Experiencia fantástica: all the staff is very helpful and everyone one there is super nice and made me feel comfortable

Experiencia fantástica: My dad has been there since December 2018. Current Date is 08/10/21. There's times when it can get difficult to reach anyone by phone on the weekends, but they have treated my dad with the utmost respect and kindness. My dad sometimes has a hard time understanding the staff because he speaks Vietnamese mostly, but somehow they make it work. Thank you Hayward Hills!

Experiencia fantástica: The doctor suggested that my mom go to a nursing home after her hip surgery and this place was 1 of 3 options. I was reluctant to send my mom anywhere because of the bad rapport from the news and social media of how these places treat our elders. I chose Hayward Hills because they went beyond expectations to make sure mother's stay was comfortable and the care given was genuine. They were first to respond after calling each nursing home and I was given a virtual tour immediately by their Marketing Director. They made the transition very smooth and easy that I had forgotten about the other prospects. The nursing staff took care of my mom very well and attended her every need. My only concern now is that my mom doesn't want to leave. My review was based on post pandemic June 2021-July 2021. I hope by telling my experience will help another family in their decision making process during a difficult time in their life.

Experiencia negativa: This place is horrible. Do not send you love ones here. My dad has been in this place since August, I have little to no communication with his guess. I have called everyday for the last weeks, left messages and spoke with the receptionist, no one has even called me back. I have requested for the doctor the nurse or my father social worker to give me a call still I have not received a car. I have requested either email address or a direct number in which I have not received either. When I am transferred to the nurse or social worker by the receptionist Irma, all of their voicemails are full so I can’t even leave a voicemail for someone to give me a call back.Obviously they have Covid restrictions, that doesn’t allow for anyone to come to the facility. So I am left to keep calling with no response or answers as to what’s going on with my father, not to mention he has tested positive for Covid. They have not given me any updates on his condition. I warn anyone please do not send your love one to this facility. Signed a worried daughter

Experiencia fantástica: The facility is very clean and the nurses are beyond the best, they are kind, loving, and know how to make you feel comfortable. The food is not have bad, not like when you cook it yourself but darn close. I WILL GIVE THE FACILITY A 100 STARS IF I COULD. LONG STORY SHORT, IF I HAD TO COME BACK IT WOULDN'T BE TERRIBLE, IT WOULD BE NICE AND I WOULD DEFINITELY TELL OTHERS TO ASKED TO GO HERE THEN ANY OTHER FACILITIES.

Experiencia negativa: the nurses are rude and you ask for antibiotics because you're full of infections everywhere and they never even get around to calling the doctor for you and there's a few CNAs that treat patients disrespectful. Then they were feeding me pb&j for Dinner! They weather cause of me missing an important doctor's appointment oral surgery and now I have to leave here in two days and I have nowhere to go.

Experiencia negativa: This place is horrible. My mom is back in hospital with a blood clot because of these people
