Experiencia fantástica: This place was so wonderful for my son but the stay is not long enough although they did extend his stay it would be nice if this was for 6 months.

Experiencia positiva: This place blessed my family. The Psychiatrist was trash and unethical, but they promptly handled our concerns and he is long gone. The staff listen, care and adapt to clients' respective needs.

Experiencia negativa: Incompetent male staffer along with inappropriate behavior. He creates an unsafe space for patients and management has done nothing to fix the situation and protect its patients.

Experiencia fantástica: I love it here they got me to stay clean and meds corrected within two weeks I’ll prefer everyone here

Experiencia negativa: Consider this point, they allow cellular phone use with No restrictions. They don't know if other clients are being filmed and have no controls over how this filming is being used. As a 2nd time client in last 5 yrs. Recent "stay" the place has gone down in quality and cleanliness. Sign of times the "service leader" said her qualifications were lyft driver and childcare background!??

Experiencia fantástica: BACS woodroe was a great place. It is a residential treatment program for people with mental illness seeking recovery. They had a range of activities like drawing. There was also a computer room. I'd like to give a shoutout to a BACS worker that worked there named Bart, he was pretty cool and I saw him after I left in Oakland. He did a good job on medication management. The other workers were great too.
