Experiencia negativa: Definitivamente el peor lugar que estado hace más de un mes que fui por primera una recepcionista muy grosera estaba de mal humor cuando llegué para preguntar cómo era el procedimiento de la primera cita m contestó muy mal luego pasé con una persona de color q m paso no habla casi español y solo me tuvo sentada sin hablar reguntarme nada le quise entregar las hojas q me dio mi doctora resultados del scan y dijo no te lo pedí y ya solo me dijo ve enfrente a hacer tu citas no me explico absolutamente nada fui a preguntarle a la de enfrente y la misma me contestó muy mal el te tenía q explicar luego le dan las citas hasta después de un mes la primera que tenía me llaman 20 minutos antes para decirme que está cancelada por que el terapista no fue en esta segunda yo quise cambiar el horario tres días llamando nadie contesta y ahora que me contestan que no puedo cambiar los horarios por que yo puse desde el principio el horario ósea ellos si pueden cancelar cuando les de la gana pero uno no definitivamente no voy a tomar mi terapia aquí es un pésimo servicio de lo peor

Experiencia fantástica: Advance dynamic therapy, especially water therapy, has been incredibly beneficial for managing pain and improving mobility. I love the one-on-one sessions, which allow for personalized attention and a focus on my specific needs. Water therapy, in particular, eases the strain on my joints and muscles because of the water’s buoyancy, making movement much gentler and less painful. For my legs, the water’s gentle resistance strengthens muscles, reduces inflammation, and improves circulation. This therapy has been a valuable way to manage pain, increase flexibility, and make movement more comfortable and sustainable overall. Thank you.

Experiencia negativa: Not even a one star . Never answer phone s NEVER literally! Takes a month to get in. Receptionist rude therapist s lazy and they areNOT concerned at all about your recovery worst pt place I’ve ever been to. Will have you do a session then will make you wait 3-4 weeks until next visit!! Pt is supposed to be consistent. Even dr I spoke to and other pt center was surprised at their standard operating procedure. Stay away find a different physical therapy if you want to recover

Experiencia fantástica: Greetings everyone, I started my therapy about 4 months ago at Advanced Dynamic Therapy. I came in with a semi constricted right arm and could not lift, hold or carry anything, I didnt think it would ever work right again but I was wrong !! Since coming to ADT, I can now move my arm at least halfway as well as being able to lift and hold items once again, I am still doing therapy and it is getting there slowly but surely and I am so happy !! all of this would not be possible without Dr. Perry who did a very through exam and listen to and answered all my questions with compassion and patience explaining the whole process of what will need to be done and the work ahead for me. I want to give a shout out and heartfelt Thank you to my 5 Physical Therapist/Office Staff, I started my therapy with Johnathan and is currently working with Marck but I have worked with the whole team: Magali, Angi and Gigi as well and they are all awesome and extremely patient with me, they answer questions I may have and encourageme to meet my goal for full use of my arm again !! I look 4ward to coming to my appts, the office is always clean and organized, they always promptly call me in for my appt time, they all are a working team that works insync with one another as the atmosphere of the office is so warm, welcoming and peaceful. My therapy is ongoing at present time and I look 4ward to my arms getting back like it was before and with Dr. Perry and the awesome team of Mark, Johnathan, Magali, Gigi and Angi I know I will get there !! Stay tuned for an update soon

Experiencia positiva: I have been coming to ADT for almost 4 years for aqua therapy. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Mr. Perry is very professional, and thorough. He listens and answers all my questions. My therapist, Miriam, is the best. She's very knowledgeable and she takes her time. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is sometimes it's difficult getting through to a live person on the phone. Otherwise, it's a great place.

Experiencia negativa: Very unprofessional I left or lost the address to Inglewood facility, I had a Dr’s appointment the same day and it ran extremely long unfortunately I had left the therapy facility information at home and had no way to contact them I used my skill set and went online and searched aqua therapy in Inglewood and found the Prairie location and contacted them this was yesterday since initial time of appointment yesterday I still have spoken to NO one as of 4:27 PM today 09/20/24.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible staff! The receptionist has no customer service skills. They don't greet you! They shouldn't work in a place like this where people in pain want to feel better. They are not polite at all! Also, they don't answer phone calls! It's really hard to reach them and they don't bother to give you the information you need before coming to the office. I wanted to try it after reading the bad reviews, but unfortunately the bad reviews don't lie. Hopefully the receptionist can get better training or find another receptionist for this place, so disappointed of them! I ended up going somewhere else at Gardena where I was treated with respect!

Experiencia negativa: My Insurance approved aquatic therapy with you guys therapy that I really need. You guys cancelled my therapies because the swimming pool is not working. Because is not working the heater you said. First you said it will be fixed in 1 week then you said in maybe 2 weeks last time you said now is going to close for the entire month and finally you said "I don't know when it will be open". I understand that you rent the swimming pool but you need to do a better contract with those people to push them to fix it in case this happens again. I hope you are not getting money from my insurance without giving me therapies but the most important thing besides money is my health. You interrupted my therapies and it is super difficult to communicate with you because nobody answers phone calls and your workers just send texts. Please fix this situation.

The office has a strict respect for time policy which helps prevents long waits in the lobby before your appointment begins. I worked a lot with Erick who had a gift of reading my body and the areas that needed the most attention which was very healing. Experiencia fantástica: Great aquatherapy therapy for my knees, Right knee no longer in excruciating pain. Hope to continue aquatherapy for my left knee which stiffness has loosened considerably. I know more aquatherapy will completely loosen this stiffness. Aquatherapy is the way to go!

Experiencia fantástica: the opportunity of having access to water therapy has changed my outlook in regards to my chronic pain. i feel hopeful for my two hours of body work that doesn't hurt, and grateful for the extremely professional and knowledgeable physical therapists. they have been friendly and kind since day one, willing to help with anything specific i'm dealing with on therapy day. i did not know that water therapy was going to effect my life so profoundly, but i'm so glad the folks at Advanced Dynamic and Ability First are here to guide my way.

I saw others gave 5 stars hopefully for the work . But the girl that takes new patients it’s very lazy. As it seemed she was pushing me away but telling me I was not authorized . Before I even explained that I knew that and I just wanted to see if they have dates available but she wouldn’t let me Talk. Follow up story. 8/29/23 My first. Post was about a single staff member but now I can say it’s the entire staff. 1) first you get authorize to become a new patient and now they don’t even tell you when you get authorized for that office. I really don’t care for this office . The manager did not want to see me because I had left a bad review. So what ? You want people to make good reviews when the service it’s bad. ? I’m calling different people and put a complaint in all of you . And it not a problem.

Experiencia fantástica: I enjoy receiving physical therapy from Advanced Dynamic Therapies. Dr. Perry was kind, professional and he had jokes but you have to be smart to get his jokes, lol. I had three favorite physical therapists who were all African American men. One was Adrian who was professional always greeted me even on my bad days and he seemed caring. The second one I don't remember his name at the moment but he was professional, I liked him because he use to teach me things on how to care for my disability problems. My last favorite was Eric. He gave me those hard exercises which made me sweat, he put me on that Ab machine which was excellent. That machine really helped me. I think I need more of that Ab machine in my professional opinion. I like the location of the clinic and it was always clean and comfortable. I like the chairs too. And I liked that one receptionist who is Puerto Rican and Dominican, I forgot her name. She always genuinely greeted me with a smile and she always helped me with scheduling my appointments and working around my schedule. I really appreciate Dr. Perry, I think he is part of the reason I finally got a good combination of medication for my disability because I do like my medicine now because it helps me. I need to go back though because I believe they can get me to 100 percent. I recommend Advanced Dynamic Therapies to anyone who need caring professionals who are knowledgeable about helping disabled individuals regain their strength and health back.

Experiencia negativa: My experience with this place has overall been terrible. It was hard to get an appointment in the first place because no one ever answered the phone nor called me back when I left voicemails. I finally got through and made an appointment but when I got there they claimed they were out of network on my insurance even though I found them on my insurance website. I stayed there and refused to not be seen because I had been trying to get treatment for months. I ended up paying out of pocket for both my appointments. My first appointment all they did was put an ice pack and used a tens machine (things I already do at home) . When I went for my second appointment I was hoping there was more to my treatment plan, but all they did was a couple of stretches, laser, and then ice and tens machine again. I was confused about why they weren't addressing one of the muscles areas that has tendinitis (according to my doctor and the MRI) . When I asked about the treatment plan, they mentioned they were going to do the same thing for my other appointments, so I addressed my oncerns with the manager. I told her I did not think the treatment plan was enough for me since I stretch, ice, and use my tens machine at home but the lady just looked at me like I was stupid and might as well have been rolling her eyes the entire time. She didn't say anything about them missing one of the areas of concern even after I asked. This place does the bare minimum, they don't seem to actually care, and don't address your concerns. I wouldn't even go here as a last resort. The actual therapists were really nice, they were just following the treatment plans, but the person in charge of the office and the person who makes the treatment plans obviously don't care enough to actually put together a true competent plan for healing. Don't waste your time.

Experiencia negativa: En realidad solo tuve una terapia, en el edificio de la primera terapia todo bien la segunda terapia fue lo peor,tuve la mala experiencia de no poder encontrar el lugar rápido y llegué 10 minutos tarde pero luego me iban a hacer terapia en un miembro equicivicado pero no solo eso,la persona que iba a hacerlo cuando le dije que estaba equivocada me dijo que era culpa mía por no decirle que miembro era jajaja y todavía se molesto ella y su manager. Nunca regrese al lugar ahora estoy en otra clínica que realmente me han ayudado mucho. Lastima que no se valore a los clientes yo no le recomiendo este lugar a nadie.

That is why we always validate the correct body part with the patient before treatment is rendered . We always prioritize patient safety at all times .
Experiencia negativa: Terrible customer service at the front. I reported to my insurance and they changed me to a better place. Clients don't have to be treated horrible. Clients are in pain and this place don't care. If you canceled they punished you. They use as excuse the not to show policy. But if you don't show because you have an emergency? Employees don't do their basic job as returning phone calls to customers. Do they have any policy for that? I don't think so. Thanks to my insurance they found me a better place where I am treated with respect and they understand if I need to cancel for any emergency without any punishment. I will never come back to this place and I don't recommend it.
Our office treats all of our patients with both care and compassion. It is never our intention to make anyone feel ignored or out of the loop when it comes to their treatment with us. Our front desk team does their best to return phone calls in a timely matter along with emails. Experiencia negativa: Dr. Perry is an excellent head doctor for physical therapy. The front desk HORRIBLE!! You can never dish to anyone when calling for anything. If there is an emergency a patient would except to speak to someone in the office not to be directed to voicemails. This continued the entire time I’ve been going there up until last week. I explained to my PT that was traveling first thing since after having my STROKE. Unknowingly to me I’ve been removed as a patient after calling and explaining why I wasn’t able to attend. I came into the office today because no one answers the phone for a disgruntled employees as always at the front desk who stated to me I heard your voicemail and we referred back to you’re doctor. I don’t need special treatment just a facility that understands after having a stroke at 41 there are MANY DAYS it’s hard to get out of bed let alone come to therapy to be greeted by nasty unpleasant workers is unacceptable. I thank MALIK my PT who had gotten me back to a place I wanted to be in the short time I went there.

Experiencia fantástica: Firstly December 12th Dr Perry assured me I could return to what was normal comfortably sleeping, walking, running, golfing, swimming, and working etc. At this point in March 21st, I'm doing very well thanks to Advanced Dynamic Physical Therapist and Dr Perry.

Experiencia negativa: Edit: ILLEGAL BILLING. The billing department and front desk staff are supposed to check your insurance before each therapy session. Instead they let me get 4 therapies after my medical group has changed without my knowledge. I'm a medi-cal member and they tried billing me for 2K which is ILLEGAL. They clearly KNEW that so they tried threatening and harassing me with numerous phone calls so I would pay them. They never got a dime from me. Be safe everyone... The PT isn't very friendly or cordial. He didn't even check me before telling me the therapy I needed. He just said "you need X therapy" and wanted me to get out of his office quickly.

We take these matters seriously and will investigate the situation further to ensure it doesn't happen again. Regarding the interaction with the physical therapist, we appreciate your feedback and will address it with our team. Experiencia negativa: They never pick up the phone so if you need to change your appointment and or ask to be reminded when your appointment is, good luck. They have a policy that If you don't show up to 1 appointment they won't see you anymore. When finally after calling for several hours trying all the extentions, someone picked up he was rude and made excuses for the lack of phone response and claimed that they text me about my appointment and cell me, but they did not!! So he's pulling that stuff out of thin air. Just so stressful, unprofessional and rude. Try to find a different place
It is unfortunate that you were not happy with our services. Our no show policy is strictly enforced .It was designed to help protect the more vulnerable patients in our community that consistently follow our no show policy

Experiencia fantástica: Before coming to therapy I had an ankle surgery my balance was very off. By doing aqua therapy my balance has gotten better I'm able to stand a little longer. The instructor is awesome
