Experiencia negativa: Good staff. But when I had to go there for rehabilitation/therapy (post stroke) I couldn't wait until I could leave! Had trouble sleeping because some of the residents were loud & disruptive (dementia, most likely). And that was supposed to be the better half of the facilty. Could have been better food. Rubbery scrambled eggs. Would have preferred cold cereal. In fact a roommate brought his own cold cereal.

Experiencia fantástica: Here in Baypoint our Goal is to provide good Coustomer service and good quality of care to our residents. Residents and families are always so friendly and pleasant! I work with the best coworkers and Administration team; we are truly a close knit community where everyone helps out and its a good work place. We will continue doing our best and continue helping our community. We listen the residents suggestion and we are always willing to improve. Recommendations are welcome in our Nursing Home

Experiencia negativa: Although this bldg did a great job keeping COVID out by utilizing precautions during 2020, I would NOT send my love ones here for care. The staff members are wonderful but since the owner refuses to pay staff a livable wage, being short staffed happens on a daily. They attempt to get nurses from the registry but the owner doesn't pay the bills so registries won't send their staff anymore. CNA ratio is 1 to 18-20 patients!!! Being short staffed means the residents don't get showers, they sit in their soiled briefs for HOURS & HOURS which leads to skin problems & urinary tract infections, they get cared for by the housekeeping staff who aren't trained to do so, they have multiple falls leading to FRACTURES, the list goes on! Don't let this be your family members or loved ones! To the credit of the the staff, they try, but being overworked, burnt out, and frustrated daily leads to poor care. The owner also owns other bldgs like St Patrick's, formally known as Gateway which had a massive covid outbreak. This bldg is corrupt and unsafe for all residents AND staff. Yes, the bldg is under new management now, BUT they also are now facing a COVID outbreak with their residents now on social media complaining of how depressed they are. Please don’t send your family members here. If you are in healthcare, get a job elsewhere, many other facilities will actually pay you a livable wage.

Experiencia fantástica: Bay point Health Care Center is under new Administration and new management of some departments. They are doing their best to reconstruct this facility. Looking to strive for better comfort and living for the residents and building for a thriving community.

Experiencia negativa: My dad was sent there for rehab which was never done. The whole time he was there he was pumped up on Norco 10’s usually giving him 2 at a time. There was no way he could to do rehab even if he wanted to. When they discharged him they told me the reason for the pull-up was so if he didn’t make it to the bathroom it wouldn’t be get it on the floor. They definitely lied in fact he’s worse now than before. He was supposedly getting help to and from the bathroom another lie and he has the bedsores to prove it. He was there 2 weeks and never saw a doctor, I asked several times nothing! Would not recommend this skilled nursing facility zero ⭐️PLEASE DONT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: my grandmother was there for years. they stole an insane amount of items from my grandmother, a women with dementia. evil management & neglectful workers. stole bras, makeup (lipsticks, blush), perfume, money, jewelry, and my grandmothers watch. that’s just a few things on the top of my head. neglected her on many occasions. wish these poor patients would be moved, and for this place to rot to the ground.

Experiencia negativa: Wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible place. Don"t take them there if you love them!! Staff very . mean and disrespectful . I've heard them swear at the patients and my family member says that one threatened to hit him.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give this place a negative number I would. My grandmother came here to "rehabilitate" after a fall. Three months later she is dead. The administrator Cynthia, who claims to run a tight ship is nothing but a rude, unprofessional, abusive bully towards staff, patients and family of patients. Unfortunately as disgusting as this place is, there were facilities that were worse. My grandmother was a dignified, classy, and sophisticated woman. She came to this facility and deteriorated rapidly. We tried everything we could to find her in home care, but unfortunately we couldn't do it before she died. I could go on about the atrocities within this place, the unsanitary conditions, the lack of regard for patients, allowing them to sit in soiled diapers for hours, no regular baths and the total disregard for their wishes. We literally had to have a family member present every day to ensure my grandmother received proper care. Even then it was substandard and a constant battle with Cynthia. Cynthia is a tyrant with no compassion, not fit to run a facility. She puts on a show as if she cares for patients, but it is a facade. When you sit for an entire day with a loved one and observe her behavior, you find that it is difficult for her to continue the act. If you want to see your loved ones live, I would suggest you try your best to keep them at home and not at this facility.

Experiencia negativa: My mother's bed was broken and her food tray that rolls under bed was jammed under her bed. I went to find someone to get it unjammed and was walking back to her room with the person from the nursing station and she just turned around and left. She just disappeared. I looked for her and she was back at her desk. She didn't ignore me but she started talking in a language I didn't know.

Experiencia negativa: We assisted them to paint the building and they refused to pay a $3,000 bill. Watch out for these guys
