Experiencia fantástica: I have been seeing my PT Susan twice. So far my experience has been positive Susan is very detailed and strict. She is a skilled therapist and she has strong hands too. I feel a noticeable improvement in my meniscus tear related knee pain in less than 2 weeks.

Experiencia negativa: Unjust Charges and Unpleasant ServiceI recently had an unfortunate experience at this location . It's disappointing to report that their customer service leaves much to be desired. Firstly, I was shocked to discover that the establishment charges a hefty $50 fee for missed appointments. This policy feels exploitative and unjust, especially considering the unpredictable nature of life.Additionally, the receptionist's demeanor only added insult to injury.

Experiencia negativa: I was a client at this place. The therapist was amazing and very knowledgeable. As soon as I was done with the therapy the girl at the desk encouraged me to make another appointment and I was told that if I’m feeling better i don’t have to do any more therapy. Unfortunately I just received a bill for $100 for missing 2 appointments. I think this a ripoff. My co-payment was $30. And they are charging me $50 because I missed my appointment. And when she called me she was very rude and wouldn’t give me a chance to explain. I would never go back to this location or the company again.

I truly look forward to my appointments, because internet searching doesn't get the hands on that is required for an aging body. I never want to go anywhere else for my body treatments.

Experiencia fantástica: I was totally impressed with everything concerning this location. The facility is very clean, spacious, quiet and professional. Dr. Emily and team treated my stiff shoulder so well that I have no more pain. She assessed my problem, scheduled appropriate treatment and exercises, ensured I executed them properly to achieve the maximum benefits with assistants' supervision, and sent instructions home to continue my rehab between visits. I felt like I and my issue counted as an individual, not just a body. HIGHLY recommend.

They listened to my goals and tailored my program to my specific sport. The entire team there was amazing and I would recommend them whole heartedly.

Experiencia fantástica: Great rehabilitation center. Customer care and scheduling are a pleasure. Cecelia is friendly and works hard to get you a good schedule. The assistants are top notch John, Michael, Tiffany and Emily keep the center organized and very clean . They are attentive to your exercise program. Most importantly the Physical Therapists are top notch. They ask questions and give feedback to help your recovery. Thank you Emily S. And Will you are rehab rock stars. I appreciate all of you!
