Experiencia negativa: Hiya everyone, The person in this pictures name is Mina. The most unprofessional receptionist on the planet Mina. She wasn’t exactly loud just rude. Following public safety guidelines are not only mandated but are followed with my family and I. As we entered Mina asked that I check my temperature at a thermometer standing maybe 2 feet tall and I am 5’6 (and have severe back issues) I leaned down almost falling and took my temperature. Only to get told an assumption by Mina (who had her back turned) that I didn’t do it right. Then she told me to come to her desk I came, then she stand 6 feet back per social distancing, yet couldn’t hear me so kept asking me to come closer. Mind you were BOTH wearing mask, bullet proof window between us, of and both presumably vaccinated. I never wrote a review but this was beyond me. Not a good place to visit with an Ill child.
