Experiencia fantástica: My daughter had a helpful experience at H2 Physical Therapy. The therapist made things easy to understand in his explanations and demonstrations. The receptionist is an absolute joy to communicate with. She interacts with all the little ones in the waiting room and is always happy to help and answer questions.

Experiencia fantástica: We had such a great experience with Jordan! She helped my kiddo reach their goal in no time!

Experiencia fantástica: We’ve been with H2Health (ProStep when we started) for over 4 years now. Jordan worked with my son through ECI, and we followed her to H2Health without question when he aged out. She has brought so much mobility to my son- walking with and without a walker, getting an accessible bike, helping with a wheel chair options, guiding us through afo’s and other ideas. She has become an essential part of my son’s CP success.

Experiencia fantástica: We had Miss Katie with OT. She was great with our daughter and she made awesome process while seeing her. Everyone in the office is super kind and helpful.

Experiencia negativa: Would not recommend they have started getting soo many new patients a lot of adults. I really think they care less of the younger kids I know several people that have stopped going recently.

Experiencia fantástica: The best therapists and staff!!! They are all so kind and supportive! My daughter has been a patient there for 4 years now and we never had any issues. They take their time to explain every goals or evaluations they had for my daughter. I 100% recommend them!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I am thankful to God for Matthew Harter. He has the knowledge to help me with my scoliosis and is so very kind. His communication is excellent.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely the best therapy experience I have ever had! One on one, they listen and care. Instead of the predetermined list of to dos, they go by what you need and how to team with you for the best outcome. Absolutely phenomenal.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't thank Jordan enough for the amazing work she put in with Skyla! It's still crazy to see Skyla walking around the house!

Experiencia fantástica: My son went for an evaluation and we had a really good experience. All of the PTs were so sweet with the kids. I even heard a kid tell his PT "Goodbye, I love you!" I would absolutely recommend.

Experiencia positiva: I love the therapists that we had! We used Katie for OT and Briana for Speech! The only thing I would make a suggestion is for the secretaries who answer the phone; they need to speak slower and at a clear volume so that people can hear and understand what is being said. A lot of times Naomi would answer the phone and she would talk way too fast! It always made me feel rushed on the phone like she didn't want to be talking to clients/patients. Other than that, I highly recommend Pro-Step for an therapy that any child needs!!

Experiencia fantástica: Every person that works here is amazing... They all truly care about helping every patient thats walks in.

Experiencia positiva: My pt worker was great. The only problem I have is the kid screaming during my session. It was very distracting. At the end of my session a lady and kid came in the room left the door open at the end of my pt session. I do not feel this was right it was invasion of my privacy.
