Experiencia fantástica: My mom has been going to Amarillo Strength and Balance twice a week for about 6 weeks. When she started, she had been mostly homebound for years. For her to even get up out of a chair was a struggle. I started noticing about 3 weeks ago, she was getting around her house more easily. She could get up out of the recliner without struggle. This past week has shown even more improvement. She has gone out to lunch and shopping twice in a matter of 5 days!!! The staff there is so kind and caring. They have been able to find the perfect balance of working her hard enough, but not too hard. Thank you ASB!!!!
