Experiencia fantástica: My father was brought to Emerald back in late 2023 after we took him out of another rehab that almost killed him. Emerald was AMAZING!!!! They gave my dad the best quality of life and living for the four months he was there. Unfortunately we lost my dad back in April but I felt it was time to write this review. The nurses were outstanding with my dad. One nurse that stands out is Kimberly. When I first met her I thought she was a tough one but as time went on I realized that she got stuff done. She make sure that my dad had what he needed. There were nights that I'd come back with him from dialysis and Kimberly made sure that they got him out of the wheelchair and into bed because he would be so tired. She also made sure that his dinner was there when he would get back. Kimberly became a part of our family for the time we spent there. I am forever grateful to her!! Angel, the male nurse who I believe was the head nurse was also superb!!! He was able to get my dad's meds in order and he was so professional. The CNA's were delightful and very helpful as well. Thank you to all who took care of my dad Samuel. He loved you all and that made us sleep well at night knowing that he was under good care. I would recommend Emerald to anybody who needed a GREAT nursing/rehab! Thank you
Experiencia negativa: This place is absolutely terrible and disgusting. My grandfather was here for 3 days trying to receive physical therapy to get him walking again and, during those 3 days he caught covid and pneumonia from the dirtiness of this place. He sat in his own feces for an entire night, no nurses came to check on him. He is now in very very critical condition back at the hospital receiving care for the covid and pneumonia. This place is terrible, dirty, and very poorly ran.
Experiencia negativa: 3 days in a row of calling to just be transferred to another phone where no one picks up then when I call back they just don't even answer. No one cares here.
Experiencia negativa: Trying to get simple answers to my mother's welfare was frustrating. The only thing that was guaranteed was that the receptionist will answer the phone, however, good luck with trying to connect with anyone after that. With the exception of a few staff, the company needs an overhaul and a candid reassessment of areas where they all falling short and failing to meet patient needs and the needs of their loved ones.
Experiencia positiva: Its so difficult to deal with elderly pple 67s 70s . They are in here for a reason. Nurse did the best they could and nurse aid. Sometime burn out from work And left there tired. Stress. Anybody poop smell ,those resident need great amount of care ,elderly.air fresher on the hallway, it still smell.Treat other like you want to be treat, do your job duty . The place is not the most luxurious place.

Experiencia negativa: I have been trying to call my friend who unfortunately is a patient at Hillcrest. I have been calling for 6 days, several times a day and different times of the day. There is always a reason why the call does not reach her. A person in a rehabilation center needs to know that friends and family care, this helps the patient recover. Please don't answer me by saying that you will call this to the administrators attention. This is your standard response to all complaints, and then nothing is done to fix this situation. This is horrible as are so many of your other reviews.

Experiencia fantástica: My mother received care at Hillcrest Nursing and Rehab several years ago and we were very, very pleased. She came in to the center in very bad shape. They helped us get LONG TERM benefits (great social work team) which helped her stay for quite a while and REALLY get back on her feet (Literally). I am so grateful for the care she received there. I highly recommend Hillcrest.

Experiencia negativa: The building is majorly outdated. Beds don't work properly. No space in rooms to maneuver. Understaffed - 1 Nurse and 3 CNAs to a floor. Staff fail to answer call lights in a timely manner. Grandfather fell, they called to inform us, but had zero information about what actually happened and gave us a few possibilities as to what could have happened. No real facts. He was able to leave the building unattended when a fire door was opened. They found him by the sidewalk in his wheelchair. He is ready to be transferred to another facility and they stated he has no wounds, when he has several. This place is trash. Elderly deserve dignity, and this place does not supply it.

Experiencia negativa: My stepfather is here and this place should be shut down! The whole building stinks of urine and feces. Patients are left for hours in soiled urine soaked clothes. Only 1 nurse on duty at a time for sooo many patients. Ohhh and the staff steals from patients.. they have stolen all my disabled step dads clothes over the last few days and they try to blame other poor bed ridden patients. Don't bring your loved ones here, the reviews are not an exaggeration.

Experiencia fantástica: My 98 year old mother spent 10 days undergoing therapy here regaining her strength after a brief illness. The staff at Hillcrest were warm, courteous, and very helpful in getting her back on her feet. I am very thankful for the care we received.

Experiencia positiva: The staff was so kind and they worked so hard. My Mom was very ill and they were understanding and gentle with her. She loved some of those people. Its a very hard job they have but all of the patients care staff and the front desk were so kind and thoughtful. My only problem was with the social workers, you'd think they would have been kinder but that wasn't the case. They were dismissive and did not return calls.

Experiencia negativa: Aunt just died there due to medical neglect. In the past few months, Hillcrest has been investigated by Adult Protective Services, Elder Affairs, the Hollywood Police Department, the Broward County Medical Examiner, and three separate divisions of Medicare including Kepro. They have been found guilty of medical neglect and elder abuse. 4 rehabilitation patients (so they were just there for in-patient physical therapy not long term care) have died under mysterious reasons. The Hollywood Police department confirmed yesterday that several arrests have been made over the past few years which included murder. Please think twice before you allow your loved one in any part of this facility.

Experiencia negativa: My father was placed at Hillcrest and we immediately had to remove him from the premises. The staff was rude. Per their policy, family could not visit for 7 days “so they could get to know the patient”. My dad had confusion due to a recent stroke and needed his loved ones present. He was left in soiled diapers, no assistance by staff to use restroom. Poor care and negligent staff. Administration was equally as incompetent and uninviting. My father called crying and begging to come home. Complete disappointment and would seriously pray they stop providing care in our communities. Not worth even the one star rating.

Right now I am having a problem with Things that were promised to me when I was going home. Nothing has occurred I’m terrified that my room care people will not show up. What about the PT people they’re supposed to be helping me.

Experiencia negativa: My aunt was a patient there and she still wakes up scared. She said they were rough and mean to her. She has nightmares about this place. She would be better left in the woods than at that facility. The state needs to inspect and talk to patients. Staff failed to treat patients like they want their family to be treated.

Experiencia negativa: My dad was a patient at this facility for many months. He was not well taken care of; they never washed him, changed his clothes, changed his bedding or assisted him to the bathroom. I'm not sure if the nurses are to blame for not being attentive or if it's because those managing it are not hiring enough people for the amount of patients they taken in. Could be a combination of both, but most likely the company is run by money hungry selfish individuals. They definitely charged medicaid/medicare or any other insurance a boat-load of money for mediocre services. Anyway, my dad contracted COVID while in their care and they didn't do anything to help the situation. If it wasn't for an external source testing him, he probably would have been in their facility wasting away for days. He eventually did pass from COVID at the hospital and this place seriously didn't even have the decency to send condolences or ask if we wanted his belongings. They even removed us from the COVID update calls they used to make every few days. Beware about placing your loved ones at this facility! Elderly people are left in the halls or rooms to waste away.

Experiencia negativa: This has be the worst rehabilitation center to ever exist. The customer service is rude and the nursing staff doesn’t do anything for the patients. One resident there said the staff doesn’t even treat them well. I can can say it was only one person there who was really reliable. I hope she leaves this place because they don’t even deserve her.

Experiencia negativa: This place is horrible. My Dad has been there for months and I can never get a hold of him or find anyone who will help me get him on the phone. No one calls me back unless they are looking for payment. My poor Dad has a cell phone and no one will bring it to him. It took 3 days to finally bring him a blanket that I dropped off for him. I get hung up on all the time. I get attitude if I try to get someone to help me. No one ever is at the nurses station. I’m so sad because this is the time my Dad needs a loved one to talk to with Covid and I can’t even give him a sense of hope. I would never recommend this place to anyone. My Dad gets more and more depressed because of this place.

Experiencia negativa: This is the worst place to ever put your loved ones. They do not know how to take care of them or treat them right. The nurses do not have compassion for their patients. When you call to ask questions about your loved one, they never answer you. My father stayed there for 6 weeks, and when he came back, he looked homeless because of how badly they treated him there. You should definitely consider taking your loved one to a much better rehab center.

My love one has been in the faculty for about 3 weeks and have not seen a doctor. Left messages for the Supervisor never received a phone call. No update provided from any staff member. Hillcre st needs a complete overhaul immediately.

Experiencia negativa: My mother has been at Hillcrest Health Care and Rehabilitation Center for two weeks. We are moving her because the first day she was there it took us 4 hours for someone to answer the phone and get the phone to my mother Then the first week she was there she did not receive any of her medication, rehab and never saw a doctor. When we call no one answers the phone and if they do, they say it’s not their job or hang up on us. Then we go online, and the ratings are outrageous of how bad this facility is. We did not put her in this facility, she was transferred from a hospital to them. We have been trying to get her transferred from that facility for a week now to a new facility. We spoke to her insurance company and the other rehab facility and all the paperwork has been approved. The new facility is waiting for Hillcrest to send over the paperwork. We call Hillcrest and ask them why she has not been transferred (When they answer the phone, usually it’s a return call) they keep telling us that the other facility has no beds. That is not correct. The other facility has been waiting for our mother since Friday. We have filed complaints with their corporate office and other organizations. My sister has 9 pages detailed of this whole event. I don’t want this to ever happen to another family. This place needs to be investigated. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Experiencia positiva: Although is an old building the staff tries to do their best, there is a lot of area for improvement of course, but the new management seems more involve. My family member was there for week and 3 days, and the experience is not as bad as some of this reviews make it seem. The best thing about this building is the rehab department, they always have a smile in their faces and will go out of their way to help out, and the rehab manager answer all of my questions and was very kind. Some nurses work really hard to meet my family member needs.

Experiencia negativa: My mother was sent here for rehabilitation. From the time she arrived I have been receiving complaints from my mother. I have spoken to several staff who seem to spread what was a concern to others, and now my mother is being retaliated against. Left in the hall for long periods of time, and being called a problem because she voices her maltreatment. I am just a few complaints from calling the abuse hotline. The grievance procedures that are listed only provide two individuals information, who has not been reachable. I was against my mother going here and want her transferred out ASAP.

Experiencia negativa: I stayed there for 4wks very boarder line care. I had a roommate who couldn't take care of himself and it took forever to get treated. They actually came in and said O NO ! IM NOT DEALING WITH THAT ! The food was !TERRIBLE !!! Cold and there was no scheduled time of when we would get it. At night it was even worse. After 11-12mid and thru the it was a ghost town. God forbid you had an emergency. One weekend they told me they were short nurses(2) !! I understand a CNAs job can be difficult & dirty and some patients can be difficult but this place really needs to tighten up. I'm a veteran and reported it to my VA and told them that I don't recommend them paying to send Vets there.

Experiencia fantástica: I was completed destitute when I get here. With out use my legs and a very limited mobility. And now a week and days later ,I CAN WALK !!!!, use toilet,bathroom,dress my self. I am again HOPE !!!. All bcus the hard work from NURSES,CNN AND SPECIAL TO ALL THE THERAPISTS AT THE GYM,THEY TEACH MY MUSCLE MOVE AGAIN AND COME BACK TO BE NORMAL. Experiencia positiva: Extremely pleased with the entire staff at Hillcrest. From the Doctors, Physical therapists, nurses, and nurse assistants they have not only taken care of my father in law but they have given him hope to keep moving forward. With their diligence and perseverance, he has now gained the strength to walk and be more independent when 1 week ago he could hardly move his arms. Thank you to ALL of the staff for treating my father in law with respect and love, as if he was one of your loved ones.

Experiencia fantástica: I would definitely recommend Hillcrest Nursing & Rehab to anyone who is looking for compassionate, attentive, experienced, and professional workers. Everyone from the Director, the Admissions Dept., and CNAs were very hands on regarding my grandmother's care. Each time I visited she was well-groomed and her room was always clean. Prior to admitting her there, my grandmother's health was declining and she was always depressed, but after 5 years of being at the nursing facility her health has improved tremendously. Experiencia positiva: I’ve been a resident here 4 times, and yes with any place you going to run into problems as no place is perfect. I can honestly say every issue I had was always address. I’ve become sort of a VIP resident, I effectively communicate my needs and how I like things done and I create a system that safety works with all CNA’S assigned to my care. Of course you may get that one CNA that may not like you are vice versa , but that shouldn’t take away for those who work hard to ensure my needs are being met. Could somethings be improved like effective communication, sure , the food , most definitely, but you sit down and come up with a plan of action on how to make improvements and give it time . I been coming here since 2014. I’ve seen improvement, in care , I’ve seen growth in those who I’ve had an issue with in the pass and now their attitude and tone has changed. I’ve seen nurse like Ranada who has kept her promise from the first time I met her until now that she will make sure I’m taken care of and she does just that. It’s people like Dani that always stop by my room and make sure I have what I need. It’s CNA’s Like khem, Adia, chantal Samuel, ,shirleen and Mama black to name a few who make sure I’m clean and changed and that my skin remain pretty and soft.. it’s nurses like Laura would been taking care of me for years, Pierre, Berdine , pinchi and Marlene to name a few who always make sure I have my meds on time , my asthma treatments are given and ensure I’m in no pain. They have made calls to my doctor when emergency situation has come up or I’m not feeling my best. They know when I’m not doing well even though I may not say anything. Even Garfield will always greet me and make sure I’m good and ensure I have diapers. The mantience guys and the janitors all speak and ask about my progress. Noel make sure all doctors appointments required were made promptly, social services at this time is making sure I have all medical equipment and all services I need for discharge as they have done so in the pass. Activity is always fun with Ms pat, Ms Sofie and Joy . Like Tj said to me just today we love you and we want to ensure you are safe. Some of the staff here as become my family who have seen my kids outside of Hilcreast and have ask how are things going. I’ve seen people come and go , change of administration etc. I’ve had my bad times and my good times as with any other place, but I have to acknowledge those that stand out and make sure things are getting done. I’ve met some new people like unit nurse Cynthia who is just funny , but she is getting things done. Hilcrest has made some improvement over the past 4 years, and I’m sure they will strive to make more. This has become my family away from home. Although some areas can be addressed in rehab (therapy) , it’s always fun working with Michele and Ritsa. Drew works hard to get you the things you need and Ian is very polite and well mannered .

Experiencia fantástica: The Walker family would like to thank everyone at the Hillcrest Health Care Center for there amazing working, helping our father though his recovery. The staff on the south side was just amazing. The Nursing staff is hard working, kind attentive and patient. Experiencia positiva: Having a relative in a nursing home is a difficult experience but everyone at Hillcrest attends to his needs and the request of the family members right away. Experiencia negativa: IIF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONE, STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!! I would rate this a minus. My father was there 30 years ago for one day and I had to go get him, they were horrible and are still horrible and I have been a medical professional for over 40 years. My dad was there last year after falling and had a fractured vertebrae at 91 years old. He was doing good with therapy but was scared and refused to try to stand up, at 91 who would not be. He was on supplements and a good diet. My sister walked in one night at dinner time and he was trying to feed himself but the nurse kept fighting with him, when my sister asked what the problem was the nurse said she was trying to feed him, my dad kept spitting out the food the nurse kept trying to feed him. My sister told her to leave that my dad was able to feed himself. Your facility then backer acted my 91 year old father stating that he slapped the nurse and she had to go to the ER. We asked to see the report, no one would show us, the director, head of nursing and two other people would not hear of anything and had my dad transported to Florida Medical Center with no records or his medications. The doctor kept calling and requesting records and they would not send, this was the start of my father's demise. I feel the nurse who said my dad slapped her in the face, which my dad had problems with his shoulders so for him to do something like that she had to be in his face, the director, the head nurse and everyone involved in this act I feel all of you should be baker acted. I hope karma comes back to each of you involved.

Experiencia positiva: I want to express that I have had a great experience at Hillcrest with my care, the nurses were always there when I called them and the therapists where excellent and i was able to walk again after my surgery...I do not agree with negative reviews... I would highly recommend Hillcrest for rehab.

My husband have a reconstructed knee Sergery and was sent to Hillcrest Nursing homemy husband was there for one week the plase is dicusting and the nurses is you can call them that do not take good care of my Husban the only thing they do is give pill, they do not take blood presión my husban was there for physical therapy but they never give him any, every time they take it him he cut no do it he have trouble breathing I told the nurse he have trouble breathing they never came back one they I went and talk to one so call nurse she do not call anybody to check why he have trouble breathing well he has block Clock in his lung he told them to call 911 becouse he do not feel good they refuse to do it good thing I left my husban cell phone he call 911 him self they took him to Memorial Hospital and they say he have a Pulmonary Embolisms his HR was 121 they say one more hour and he wouted die they never call me to let me know my husban was taking to the emergency his room mate call me to let me know, then I went there to ask them were my husband was taken and they told me they do not know I have to call every hospital I the area to find out we’re my husband was taken that plase need to be close thas what the trauma nurse at the hospital told me she is going to report that plase please please do not take your love one there

Experiencia negativa: My dad-- also Allyson Gettinger's dad-- was there. Because of this experience, and now that he is home, we are going OUT OF OUR WAY to provide top-notch home care for him. When I went to visit him, there was always someone different with him...no consistency. Terrible food. He lost 20+ pounds and would only eat when we brought him food or DEMANDED the kitchen cook him something edible. Some of the dumbest staff ever...much less educated on his issues than I am. This is bare bones care. Since his room was located near the exit door, and the exit door constantly was set off by an alarm, there was a PIERCING noise 80% of the time I was there visiting. When I told the nurse at the desk to shut it off, she looked at me like I had 2 heads. She even said, "Well, please keep in mind if someone opens the door it will go off again." Just stupid robots there....very little empathy...there to earn a paycheck. Also-- please do not try to contact me and discuss this. I will not answer your calls. And don't try to save face by responding to this review. You should've been doing that when he was there when we complained before.

Experiencia negativa: I thank the great Lord my mom came out safe but to tell you the truth my mom was there for a month and I am happy she no longer there.Most of staff are rude ,not friendly at all,they faces shows that they hate their job.specially one lady in the Administrator dept.There's always a smell in there,the food horrible and they leave the patient with wet diaper for so long,I had to visit my mom late at night most of the time to make sure that she was clean.they changed her room 4 times within that month..

Experiencia negativa: New update 12/26/2017 10:27 am The same patient was supposed to come to Dialysis again. They forgot and the patient missed his scheduled transportation. Spoke to the nurse when she called the clinic and told her to have the patient here at 9:30 am or 10:00 am. I started calling at 10:10 am to see if they patient was on the way when asked to speak with the same nurse I was pleased on hold for 10 minutes to be told at the end that the nurses were in their scheduled daily morning meeting. I was asked if I wanted to be called back when they were done and said no that all I wanted was information on the patient the person just hung up on me. Called back and asked to speak to the facility administrator come to find out they don’t have one right now her last day was on Wednesday. The receptionist was really rude and at the end couldn’t get any information on the patient. He showed up at 10:22 am. Another new update 12/23/2017 1:06 pm The patient came in at 10:15 am to Dialysis the appointment was at 8 am. I tell the facility transportation to pick him up at 12:00 pm the driver stated that he is not the driver assigned to pick him up and gave me a card with a phone number . At 12 pm I called the transportation to see where they were and I was told the driver was on the way at 12:57 pm I called the transportation again and now the driver is still on the way but will get here in 20 minutes. The patient has been waiting to go since 11:30 pm. This is unbelievable. New update 12/23/2017 Still complaining about the treatment this patient is receiving. I set up transportation I called yesterday 7 times they hang up the phone 6 times I informed the nurse that the patient had to come to dialysis on Saturday because the center is closed on Monday. I called Saturday several times to find out where my patient is transportation marked the patient as a NO SHOW because they didn't have him ready. When I was finally able to speak to somebody the nurse tells me she had no idea the patient was supposed to come to dialysis today. HOW IRRESPONSIBLE IS THAT? I did my part of letting them know about the appointment. I have no words to describe how unreliable this place is. Been complaining for two days now about transportation they keep messing up the transport. They send their transport and they are always late and keep leaving the patient waiting for hours. They should take this seriously and not as joke. Asked to speak to the director of the facility and that was a long hold nobody has answers. I was trying to be nice and called several times since you keep hanging the phone I had no choice but to make an official complaint since you keep putting the patients life at risk.

I'm unable to walk under my own power and they are right here. When it's time for mess they don't just hand them to me, they tell me each one. If they would ever put something in there I'd know it. Experiencia negativa: My husband spent 2 weeks here after a hip replacement.it was a horror story.filthy.food discusting.doctor came twice a WEEK.the staff doesn't care about the patients.if I hadn't been there from 7am until midnight he would have have no services at all.did not respect the menu choices.just horrid.do not ..i repeat..do not use this facility..it would have been cleaner to have a bed in the hall of memorial rather than having to stay in here..do not chose this place..

After my mom calling me about her visit with my brother today this place is a nightmare waiting to happen. My mom was told by someone on staff there that this place is all about the money. If that was the case then this place should be a little more upscaled than it is. I will be making a visit down there sometime next week to access this place. If it is not to my standards on what it should be then I will be finding another place for my brother to go.

Experiencia negativa: Not very good human services and lack of communication. My dad was given a bill over $3,300.00 without notifying us before hand when he was placed in Long Term Care of the following changes. We were not notified by the his PCP nurse, nor his doctor or even any Social Services or Financial Department from Hillcrest Health Care that his transition to Long Term Care was not being covered by Humana Insurance. When we were told of the transition to Long Term Care ( being a novice at this) the conditions of the terns of this change over was never made clear to us the financial responsibilities. I personally talk to the financial - accounting department - for not notifying us before hand of the financial changes and the last word was, that they would hold a meeting with the higher up and come up with a solution to at least meet us half way on the bill. As time went on , I tried many times to communicate with them and leave messages for a return call to resolve this issue but it was to no avail. Well, what came next, Hillcrest sent my Dad a bill for $3,384.00. So beware to all of you out there, don't send your parents to this facility, and beware your for your ignorance to your responsibility will not save your parents of unjust billing... Experiencia negativa: My mom was sent here for rehabilitation after knee replacement surgery. After I read the reviews I was terrified. I hoped that when I went there that the reviews were exaggerated. They are not. Walking into the place was traumatizing. It's mostly a nursing home - the kind that people have night mares about. The halls are lined with seniors sitting in wheel chairs who look so drugged up they don't know where they are. People were literally screaming from their rooms. It was like I walked into "one flew over the cookoos nest". And the "nurses" couldn't care less. "Who's that screaming" I heard one of them casually say... Then there's the area that is supposed to be for rehab. But the nurses are the same. They told my mom to stand up on her own her first day there - 2 days after a knee replacement! The rehab people did not communicate to the nursing staff or maybe they did & the nurses just don't care. I don't actually believe they are all nurses - seems just one on duty is & I don't know what the rest are. There are no doctors here. The case workers are inept & don't return calls or do anything that they say they will do. The nurses won't give you any info when u call "because how do I know you are who you say you are?" Because an imposter might be calling to check on my moms bowel movements... My mom couldn't eat there or use a rest room - for over 5 days. She said that every time she asked for assistance they treated her like an annoyance & they treated us like a nuisance whenever we asked about her care. They would lie about medication & care & all kinds of things. They couldn't even produce a chart of her daily medications, vitals, PT & care. It was truelly beyond scary. We pulled my mom out of there early & against their wishes but they couldn't hold her there - they tried. I was truelly terrified every night knowing that my mom is laying in that hell hole without anyone watching what they are doing to her. My mom is home tonight & the relief in her face & her body is like a transformation. That place is not a place to heal. It's a place to die - the nurses will make sure of that. And I pray for any & all loved ones in there. Get them out if you can. Special mention to Darlene - my moms head nurse I think, (because I believe she was the only certified nurse) for being the most evasive, offensive, cruel & overall uncaring person I have come across in this capacity. This place should be investigated & shut down immediately.

Experiencia negativa: This is the worst rehab ever. My dad entered improving and in less than five days was sent back to the hospital and died. The doctor on staff in charge of his case was the Most unfeeling unsympathetic individual I have ever dealt with. Do not consider this facility for your loved one. I can not find the words to express my disgust with how my dad was handled.
Experiencia negativa: The only word I could use is hellhole! I can't wait to get my mother out of there!! Still haven't had my calls returned from Teresa Joseph or Director of Nursing. Every time I call for nurse supervisor she is away from her desk or not around. My mother got MRSA there from a catheter that wasn't even needed!! They said they were moving her roommate for precaution and when I got there her roommate was in the bathroom. What kind of precaution is that? Just want to get her out before they kill her!! Would be better off at the animal shelter!!

Experiencia negativa: horrible ,worse then horrible , my father had surgery at Cleavland clinic and was sent to hill crest to recover and do physical therapy . in the time he has been there he has been physically abused , has skin tears all over his body , bruises every where except on his face . malnutritioned , massive wight lost , mentally abused , as we have tried calling to speak with him on the phone we are always given the run around being told he is doing activities which in reality he is sitting in a room called the star-lite room . where they leave the patients sitting all night till they fall asleep , in this so called star-lite room the entire staff sits there and watches TV while the patients are left alone asking and begging to be taken to there rooms while staff ignores them .due to my father being diabetic any small wounds must be taken care of ,at this time due to hill crest not doing there job my father has a new infection that has led to amputation under there care . , if you truly love your loved ones you WILL NOT SUBMIT THEM TO THIS TYPE OF CARE .
