Experiencia negativa: This is not a good place to do physical Therapy in my opinion the receptionist are not custom service orientated also they cancel appointments and not let the clients know anything about them until you get to the office to your schedule appointment so this is not a place I recommend. If you call to schedule an appointment you better hope you get an answer

Experiencia fantástica: Vibrant care PTs are super knowledgeable and compassionate! I have worked with Gian Shefah and Rebecca all were very knowledgeable and caring. But mostly I have worked with Gian - she is super knowledgeable like I indicated above. She challenged me to trying different exercises to get to the one that was most effective in getting me the stretch I needed. She gave me suggestions of items to buy on Amazon for exercises at home at my request. She encouraged me to keep doing exercises at home. Gian is a very wonderful PT. I recommend Vibrant Care.

Experiencia fantástica: Julianna, Shefali, Jeanette, Geon, Mr. Harsh and Rebecca are the Most Freaking Amazing Crew EVER‼️‼️‼️‼️ They are always VIBRANT and HAPPY and trust me…. No One Loves Their Jobs this much. At least in my 51+ years. But my therapy has been a lot easier with them cheering me on.

Experiencia negativa: This place is horrible. You come at your scheduled time, and THEY are late getting to you. The young guy at the front desk acts like he doesn't know what he's doing. AND he was there every time I had to be there. This place is very unorganized.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Castro Valley Vibrant Care Physical Therapy to those of you looking for a place for rehabilitative needs.. I have used them many times. You see, I have had several surgeries, and when PT has been required, I always go back to the Castro Valley Vibrant Care. The staff and therapist are great! I have never regretted using CV for all of my Physical Therapy. Why not check them out.

Experiencia fantástica: The facility is clean with ample equipment and therapists who are very in tuned to your specific injury or problem. There is even a pool onsite should your therapy require it. I had the good fortune to work with Payal Shah who was knowledgeable and consistently asked the type questions to ensure the exercises were properly targeting the affected areas without causing unnecessary pain or additional harm. I attended the Castro Valley office which was conveniently located approximately three or four block from the Redwood freeway exit. The site is in a small business park with ample parking and easy ingress and egress. My experience has been great thus far and I do recommend this office for physical therapy needs.

Experiencia negativa: This place had promise but they will quickly close your file if you have extenuating circumstances. So one star for not only asking patients to be understanding when they are short staffed; they will discard patients like it’s nothing. Highly recommend you look elsewhere for your Physical Therapy sessions because this place is not it

Experiencia negativa: As much as possible keep away... they kept on messing with my schedule that I have to come back twice and just got rescheduled again... I don't usually leave reviews but it's getting really frustrating... They don't have a regular therapist and will have to go through different therapists with no continuity of care... Lastly they kept on charging my insurance different amount that I have to file a dispute...

Experiencia negativa: Therapist are working in another assignments. They do not care if the patients are doing the exercise right or if they did the repetitions needed. A therapist may oversee several patients at the same time. There is no compassion or concern for the patients' wellbeing. I tried to report this situation to the manager, and I also wrote the complaint to the company. Nobody cares to respond. It seems that this is the way that they have been operating for a long time. They repeat most of the exercises that you did in other sessions instead teaching new ones. Vibrant Care charges between $232-$374 for each appointment plus the copay of the patients. No insurance should be covering these therapist sessions. No patient should be going there either. I have been in other places where a compassionate therapist carefully works with you. You are better off searching for a solution to your pain on the internet.

Experiencia negativa: Very negative experience with the PT practitioner and the billing department. I would advise customers to make sure staff is following the pre-determined treatment plan and not altering it without your consent (or the consent of your referring doctor) for more money. Experiencia fantástica: Hate to say it, but I've been doing therapy here for years! They have the best staff and are always looking out for your needs. So good they are usually booked way out, so get in early.

Experiencia fantástica: I've had two separate injuries that got me to Vibrant Care in Castro Valley. Both times I have had incredible therapists who helped me get healthy. Shefali and Anusha are very good at their jobs. Incredibly knowledgable, as well as being personable and kind in a time that is difficult and scary for their patients. Great attitudes, warm and friendly personas, and very skilled art their work. PT can be scary, painful, and daunting. But it's necessary to be able to recover from injuries and surgeries. The entire staff is friendly and professional, starting with Brian at the front desk. Anusha and Shefali helped me get healthy again, and did it in a way that was friendly and comfortable for me. Thank you!

Experiencia negativa: Worst customer service ever! The management and billing processes need immediate audits. There is definitely some monkey business going on. We were charged $50 for every visit on top of what insurance have covered. It turns out that they should have never charged us anything since insurance was covering 100%. Maybe mistake was made somewhere, but one would think you can clear this up quickly by requesting a refund... NOT so fast!!! First requested refund in October.. VC said that they have not received final statement from insurance. I called insurance, they said everything is complete and there is no reason for VC not to issue refund. VC said they would not process refunds until the end of the month, November now. Beginning of December, we called VC to ask why we have not received refund. They said because of the holidays they had to process refunds beginning of December and we should see our refund by the end of second week in December. Called VC on December 16 and was advised that our refund won't be process until the end of December now.. WHAT?!?! I was put on hold when asked to speak to supervisor, then was told that supervisor would tell me the same thing, therefore there is no need for supervisor to speak with me.. REALLY!? It is now January, still no refund... Sounds like VC is pocketing money by overcharging customers in hopes that customer would not check with their insurance providers on the coverage at the time of care. Therapists are great, but we would be looking for more honest place with customers in mind for the future needs. ——— UPDATE 022520: Received refund mid February. The whole thing took 3+ months, multiple calls and lots of frustration.

Experiencia fantástica: i go there for swimming and there is a therapist there to teach us exercise for an hour and the rest of the time we swim and do our own exercise that we were taught in our therapy sessions.
