Experiencia negativa: Esta clínica estaba llenado durante todos mis partos pero el personal estado cambiando especialmente la que atiende enfrente primero estuve batallando 3 meses porque no me querían atender ahora tengo casi 6 meses y no me siento bien y me candelabro las citas cada rato en cuanto yo aviso ami trabajo como si fuera un juego no tiene seriedad y con el tiempo ya ni les importa que man servicio

Experiencia negativa: Very bad service...They don't accept cards so I gave them cash which they were supposed to give me change...she came back to me asking me to go out and get a change because they don't have change...You asking a sick person to go out and look for change..And I was never attended to after spending one hour there

Experiencia fantástica: I was calling here from Oklahoma and trying to figure my question. Sure enough I called this place and super-awesome customer service.

Experiencia negativa: I felt like my doctor could care less about me and my twins. He seemed uninterested during our chats. Our conversations felt rushed, he barely provided information my twins health. There are so many details that could have been shared like how many placentas, those things could have been shared earlier but wasn't. To make things worst, my doctor provided the wrong genders. I asked for him to write the genders down on paper, he said two boys. I had a gender reveal party and revealed the wrong genders. My next appointment confirmed it was boy/girl. I am heart broken by this lack of interest. I deserve more. The nurses and ultrasound techs were friendly and professional but were unable to provide context understandably. The person who was hired to go into detail could care less and it showed.

Experiencia negativa: Anytime I come here, I end up leaving upset. All needs not met or grudgingly done. Incompetent and condescending staff. You wonder if they are working for free. Waste all day to be seen even when there are few visitors. Nobody seems to know what they are doing. Always end up leaving angry and dissatisfied.

Experiencia negativa: I was seen once in November 2022 and still have not received contact from Dr. Anthony in regards to my ultrasound results. The staff is nice but the doctor is not diligent with the patients. My Ultrasound was conducted by a nurse and she informed me she could not give details of the Ultrasound bc she is not a doctor, I had a scheduledappointmentand he wasn't even in the office, photos were taken and they sent Me on my way and scheduled my next visit for January 2023. I'm highly upset because I work full time and everytime I call between the hours of 4pm and 440pm their phone lines say the office is closed. I don't feel priority care from this office during my pregnancy.

Experiencia negativa: Very friendly staff but they need capacitance and be more condescending, they made me go for insulin to wait 1 hour and a half at the pharmacy and come back to be explained, surprise they did not know how to use the new Pens to supply insulin, I left without knowing how apply it and without indicates, how I should apply it are 2 different, not now, I know if at night or in the morning, if after meals, according to one of them, why not, they knew how to apply it, they didn't have to explain, the rest , quite irresponsible on your part, now I know how I should use the Pens, but no, I don't know what order, put them or schedules. thank you Dr you have a great staff.

Experiencia negativa: The receptionist was very sweet. Then I went in for my ultrasound and the lady didn't say anything the whole time. She was poking me pretty hard with the wand and basically felt like I was being ignored. I didn't hear a heart beat, I was stressing out. I then let them know I was supposed to get a blood draw, the lady who took my blood was Sandra and she did not care about me, she stabbed my arm and when I told her it hurt she pulled it out even harder. She didn't put the bandage on correctly so I had blood all over my arm. My arm is sore, swollen, and bruised. The ultrasound pic came out looking like it was drawn by a toddler. Super low quality and they charge for copies. I'm not coming back, I'd rather drive 2 hours to a better clinic than come back here.

Experiencia negativa: Stay away from this place if you are looking for an OBGYN. They only take you seriously if you’re pregnant. The nurse practitioner is extremely rude and has little to no knowledge of gynecology health. Not every person is pregnant. She had no knowledge of PCOS, fibroids, or women trying to conceive. She rushed me through my appointment and was LITERALLY WALKING OUT THE ROOM AS I WAS STILL ASKING QUESTIONS. Not to mention she was speaking extremely loud about additional testing that needed to be done in the hallways (for other people to hear) to the medical assistant. Staff is friendly, but this is not the place for me. Proceed with caution, you’ve been warned

Experiencia negativa: My doctor sent me here to get some diagnosis test. Staff is rude. HOW AM I-SUPPOSED KNOW THAT you can’t bring your baby here. I hate that I have to come back here to get test again and again and AGAIN!!!!!!!!! They are just so RUDE. THEY SHOULD NOT WORK AT OFFICE AT ALL.

Experiencia negativa: I came here because my doctor send me to follow up for gestational diabetes. When I arrived front ladies where nice. As I was brought in for weight and vital signs the nurse that helped me was completely out of line. She because upset because I didn’t tell her I had diabetes hello you work here, you should know I was send to the clinic because of that....She then became upset and argumental with me. I had to keep my composure to de-escalate her temper as she repeat to me....now I have to take your sugar because you didn’t tell me. I am here in this clinic for guidance and help not to be look down on and shamed from the nurses. Horrible experience ....

Experiencia negativa: Very disappointing experience. After accepting my insurance they tried to stick me with unheard of processing fee because they entered wrong code For billing. It was a big surprise on my third visit that I had a ridiculous balance. They resubmitted bill but wanted me to pay for processing. Never did get my mammogram readings. Absolutely shameful

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience. Staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. I had my prenatal with my first child 5 years ago and went back for my second pregnancy. They remodel and have a great staff and the doctors are amazing answered all questions I had even if it was silly. Never had to wait long they are very organized. I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend this place.

Experiencia negativa: I'm going to switch from this clinic I been her for am HR already and I was 20 mins early they take forever to see you I never been to a women's clinic or should I say ob office like this where you get seen way after your appointment time

Experiencia negativa: THE FACT THAT WHEN YOU CALL THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND THEY TAKE FOR EVER TO SEE IF YOU EVEN PLAN TO GO HAVE CELL PHONE FULL CHARGE SOME SNACKS, AND THE REQUEST THE DAY OFF FROM WORK

Experiencia negativa: If you want to throw away your money, pay them a visit. There were so many signs saying to NOT go - 1) They keep callers on hold for more then five minutes. 2) They make people sign an arbitration agreement, waving your right to file a malpractice suit. 3) If a message is left with the answering service, they will not return the call Once I finally got through and was able to make an appointment, I specified the reason for my visit - basic check, Pap but needed an ultrasound. Not pregnant but I did describe my symptoms in detail and by my research, which included the Mayo Clinic and other relevant websites, this was an OB/GYN matter. I arrive early and pay for services with a minimal wait. The next step was vitals which they asked questions any grade school kid can ask. Then they tell me to prep for the actual exam which will include a breast examination. Revealing my concern, the Dr. dismissed me almost immediately and recommended IM. This is fine but I only got the Pap and a lecture where she stated that I needed an ultrasound (DUH, THAT S WHY I M THERE). So long story short, I did not get the services requested and my money was not refunded. I've reported them to BBB.
