nowhere else should I need any therapy help in the future!

Experiencia fantástica: After shoulder repair surgery that was only 60% successful, I chose Robbins Rehab on Iroqouis Trail. I can't say enough good things about Katie and Kelly as they helped me regain range of motion and strength. Always encouraging through some tough exercises, celebrating progress and always addressing concerns or issues as they arose. Vanessa was always on top of things in her assistance as was the rest of the team, they work so well together. My husband was going through therapy at the same time after a knee replacement, he echos my thoughts. A cheerful environment in which to rehab.

Experiencia fantástica: Went to Robbins Rehab with lumbar pain and spasms. Katie did my evaluation and we set goals for my rehab. She was professional and efficient. I also worked with Kelly as my therapist. The exercises and tips they gave me were so helpful and I was able to walk out of their pain free. They supplied a list of exercises for at home and I have continued these practices. They were so kind and helpful and I loved the friendly banter during my visits. Everyone that worked there made you feel comfortable and well cared for.

They have not only got me walking again in a short period of time when I thought it wasn't possible,but they are what I would consider master wizards of their craft.i came to robbins after haveing a failing experience at another establishment right off the bat I knew I made the right move to join this team.they have made me feel like family and gave me the tools to succeed in my road to recovery couldn't thank them enough. With a combination of care from the Upper Mac and Bethlehem offices, Katie, Bailey, Dakota, and Tatum helped me feel confident on my feet again. What knowledgeable, kind, and motivational therapists they all are, ensuring the best quality of care at every visit. I will surely go back to them for any future ailments.

Experiencia negativa: The therapists are great but be very careful it you are paying out of pocket. I got an estimate and went to a dozen sessions for a month and paid the amount they quoted each time. A month after my treatment ended I got a bit saying I owed them over 250 more (31% more than they quoted me for each treatment). If they had told me the true price up front I would have been able to make a decision and probably been happy now. This seems very deceptive as they knew the length of my treatment every time and knew I was paying out of pocket. There response was that my quote was only an estimate. They only figured that out after 1 month of treatment and 1 additional month.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a great experience. I’ve gotten help from these guys for multiple athletic injuries. I’m in my 40s and they keep me feeling like I’m in my 30s. They’re not afraid to challenge you to be your best (while making it fun), but also know when it’s appropriate to focus on mobility and recovery. They offer multiple other services too such as massage and nutrition. Very passionate about what they do. A very different experience than the larger networks I’ve tried in the past. Would never go anywhere else.

It starts when you walk through the door - each member of the team (during my time there all female) greeted me by name with a smile, immediately making me feel welcome and comfortable. The office was always clean and orderly, and staff was constantly wiping down surfaces to ensure a safe, germ reduced setting. Scheduling was easy and finding a time that worked with my busy schedule was never an issue. It may sound strange but I didn't want to say goodbye on my last day - the team made me feel we became friends. I stop in to say hi every now and then since I work out at the suite next door....they always remember my name. Experiencia fantástica: My experience at Robbins Upper Macungie couldn’t have been better. I rehabbed my right shoulder following surgery and then had more PT on my chronic back problems. The shoulder is back to working again without pain. The back pain was reduced at the end of my treatment and with home exercises designed for me, my back feels the best it has in two years. Katie and Kelly and all the staff are professional and attentive. Highly recommended!

Katie, Luke and Bohdan have a great rapport with each other, as well as their clients. The supportive environment makes it easier to work towards healing, even when that healing might be painful. I won’t go anywhere else for physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I first came to Robbins last May for therapy of my right shoulder injury (rotator cuff) that was the result of a fall. My gauge for recovery was simple – being able to begin paddling solo canoe again by mid-summer without pain (that is, with no more pain than is normal for a 70-year-old in so-so shape). In a few short months, Katie, Bailey, and the fantastic team of Robbins therapists got me back into paddling shape. I was out the door with instructions to maintain my shoulder exercise routine. Time passed and I backed off somewhat on the recommended exercise routine. And this past winter I fell again, less severely thankfully. As a result, in February I returned to Robbins with flared up shoulder pain. I admit I was uncertain about getting in shape for paddling in time for a southern trip that was scheduled in March. With Katie and Kelly leading the Robbins team this time, goals were set. And once again, the remarkable care and expertise of their team got me back in ship (uh, canoe) shape! When I find myself in need of Physical Therapy again, I will trust Robbins for their professional care, knowledge, and friendly atmosphere. Thanks Robbins Rehabilitation!

Katie was super attentive and patient, answered all my questions, and always monitored my physical therapy to make sure I had the correct form. Experiencia fantástica: Having injured myself and needing quality treatment for my shoulder injury, I was recommended Robbins rehabilitation center, which by coincidence, had a branch very close to home in Upper macungie. Their approach to physical therapy was designed to exactly what I needed to recover and resume work safely and every session there was time spent in a friendly, safe and effective program. My physical therapy here has been exceptional, receiving personal care from Kelly, Katie, and the young intern, Shannon. Even Vanessa in admin was extremely proactive in setting up insurance, approvals, and scheduling. While I am excited to get back to my job and life at home, I will miss the camaraderie and laughter here that helped me heal body and soul!! I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone in need of PT and I thank them for making light work of my rehabilitation.

Experiencia fantástica: I came to Robbins with chronic plantar fasciitis in my right foot and long-ignored issues in my left. It was difficult to exercise or even walk to the mailbox. Katie listened to my injury story, heard me, and immediately set about with a plan. Kelly joined forces, and in a few sessions my pain had declined and my flexibility increased. I began to feel steadier on my feet and my legs were stronger. Even my knees, from long ago surgeries, felt better. Then Jesse took over, showed a lot of compassion when listening about my body aches and other issues, and continued with the plan that was working to reduce my pain and get me back to my former activity level. She also addressed balance inconsistencies, and Zach and I had some fun therapy with simultaneous ball throwing and trivia competitions. And thank you, Luke for showing me proper form for a number of exercises. You all have brought me a long way, and while I hope to see you again, I hope I don't see you again.

Experiencia fantástica: Several years ago I went to Robbins for an issue with severe low back pain. Prior to going there I had gone through PT at two different places. The first resulted in no improvement and the second actually made things worse. I had almost sworn off going ever again until a new doctor that I was working with recommended Robbins. I wish I would have found them the first time! After almost two years of trying to figure out how to fix my back problem I finally felt like someone was really listening to me. What they told me about my issue made sense for the first time. They helped me get back to a very good place where I was often pain free. So when I needed PT after having neck surgery I knew exactly where I was going. This time was with a different physical therapist and at a different location. It was really nice to get the same personalized attention as I had experienced with Robbins in the past. Throughout this process I struggled with frequent headaches and muscle tension. Katie and Kelly helped me make adjustments along the way that helped reduce those issues so that I could keep making progress. Thanks to their guidance I am confident that I can continue to make more progress on my own. I know that if I have any concerns I can still reach out to them for advice. I highly recommend Robbins Rehabilitation to anyone that needs physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: As a born sceptic I was hesitant to believe that Physical Therapy would help the pain in my lower back from an injury I received on the job. I was sent to Robbins per my employer's insurance. Boy, was I wrong! After my first session I felt sinificant improvement. Rhe attention I got from the friendly staff was extraordinary. They really care. My treatment was very peronalized and customized to my injury and pain. It has been significant progress ever since. (5 weeks so far. ) I am able to do things again that were impossible 6 weeks earlier; like walk without a limp and severe pain. I can walk normally now with no pain. I never would have believed it. I am no longer a sceptic but a believer of the miracle recovery I experienced at Robbins.

My time there saw a signifigant improvement in my symtoms from when I first started. Do the exercises they give you to use at home, they really work !!! Unfortunately, some therapists move on but those that are there currently, Katie & Bailey are fantastic. Luke helps while other patients are being worked on. He's terrific as well. I highly recommend the Robbins team !!!

Every time I go into the office, I feel welcome and comfortable. All of the physical therapists are super helpful and very friendly! I learned proper form for squatting and other leg workouts to protect my knee from further pain. Upin "graduation", I was given exercises to do at home to continue my progress! 12/10 recommend Robbins!

I went to Robbins with chronic hip and shoulder pain, and now my issues are resolved and I have a plan to keep the pain at bay. I was put on a great program which strengthened my hip and leg and now I can resume my cardio and strength training at the gym with no issues.

In my past I needed PT for a hip a problem and I went to a different Robbin’s location (Cedars Crest Blvd.) where I had an excellent experience. So I had high expectations, which were easily met. This time I was in for my shoulder, given the success that I have had with Robbins, I don’t think I would ever trust my body’s PT needs to anyone else.

They listened to my specific injuries, empathized with the pain I was suffering and devised a plan of attack to address the areas that needed attention. Shout out to Kaitlyn, Jessica, Zach, Luke and John who guided me through my PT and got me back to doing the activities I love! When I began with them, I couldn’t get through 9 holes of golf without acute back, heel and knee pain. Now, I can play 18 holes pain free and feel like I could keep going! If I ever have a need for PT in the future (hopefully not) I will not hesitate to call on them again to get me back on track! Experiencia fantástica: I came to Robbins unable to lift my arm above my head after radiation treatments. They got me back to a full range of motion, and I had fun while doing it! Highly recommend because they will push you but are kind and genuinely care about the patients.

Experiencia fantástica: I hurt my shoulder at the gym and was unable to do a simple push-up. After a week and some rest the condition only got worse. So I walked into Robbins West for some help. (I was aware of their outstanding reputation so they were my only choice.) The staff did not disappoint. Katie, Kelly, Zach and Luke were outstanding. They quickly assessed the problem and in just 6 weeks I was back to my normal routine in the gym! They will physically challenge you and are serious about healing your issue. The greatest thing about Robbins is that you feel like you’re visiting with long time friends. No matter how busy they may be you always feel like the most important part of their day when you walk through the door. They are professional, genuine, caring and above all good humans. My therapist, Katie, evaluated and diagnosed my issue and provided an exercise program personalized to achieve the results I needed. She is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manner! The other staff members are equally as pleasant and proficient. The clinic was always meticulously cleaned and there is plenty of room between patients. Experiencia fantástica: I visited the Bethlehem office in order to be treated for a shoulder impingement. I was treated by Dakota Strohl, Tatum Trexler, and Bailey Leslie. All of my therapists were very professional, competent and thorough. I was satisfied with the progress that I had made during the time that I was with them. I had requested some warm-up moves that I could do before I got out of bed in the morning, and Dakota explained several movements that I later, would find very helpful. I also found Jake, who works behind the desk and also helps with therapy, to be very pleasant and personable. I would not hesitate to recommend Robbins Rehab to anyone in need of physical therapy! Later, I went to school for physical therapy, and came back to complete shadowing hours with Katie.
