My OT, Stephanie, was the best. I did a number on my left forearm, breaking both the ulnar and radius, crushing my carpels together and a compound fracture. Stephanie was able to work me through therapy beyond any of our expectations. Stephanie was the most amazing therapist, she was kind, patient, caring, and explained everything as she was going through the process, which was helpful for me to realize just how this was going to happen and form reasonable expectations. I would highly recommend Quail Creek Therapy and Stephanie Nance if you are ever in need of therapy for a broken arm, wrist, hand, etc. TOP NOTCH and Professional.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing. I dealt with Joanne and she is the best for sure. After shoulder surgery she helped me out a lot with getting my movement back. I was kind of bummed at first going there cause just how much pain I was in. But she has always reassures me that we were going to get the movement back and we did. Unfortunately life happens and had to get appointments elsewhere due to my schedule. But this is honestly a really great place and friendly staff all around.

Experiencia fantástica: I had knee replacement surgery and worked with the staff at Quail Creek PT for my second time (had a previous knee surgery in 2018). I really appreciated the kindness and friendliness and being able to pre schedule out all of my appointments too. I was blessed to do 12 weeks of PT for both surgeries (2018 & 2025) and couldn’t expect better service and help anywhere else. My favorite PTs that I got to work with were Shelly Jay, Desirae Hall & Joanne Hopper. For my 2025 sessions Desirae was the one who really stepped up to help coach me towards my goals - each session she’d want to know my pain level, if there was something else she needed to know, she’d also make really good suggestions on better managing pain, even at times suggesting a new exercise we could try out to see if it helped more with bend/mobility/pain management. I really felt like she cared and she would stay with me for the majority of my visits and that also made me feel cared for and attended to.

Experiencia fantástica: VA directed me to therapy back in August, and did 2 to 3 times weekly from August until February. The staff were absolutely phenomenal!!! At times, because I live 1 1/2 hours from Amarillo, I had a few quick rescheduled visits, that were no problem! Katelyn, Desirae, Charles, took great care of me- (and a few push past moments!!) but I got great results for my recovery! I highly recommend this facility for any physical rehabilitation you need!!

She was very professional and innovative to keep me interested for 12 weeks, 3 times a week after my shoulder repair surgery. Betty Redwine at the front desk always welcomed me with a smile and encouraging conversation. Lori Mckay chimed in from inside the office with sweet replies, a gleam in her eye and a smile. Kayla Wright made life interesting with her lovely accent, laughter, and expertise as a PT. Desirae Hall gave good workouts, told me when I did not get the message about how to do the exercise (that takes courage when you don't want to hurt patient's feelings), gave encouraging words about my progress, laughed at my silly comments, and celebrated with me on my amazing recovery from three fractures in my shoulder! Thank you, Jesus, for your healing power. I highly recommend the Quail Creek PT staff that practice good customer service!

Experiencia fantástica: Quail Creek PT is the best! The receptionist are friendly, and get to know you on a personal level. Katelyn Hopper was my physical therapist twice a week for three months. She is absolutely the best physical therapist I’ve ever had. She’s very knowledgeable, understands and offers suggestions to difficult therapies if one is too painful or you’re not ready to advance. She helped me rehab a total shoulder repair and I’m very grateful and blessed to have had her. My husband is going to have his shoulder done in a couple of weeks and he’s going to use Katelyn as his physical therapist too. If you’re going to use Quail Creek for PT of any type, you cannot go wrong with choosing Katelyn as your PT.
