Experiencia negativa: The main lady there so called doctor is rude. She discriminates children with disabilities (Down syndrome). How can you expect a child with a disability do an evaluation through zoom. Since my brother did not cooperate on zoom she told my mother that he needed behavioral classes before going there in person when he already had the appointment to go. Covid already passed so why do evaluation through zoom when knowing the situation and more because my brother had been going there way before Covid. I honestly don’t recommend people to take their children here for speech therapy. Even before Covid was not the best place but that was the only option.
Experiencia negativa: DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE THEY ARE RUDE AND DISCRIMINATE YOU AS IF YOU ARE WORTHLESS!!!!! AND FORCE YOUR CHILD AS YOUNG AS 3 YEARS OLD TO WEAR A MASK!!!! THEY ARE COMPLETELY INCOMETANT, DISMISSIVE, LAZZY AND A WASTE OF YOUR TIME!!! THEY HAVE A WAITING LIST THAT WILL DELAY YOUR CHILD BECAUSE THEY ARE ONLY OPEN ON FRIDAYS TO THEIR CONVENIENCE AND WILL CHARGE YOU A FEE IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP OR HAVE TO CANCEL. EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! If you weren't so lazy and actually READ INTO MY SONS CHART YOU WOULD SEE THAT HE NEEDS THE HELP!!!

Experiencia negativa: Mal servicio !!!! Son unas groseras las asistentes!!! Aparte no contestan los teléfonos y a mi me dijeron que no me iban a dar el servicio por que no confirme la cita cuando yo ese día hasta no trabaje para agarrarla y si confirme mi cita tengo evidencia de eso!!!! Es el peor lugar que he conocido en tantas citas que tienen mis hijos !!!!

Experiencia negativa: Mi hija recibe varias terapias y este lugar es el peor que e conocido si no usaba cubrebocas no le querian dar su terapia. Mi hija tenia solo 2 años y es Autista, para mi bebe era dificil usar el cubrebocas. Las mujeres que trabajan fueron groseras. Busquen otro lugar para sus hijos este es pesimo. Mi hija ya recibe terapia en otro lugar y ella Feliz.
Experiencia negativa: Dr Kawasaki is wonderful but the front office staff is awful. They are rarely available and often do not return calls. We missed an appointment but they waived the missed appt charge, or so we thought. We've set up ZOOM appts only to have them cancelled by someone who didn't update their files. This has happened three weeks in a row! They need to get their act together. Kala

Experiencia fantástica: I have been working with Dr. Kawasaki and her speech therapy assistant Luce for a year and a half now while concurrently having ongoing dental treatment which has resulted in basically learning how to speak all over again. There have been many hours of tongue and facial strengthening exercises as well as implementing diaphragmatic breathing exercises into passages of speech. I have been having my sessions via telehealth for the duration of my treatment and have been very happy with the process of my treatment plan. I’d highly like recommend Blue Dove Rehabilitation Services.
Experiencia positiva: My child has been coming here for several months now. Even before the pandemic, the energy at this clinic is so positive and so thoughtful. The people are really considerate, the doctor and her staff are really interested in helping not only the client but the entire family. They have an Inclusive style, not making the family feel we have to wait in the lobby until the door opens to see our child. They have several safety nets in place so there is little room for error or worry. Dr. Kawasaki is extremely professional, knowledgeable and supportive of her clients. She has an eye of the tiger and her clinical expertise and research knowledge makes our family feel confident that this is the place everyone should send their loved one for speech therapy no matter what age. I'm so thankful.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing!!! Their services helped my family member resume his daily life activities after suffering both mental health and medical health struggles. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I'm glad they were able to provide services remotely during this pandemic. They worked around my schedule as I work full time and needed flexibility in getting appropriate care for him.
Experiencia negativa: Horrible place. They NEVER answer the phone. The main lady was very rude when I asked why it was taking 3 MONTHS to get services started. After I received paperwork to start services they never answered again. Horrible place and very rude service so disappointed on the lack of professionalism from the therapist. She interrupted when I try to express concerns and from what i am seeing they blame the their clients. Horrible place should be closed down immediately.

Experiencia positiva: The staff here is very friendly and professional. My daughter enjoys her therapy sessions. I like the fact they will pull you to the side and discuss what they went over with your child, it gives you the privacy you deserve. Sometimes its hard to get in contact with them on the phone but when you leave a message they do get back with you right away. The director Lauren is amazing she has really helped with giving me recommendations of other services I should look into for my daughter. My daughter really likes her and her staff. I've never had any issues here and I've been with this company for services for a year now.

Experiencia negativa: The personnel are very rude! We had traveled more than an hour just to see them only to be turned away, ( not my choice to travel more than an hour but our insurance is very limiting) i told the receptionist how difficult and long it took us to get there and she offered to take my copay of 35$ for the remaining minutes which I still agreed to because we had invested so much just to get there only for them to come out and tell me I arrived there at a different time and that I will not be seen at all. They said the time that was given to me when I first signed in was wrong and that the reason the receptionist gave me the wrong time is because " that clock doesn't work"! Why have me sit down, take my insurance, have me fill out questionnaires if you know you won't be able to see me?? Your employes lack proffesionalism!, compassion to say the least We were not extremely late and the office offered to take our copay for the remainder mintutes, the other 10 minutes they had me sitting in the waiting area, for what???
We really value your comments. It sounds like a lot went into your circumstances and conversation. We try to make every effort to accommodate whenever possible. If you still need help, a manager is also available to help with a solution.
Experiencia fantástica: We’ve been coming here for about 4 months and I love it , the therapists are so nice and every time session is over they explained what they worked on and also provided information on how to help my son at home , very flexible schedule and everyone is very polite

Experiencia fantástica: Very flexible, extremely polite and warm. My kids luv are always excited about going there which says a lot. Lauren has been extremely encouraging as also well informed too. Parking is easy too, so what's not to love. ( Oby )

Experiencia positiva: Tienen q ser pacientes pero ala vez insistentes...un mes para resultados de evaluacion pero si no les dejas de insistir te dan las citas para terapia..ami si me dejaron estar en las evaluaciones

Experiencia negativa: Horrible. horrible communication. They don't answer the phone at all. You have to call back to back just to get through. They watch the phones ring. Instead of just putting their calls on hold. The staff is rude and rushy. Place needs to be restaffed immediately. Wish I could give them a negative star.

Experiencia negativa: They never answer the phone, staff is rude, they don't let you go in with your child, and evaluation is only 5 minutes. Stay away from this place! Response to owner: we were never late. In fact your door was locked during your lunch time so we had to wait in the hallway with other families until it was opened. Nice excuse tho to blame patients for you being unprofessional.
We appreciate your feedback. Triage is important in the health industry. Unfortunately when clients are late, less time is available for evaluations and therapy which are two different processes. Please contact us by phone to clarify your concerns.
