Experiencia negativa: Desde la semana pasada quiero pasar consulta me dan cita telefónica la dr me manda al hospital me voy para emerge me dicem q no es emergencia q la clinica tiene q ver eso hago cita hoy otra ves y la recepcionista me dice q no ay cupo q me valla al hospital. Entonces q hago esperar morirme porq nadie me quiere atender
Experiencia negativa: They only receive one star because the two ladies at the reception were kind. As for the dentist who worked on me, the fillings he put just fell out a few days after. He was also very rough. I have to wait for two fillings to fall out so that I may get proper fillings done while I'm in constant pain as there's a lot of sensitivity especially when eating. The nurse who was helping the dentist, was the worst. She was rude and very dismissive. Also for some reason, I can't get access to them on the MYCHART APP, they don't want to create for me login details. It's been almost a year now. I honestly wouldn't recommend them for any dental procedure.

Experiencia negativa: Me and my husband was wondering if there will be enough Moderma Vaccine for our 2nd shot,since we heard of the shortages.Me on the 9th.of March and my husband on the 18th.of March,and if we will be given the Full Complete Dose,since there was a problem at The Oakland Coliseum of given only 1/2 Doses,of the requirement immunization.

Experiencia fantástica: The male doctor was great! I really liked him! I also really like the two staff members at the back. The two girls at the back desk the one with the tattoo and the one with blonde hair are really nice and very helpful.
Experiencia negativa: My insurance company assigned this clinic for primary care. To begin it can take about 20min - 30min to speak to a live person to make an appointment (sometimes longer) I’ve tried to call right when they open and your still on a long hold. If your looking for a same day appointment good luck sometimes appointments are scheduled a week after you call to schedule an appointment (very inconvenient), the staff looks like they seen better days. They are not open weekends and there’s no urgent care, I needed to see my doctor from an injury I suffered and the lady on the phone told me the earliest I can be seen is a week in a half after calling in after I begged that I’m in so much pain and need medical help (nothing major just pain and discomfort) I even asked if I can get any prescriptions via phone and my request denied since I needed to go see a doctor (which there wasn’t any). I don’t recommend this place for primary care it’s a very basic clinic and they are limited in resources including doctors, fortunately my insurance company is looking for another provider that has better flexibility and more resources after complaining to them numerous amounts of times, I don’t hate this place I’m glad it’s here to serve the local community but unfortunately they can’t meet my needs when I needed them the most.

We try our best to accommodate all of our patients’ needs and try to keep a fair system in place so those who have been waiting can receive the care that they need. For emergencies and urgent needs, we recommend our patients go to the nearest hospital where they can get their needs met the same day, rather than getting in to see their primary care doctor. We do offer same day appointments, but they are taken up very quickly. We also offer appointment scheduling through texting to avoid having to wait on hold. You can schedule your appointment by texting (510) 471-5880 and we will text you back when it is your turn in the phone queue. Experiencia positiva: My HMO assigned this place as my PCP. Am I that much of a disaster? The idea is to be in an accessible location? This place is three miles further than other ER services. I still haven't been in to visit yet so that's all I know for now.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience !!!!. I had a date on December 15 and still today 27, I am waiting for me to send the recipes electronically to the pharmacy, total irresponsibility !!!, very bad customer service !!!
