The last three months I have worked with John Paholski to get my life back on track after having a bone marrow edema. John is knowledgeable, kind and caring. His goal for me was to be pain free and to get me back to doing all the activities I love. I was treated as a valued individual with therapy that was tailor made just for me. I also want to give a shout out to the professional and friendly staff. They are happy to help in any way they can. While John was my therapist the other therapists are giving their all for their patients. I will be forever grateful for the care I received.

Ten years ago I worked with John to regain the full use of my arm after a horrendous car accident. Highly skilled professionals, combined with one on one personal sessions and a spotless friendly facility all contribute to positive results at this center.

Experiencia fantástica: I had visited an orthopedic doctor for a neck pain that transferred down my arm. I was recommended to a neurosurgeon who scheduled surgery. Thought I’d give pt one last time. My wife had heard good things about John so gave him a try. He immediately saw an issue with my posture and after 4 sessions, my pain was gone. I shutter to think I almost had surgery. Will return as needed even with the hour and 15 minute drive.

Peter identified the part which causes the pain and gave the suggestions on the stretching exercises that I had to do which helped me to recover....Thanks for the help Peter!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I are both big fans of Physical Therapy Center of Rocky Hill. I needed PT after neck surgery, and my husband needed help with a partially torn Achilles. John is professional, knowledgeable and personable. We plan to use him for any future PT needs. The office staff is also extremely friendly and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to this center for almost 10 years and every time the experience is exceptional. A doctor had recommended this group to me but I went to a group my insurance company provided. Well I should have listened to my doctor. The one from my insurance was a large group and scheduled multiple patients for a therapist at one time. So the person was not exclusively working with you and rotating among the patients scheduled for what you thought was only your time slot. Also the PT done was not exactly what the doctor had prescribed and my recovery PT was not helping. So I switched over to PT Center of Rocky Hill and saw Eric Milman who started providing the right care for my particular recovery and have stayed since. I have needed PT for Foot Surgery and I was given a recommendation for foot wear that helped when I had to start wearing orthotics. The store was very helpful and did not try to sell me just anything and worked to make me happy and also fit my new orthotics correctly. I now have a new foot wear store that I will keep going too. I have also now been going to this group for rotator cuff surgery recovery and now PT for the other arm. I have sent my husband and daughter also to this group when they needed PT and refer friends. The group is unique in that each patient is treated exclusively by the therapist assigned and you have your time alone (no group stuff going on). I have been recently going for recovery of rotator cuff surgery. It was a slow and steady progress to regain my full range of motion and now working to add use and weight. It continues to progress forward with my doctor very satisfied with my recovery. Eric thoroughly explains what the doctor has requested and provides answers to my many numerous questions no matter how many asked. The atmosphere is friendly, safe, clean and overall staff of caring people. If you want to have a good PT experience and feel like you are getting personal care and attention then this is the place for you. You will not be sorry you decided on them.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to The Plysical Therapy Center of rocky Hill for a few years for different issues from RA. My doctor recommended John and said that he sends patients from all over the state to see him. I have chronic pain and there are many times that I walk in in pain and leave the same day with complete relief. Each time I went here it as for a different injury and they were able to help me improve function long term as well. The service here is exceptional - friendly and professional from every aspect. Update-July 2021 I’m back at The Physical Therapy Center with John Paholski for the past 8 months, I’ve been battling an injury and RA that caused Achilles Tendinitis. For a while, I didn’t think I’d walk the same again but, John has helped me get it almost back to normal in 8 months and, I know I’ll be running again before long. I was told it takes a 1-1/2 to 2 years for someone with RA to make significant improvement with this injury but, it’s now happening much sooner than I expected. John uses specialized techniques. When you talk to others who see him, they also describe how amazing his techniques are. You’re missing out if you are not getting treated there.

Experiencia fantástica: As a runner, I've been to my fair share of physical therapists. PTC of Rocky Hill is by far the best I've experienced. I worked with John, and felt that our time was used in constant evaluation and adjustment, rather than the usual "do your exercises, then we will do ice and massage" you find at most PT centers. I've had hip bursitis for several years, and been to several physical therapists and an orthopedist for help--and cortisone shots. Until John took the time to dig deeper into the issue and look at my mechanics, I had no relief. John discovered the underlying issue, gluteal tendinopathy, and we addressed it with a number of small mechanics changes and strengthening exercises I can do at home. I'm beyond thrilled with the care I received-- and pain free for the first time in over a year. The front office staff is very helpful, and will work with you to find appointments that fit into your schedule. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I've never had a PT tell me I was done--I have always made that decision myself. But last week John said just that-- that I didn't need to come back. Job well done.

Experiencia positiva: I was referred to Physical Therapy Center of Rocky Hill (PTCRH) by a podiatrist who had recently (early March,2021) operated on my left foot. Five weeks out I still had significant swelling. And after just 1 week of expert treatment, (administered by Joanne) I saw marked improvement, after 2; further improvements. I then realized that the staff at this facility really knows what they’re doing, & that with their combined knowledge & experience, there really isn’t any challenge or specific problem in the realm of PT that they can’t fix. I also noticed something else about their operation: they’re always asking one another for advice, & bouncing theories & ideas around, much like how a think tank functions. Overall, very impressive! ☑️

Pt staff, highly trained, experienced , wide range of treatment modalities utilized. The therapists use many different approaches and always customize your plan of care. They consult with each other and you are included in every decision regarding your care. If they want you to exercise at home, fully explained, they observe you doing them and often print off pictures and instructions. Someone works with you for the entire appointment. I believe this is what sets them apart from other physical therapy practices and results in optimum outcomes for the patient .

Clearly an expert in all things pelvic floor she explains things clearly and effectively. Super friendly and listens to all the details, her bedside manner makes you feel cared for. Results! Experiencia fantástica: I had rotator cuff surgery. Used the physical therapy center associated with the surgeon. Spent 12 weeks in PT and was in pain and limited movement the entire time. Decided to switch to RH Physical Therapy and in 1 session was pain free and could move. I just couldnt believe it! I told them they're miracle workers and will NEVER use another pt center.
