As for the Physical Therapists, Matt and Josh, both are amazing to say the least. They are most qualified in their abilities and skills to rehab you and they put me at ease the entire time. I had really bad lower back pain to the point where it would hurt me to just stand, sit, and lay down. They got me to be able to get back into my sports in just a few sessions. Experiencia positiva: Absolutely friendly and knowledgeable staff and PT. Positive, pleasant- my issue was I didn’t get full 1 on 1 time with the main PT. The assistants are great, but if I were looking for someone to help me improve as quickly as possible, I’d opt for paying a premium but seeing the primary PT. In addition, although an accident, I was burned by the STEM machine on my first visit. Completely an accident, but if this were my business, I’d at least not charge the customer or do some kind of home follow up call to see how a patient is doing if my staff burned them. I’d recommend this place if you need the state of the art place with tech to help you heal. But if you would like 1 on 1 time with a PT, this place is probably not for you.

As I've continued to rehab my shoulder, Matt has given me wonderful ways to stretch and build strength to hopefully prevent this from happening again. Experiencia fantástica: TLDR: I like this place! Change was recommended to me by my dad who has been in for a few different reasons. My grandma goes here as well. All three generations recommend this place. Before I came to Change, my Plantar Fasciitis was overwhelming and caused me a lot of stress and pain. Matt and Josh are very knowledgable and truly care about my pain getting better. Physical therapy isn't always fun because it can hurt sometimes, but I genuinely enjoy coming to Change because the caring staff create a sweet environment. The staff is attentive, the facility is clean, and there is always music playing.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is a gem! The owner, Dr. Swift, and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I have had chronic foot/ankle issues for a long time and bounced around several other places before finding Change. At Change, I noticed a significantly better outcome both in terms of physically feeling better and actually looking forward to and enjoying my sessions. I previously tried a few large, corporate PTs and felt like just a number and received generalized, pre-planned regimens regardless of my personal situation. At Change, my concerns are heard and the treatment is specifically for me and my goals, with staff showing a genuine interest in my improvement and getting me back to playing soccer. I truly could not recommend this place more. Also, the underwater treadmill is amazing too!

I know many people who have been treated there and all ( including me) have been happy with their treatment. I have been treated at Change for several different injuries with a positive outcome each time. Matt Swift, the owner and lead Physical Therapist, is personable as well as a really good PT! The atmosphere of the clinic is relaxed and friendly, but still professional. If you are hurting or injured, seriously consider going to Change Sports PT! PS: They have a very cool “water box”, with a treadmill in it, for aqua therapy! I love it!!

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Change Sports when I injured my back and barely could move. I had never worked with a physical therapist, but after going to chiropractors for years with no relief, I thought I should give one a try. Matt and his staff worked with me for about 3-4 months teaching me how to stretch and strengthen my back and core muscles. He gave me exercises and stretching to do at the clinic and home. I haven't had a reoccurrence of the injury since I saw Matt a year and a half ago. Matt was also able to guess that I had a previous foot injury and was even able to work with my foot and toe in order to help my hip. He is really knows how the body works and knows exactly what is needed to rehabilitate and get you back to feeling normal again. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. The clinic is super cool, clean, and always has good music playing.

The water treadmill (only one in CA that I’m aware of) is much more than a treadmill, it’s a full workout in water. I have seen so much improvement in mobility, strength, & balance. Experiencia fantástica: I have nothing but good things to say about Matt and his team members during my rehabilitation from my fractured clavicle injury. I've had PT at a couple of other locations, but neither of them came close to the special care and attention that they gave to me here. On my first day, Matt evaluated me and gave me a timeline on how long my recovery would take. After each week, I was feeling better each time and he would adjust my PT program as needed. He also made sure that I was not in pain from doing any of the exercises or from him doing manual therapy. After each session he would give me manual physical therapy, iced my clavicle area, and e-stim. I would 100% recommend coming here for PT. Matt and his team members will do everything in their power to help you recover and return back to your normal self.
