Experiencia fantástica: I love, love, love this place and especially Mary!! I went in with a double-fractured dominant arm and a tear in my rotator cuff and back, and a sprained shoulder joint. I had lost all range of motion of my arm from being in a sling for 6 weeks and couldn’t move my arm at all. Mary did all sorts of exercises with me to stretch out the stiffness and rebuild strength as well as lots of manual work to soften my scar tissue. Within 3-4 weeks, I have 70-80% of my range back and my arm is getting stronger every day. I can brush my teeth with my right hand, wash my hair, tie my hair up and do so many other necessary things that I wasn’t able to before— all thanks to Mary! I also love going into the clinic— it’s so warm and welcoming, and just good vibes all around. :)

Lydia is my current therapist, and she thinks outside of the box to help me. I am extremely satisfied, and the results are very promising. I will continue with my therapy, and I appreciate all the help and hard work. I highly recommend Johnson and Hayes. If it were possible, I would give Lydia a 15 out of 10.

The environment at Johnson and Hayes is friendly and comfortable, yet professional and thorough. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. I have had Jacqy for most of my therapy needs but have had a few others when she was away or unavailable and they are all just as professional and thorough. It is the place to go and I congratulate Todd Hayes and Scott Johnson for their attention and devotion to helping those with therapy needs.

My doctor referred me to Johnson and Hayes for physical therapy and I have been extremely impressed with the care I have received there. My physical therapist Mary has worked to determine the precise cause of the issue and has provided me with a solid plan to address the problem. She is amazing, and truly cares about getting me healthy again. From what I can see while putting in the work, the rest of the staff is equally committed to helping their patients. This team provides a very professional environment to help get you up and running again. Five stars, highly recommend.

I like that Kathryn & I worked together each session vs having a different therapist; she could track my progress & customize her approach. I was given "homework" with an app that has visuals of the exercises too. All team members I interacted with her nice & smiled (not always easy at 7am).

The great team at Johnson & Hayes have helped me in my recovery. They are good hearted people that want to see their patients exceed beyond their goals of recovery. I am still seeing them for my recovery and every visit they help me grow stronger and more prepared for my first steps.

There was a high degree of willingnqess among the staff to jump in and help others during peak times, which made for a cheerful place. I especially commend Mary Hui for her attentiveness and willingness to answer all my questions in full while also applying all the right exercises. Mary's cheerfulness was especially appreciated.

Even though he can be tough on you, I'm feeling much better after just a few weeks of appointments. He also has very competent fellow PT's in the event you are unable to get on his schedule.

Experiencia fantástica: Joshua “Josh” Cash is very experienced and has gotten results others couldn’t right from the start including being able to adapt exercises to keep from causing numbness and tingling in both legs because they were pulling across my sciatic nerve. None of the therapists I saw at a local competitor, TOC, over a 2 year period could adapt the exercises Josh did and wasted PT visits and couldn’t make progress with me. Josh has made the most of every minute of my visits and the progress I have made is far beyond what any other therapist was able to achieve. I would highly recommend him!!!

With each secession that I was there, I improved. I recommend Johnson & Hayes for therapy. This is the 3rd time I needed therapy since 2008. First time for shoulder repair therapy, 2nd time for hip replacement therapy, and this time for back injury therapy. I will used Johnson & Hayes if I need therapy again.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to J&H with Achilles tendonopathy and a lot of pain. Jack Bice quickly assessed where the critical points in my calf and ankle were, and he developed a set of stretching exercises that have reduced the pain and improved function. J&H has used a combination of massage, electrotherapy, and ultrasound to relax the muscles and tendon to promote healing. I have seen a remarkable improvement after just 2 weeks of therapy.

She thoroughly reviewed my situation and treated the condition. She provided me with a sheet of instructions for the next 24 hours. The next day I returned for a follow up appointment. The NP at my primary suggested J&H and I’m soooo glad she did. I luckily got linked up with Bailey & I ABSOLUTELY ADORE HER!!! She does not hold back, she has me doing all kinds of exercises and she does these massages that (in reference to pain) rival giving birth….but just like labor pains, it’s a “good hurt” and afterwards I’m always better. She has given me custom exercises that I can do that help me and she has shown me things I can do/buy at home in order to help on days when ai’m not in the clinic. Look no further than J&H when you need THE BEST PT in town. You won’t regret going there.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a shoulder replacement performed in Birmingham and needed a physical therapist here in Huntsville for the post operative therapy. A friend of mine recommended Johnson and Hayes, and I’ve been very pleased to say the least. When I called prior to the surgery to set up the therapy, the young lady that I spoke with had to adjust the therapist’s schedule in order to honor my request for three visits per week. She called me back by the end of the day with my schedule. She also worked me in for an earlier date because my surgery date got moved up. The kind, polite and patient attitude that I experienced really gave me the impression that this place was not about the quantity of people that they could treat on a daily basis but the quality of care and concern that they could provide. The therapist that I was assigned to, Jack Bice, has been outstanding! I’ve been treated by numerous physical therapists over the years, and this guy is great. I highly recommend Johnson and Hayes in Huntsville as well as PT Jack Bice.

Been going to J and H PT for a few months, including Brooke and Josh. Both intelligent and caring. Would not consider going anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: It's never easy to realize that life has tossed you a curve ball, and you suddenly have limitations. Many people experience it. If or when it happens, and you need physical therapy, I cannot speak highly enough of the people at Johnson & Hayes, specifically the facility and crew at the Balmoral location. My own therapy would be considered minor by some, but these people take every single patient and make them feel like they are the most important person on the floor while there. I've observed how they are with others, and their care, attention, and empathy towards each individual is amazing. From people dealing with unbelievably harsh situations to those on the lighter end of the spectrum, the care is the same. Dedicated, professional and caring. They listen to you, and their feedback is honest, proactive and positive. Always positive. That said, if you need outpatient physical therapy, Johnson & Hayes is the first place to look. Opinion? Sure. But these fine people have sold me. If I ever need it again, this is where I'm going.
