Experiencia fantástica: If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. The people here are amazing . All the staff helped me and were so kind and always made sure I was okay . May & Leyda were super sweet and caring to each and every single one of my visits and even worried when I couldn’t go in. Their therapy was great and being around them and the caring staff made my situation a whole lot easier. If you haven’t tried them yet you should because it is definitely worth your time!! Thank you to everyone in community choice, if ever again I have a problem (which I hope not lol) I will definitely be returning !

Experiencia fantástica: Community Choice Health Network is a awesome choice for physical therapy. At this establishment they are very attentive to your needs. Starting as soon as you enter at the front desk with Mrs, Maddie with her warm embrace in a invitation to have coffee, then once you get to the back you have Ms. Miriam who is very kind and professional at what she does as a therapist, and last but won't be forgotten Mrs, Leyda who never stop being on top of her game, always communicating on a day to day basis, and always filling you in so you're never in the dark on your status. To conclude this is a family business and they make sure that you feel like family.
