Experiencia negativa: My 9 year sick child was denied care for being 10 minutes late. The MA Anh was super rude to my husband and sick child. My husband and twins waited in the lobby for a while until they were taken to a room and again waited 1 hours just to be told they are not sure if my sick son will be seen today for being late and the doctor is too busy. Really!!! This was a visit for a sick child not a regular visit. If the doctor wanted, they could have popped in the room for a bit to see my son but no. I would never recommend anything seeing this doctor Zavorotinskaya. I had to rebook my son's appointment for the next day at Fremont and all the staff over there were nice and sad to hear my son was denied care. This is not the first time Kaiser has neglected care for my family. No parent should go through this.

Experiencia fantástica: My rushed my mother in-law here around 5am for feeling dizzy and vomiting. From the security, admitting nurses, nurses and doctors everyone was kind answered all question. They did many test to eliminate all major health problems. They checked on us frequently and just were very kind to us which goes a long way when you're feeling worried for a loved one. Each and every person who works there was amazing

The check in staff , nurses, and doctor gave us exceptional service and care. The staff in the pharmacy and lab were also very friendly and made our whole experience great. Experiencia positiva: If the Dr. had given me the correct info on what to do w/such a painful Fibro flare instead of giving me the opposite of what I should be doing. Also, I had to ask him to write down he said it was fibromyalgia which I do have instead arm pain which it mainly pain in my fingers.

Experiencia negativa: 1. Dr. Brown is an incompetent doctor. I am very surprise how this doctor lack of knowledge and experience to common baby problems I asked. 2. Dr. Brown is physically handicapped. His hands shake when he was examining my son and press the instrument very hard against my son. 3. Dr. Brown picked my son and put on his lap without asking for my permission. My son was extremely frightened. 4. The visit took total 1 hr.45 mins. Waited 30 mins. for the vaccine after the doctor's examination. I had to go chase down the doctor twice to see what was taking so long. The nurses saw me and they don't even offer help. 5. The noise level in each station is very loud. The rooms seem like they are not sound proof.

Experiencia fantástica: We completed the pre-appointment questionnaire online, which was not only easy but also comprehensive. MA Z welcomed us with friendliness and professionalism, being prompt and efficient. The kids immediately warmed up to her, creating a positive atmosphere. Dr. Duh was impressively punctual, quickly joining us in the exam room. His adept questioning demonstrated a deep understanding of my son's medical history, and he diligently updated the records based on the changes I shared from the past year. My son with Down syndrome had no trouble following Dr. Duh's instructions, and the entire experience was seamless. Dr. Duh's pleasant demeanor, extensive knowledge, thorough examination, and kindness make us feel incredibly fortunate to have him as our children's pediatrician.

I have been calling this location many times today to schedule an appointment and i dont get the phone answered and when they do the person on the other side hangs up. The neurology dept in hayward needs new receptionist. A more polite one. im scared at the moment and i just want to get seen by the doctor.

Experiencia negativa: Been having very strong abdominal pain for the past 4 days and was hoping to be seen at urgent care and the receptionist told me I couldn’t be seen for this. She directed me to either wait to be seen by my primary care or to the emergency room. Why wouldn’t I be seen for this? My stomach pain was a medical issue that had been bothering me for a while. I wouldn’t say it was a “emergency” but I would try to take care of this “urgently” since it had been a few days and no improvement. There was only was other person waiting in the urgent care and no one else and yet I couldn’t be seen??? On the Kaiser website itself for the urgent care description it literally says “Care for nonemergency • Nonurgent conditions such as care stomach pain…etc” I want someone to explain to me why was I turned down for medical care if I could of technically been seen for this??? This makes no sense at all. Very upset overall. It’s not like I got money to go to the emergency room to be seen soon and next appointment with a provider won’t be until a week from now. I can’t wait a week. Kaiser at this point don’t care about your health they only want your money. They rather have you spend $1000 dollars in the emergency room for what for them to tell you your ok and be prescribed OTC ibuprofen Thinking of changing medical insurance to somewhere else cause there’s always a issue with Kaiser in the past few years. If you value your life don’t come here.

Experiencia fantástica: Made appointment for broken toe Got there the 15 minutes early they ask for. Plenty of parking. We’re able to see me almost the minute I got inside. Intake tech was great. X-ray tech did a great job and was very careful to not injure. Charles the med tech then fixed the toe up, he was the BEST. Dr Nasir then filled me in on how best to heal properly. Experiencia negativa: 10/10 do not recommend the cafe. Lady was rude. Forgot to put on a mask and she snapped that we needed a mask to be inside the building. She could have approached it differently and directed us to the information desk where they had masks for people. Instead, I went to my car for a mask and saw the information security person handing them out. And that's why I'm not spending money there today. Because you were rude.

Experiencia negativa: I went to the pharmacy March 20121 for my prescription of course and I waited a couple of minutes for my name to get called. Unfortunately, I waited over 45 minutes, so then I followed up. The pharmacist just said “ Oh, I don’t know why your name didn’t called.” Hello I’ve waited over 45 minutes and my prescription is ready and you don’t know. Come on! It’s frustrating really. Experiencia negativa: Not too long ago my child had an appt with a female DR in the Allergy department. She is very unprofessional and comes off as very cold. Thankfully we don't need to see her again! I would recommend going elsewhere. I have had no issues with the PEDI doctors at SH and most if not all are warm and caring, but NOT her!

Experiencia negativa: I'm not a person that goes to the hospital until I absolutely have to. I had a work-related injury with severe pain and swelling in my ankles. Firstly the front desk lady was very rude and short with people, telling pretty much everyone to leave and go to an Emergency Room. When I finally got to the doctor she did nothing but send me for X-rays and blood work and tell me she didn't know what was wrong. I left still in pain and sad that they could not help me. Not even a prescription for the pain. Avoid this place! you will not get any "Urgent care" that you need.. they are just here to collect fees from you and your insurance.

Experiencia fantástica: Quickest and smoothest hospital experience of my life. Whole visit took 45 minutes and included following: parking, check-in, nurse evaluation, doctor evaluation, x-ray, x-ray analysis, doctor explanation of x-ray results. Would give more stars if I could.

Experiencia fantástica: This is by far the best pediatric facility in the region - never had a problem, with three children and sometimes pretty serious issues. If there is a need for some uber-specialist or machinery that is not available here, they will refer to the place that have it everything handled by the Kaiser Network and without ever seeing any paperwork. The sleepy hollow facility has recently been renovated - unfortunately they removed the fish tanks that were so good for the kids while waiting.

Experiencia negativa: Wanted to give 0 stars, Truely don't understand how an urgent care facility (which is attached to Pediatrics) could take such awful care of children ! My son is 8 and needed stitches in his lip(ended up needing 5), he has problems which he takes medication for but they were so concerned with having me just pin his legs down that I couldn't even speak to him to calm him down. Dr. Hasina nasir and her "team" have made this experience one we will never forget and ensures we will not be returning to this facility. (Fyi my son's incident happend at 9am they told us to wait till 4 for care !) The ER in the San leandro facility is so over the top amazing and made us all feel so comfortable and I can't even thank them enough!

Experiencia negativa: I GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO. THIS SHOULD BE ZERO STARS AND HERE IS WHAT I THINK. I always thought urgent care was open to anyone. Doesnt matter the reason. I Called to make a appointment because my throat is on fire and I am told that they only see people for certain symptoms and mine wasn't one of them. So rather than being able to drive 5 minutes away I have to drive 15 to 20 minutes while I am sick. Just to let you know Kaiser, Urgent care is for people with NON life treating illness so that they don't jam up the ER and are unable to get a appt with their regular doctor. Not people with certain symptoms. Now I see why this place has such bad reviews.

Experiencia negativa: Never Have I had To deal with a series of redudant Menus and prompts only to be disconnected every single time. Then at the end when a staff member finally takes you seriously They bombard you with all sorts of Personal Questions, Felt more like the a personal census. I understand that this is all done for security, but I think you may have taken things too far and made it all far more complicated than it really is. Problem now is - when you need to speak to a live person instead you get , some AI asking stupid questions. I can say for certain, Kaiser Permanente IS NOT PERMANENTE - I At this rate this organization is heading for an imanent and PERMANENTE demise.

Experiencia negativa: Wow I almost never do a review, but this place is horrible - uncaring, unprofessional, there were not that many people and I made an appointment but had to wait around an extra hour. Go to San Leandro, Fremont or Oakland if you can afford. Avoid at all times.

Experiencia negativa: Came in today 04/11/17 at 4.28pm due to abdominal pain and it was pretty severe pain. Told the front desk lady and she tells me they have one appointment available for 6pm. That's a 2hour wait for a patient who said she has abdominal pain. Still waiting to see the Doctor and hopefully I get to see one today because the pain is intense. Why can't they have more doctors on duty who can help people who are in intense pain rather than waiting for 2hrs to be seen. So sad to know that we pay so much for medical insurance but when you need help you are told to wait for the longest time

Experiencia negativa: Frustrated. Please change the pharmacy hours on the google search that the close time is 9:00 pm, not 9:30 pm. Went there tonight arriving at just at 9:00 (only to pick-up a called in order) and the doors were already locked.

Experiencia negativa: Urgent care was a joke. Spent two hours here for them to tell me what I already knew. Yes my knee is swollen I can see that without your xray! Doctor spend less then 2 minutes with me within those two hours. They "forgot" I was waiting on a splint until the castor happened upon me in the room. The rooms are dirty and outdated. I prefer redwood city facilities but this was the only place that had an opening for today. Now I know why I never knew it existed before. Front desk staff was not much more professional joking about whether the castor and other doctor would show up for the day (while theyre were patients waiting for said doctor and castor). All around unprofessional and uncaring. Kaiser needs to step up theyre game with this location.

Experiencia negativa: Kaiser Permanente is the absolute worst, everything revolves around the facility. Too bad so sad if you have an emergency that doesn't coincide with their hours, policy or procedures. It would take far too much time share my Kaiser Permanente wo's. The incompetence of this place is astonishing. When ever I've mentioned my disappointment with their staff, they too share there disapproval of the treatment they receive as a patient. So sad. I would NOT recommend to anyone!

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely hated going to urgent care. Went in for a supposed injured rib and all the Dr did was put a stethoscope to my back and listened to my one lung. Not once did he feel my back to see if everything felt ok. Took an xray and rushed me out.
