Experiencia fantástica: Such a WONDERFUL experience at NesinFit! Everyone was so willing to listen and work with me, and I’m back to my full-in lifestyle throwing hay bales at the barn. They were all able to really get to the bottom of my pain and help me get it resolved. Even when it took several weeks and was persistent, no one gave up and eventually the turnaround came. I highly encourage y’all to come here!

Not only am I fully recovered, but I’m leaving stronger than when I came in. All of the staff and therapist are super friendly, professional, and easy to work with.

Experiencia fantástica: I started my Nesin journey at about 2 months postpartum at the Nesin Pelvic Floor Clinic in downtown where I met Dr Amanda Spalding. After about two months of Pelvic Floor PT (which was great!), I realized that I was more concerned about chronic back pain and new scapular pain. I talked with my doctor and said I was interested in PT to address those issues. I said I enjoyed my experience at Nesin, so he sent me to NesinFIT. Boy, was I (pleasantly) surprised when I saw Amanda at NesinFIT. It was nice to know that the PTs had experience with postpartum individuals and understood my concerns (like diastasis recti). It's been a great experience at NesinFIT, and Nesin has made me a believer in physical therapy!

I cannot say enough to express how grateful I am to have had the opportunity to work on improving my physical fitness and mobility with their wonderful staff. My main therapist Jonathan was amazing! So knowledgeable and patient, he not only helped me to progress during my sessions, he gave me things to do at home to keep the improvements going! I would recommend NesinFit to anyone needing Physical Therapy!!

Experiencia fantástica: My experience with the NesinFIT team has been great. Jonathan and Amanda are experts in their field. They developed a plan specific to my injuries and goals. I've had experiences in the past with doctors that told me to stop squatting or deadlfiting. This is not the NesinFIT approach. They work to address the issues instead of ignoring them so you can't get back to the activities you love without pain. Couldn't recommend them more.
