Experiencia fantástica: I have been having lower back issue for more than 12 years. Had surgery 4 years ago and the pain come back again recently. On May 2022, I can’t walk or stand for more than 5 min. Cant sleep well in the night. Have to take pain killer every day. Very bad sciatica pain. Painful back, glutes area, numbness go all the way through my leg to my toes. I had a physical therapist treated me for 2.5 months(from May to July 2022) and that therapist only made my pain a lot worse! MRI shows 9mm Herniated disc. Doctors are telling me I need to have a surgery again. I was depressed and don’t see any light at the end of the tunnel. While I was so desperate, I found Dr Andy when I heard other patients discuss about him. I went ahead made an appointment with him and that’s one of the BEST decisions I have made in my life!! He took time look into my MRI images and listened to all of my complaints. After seeing him for 2 month( Aug to Oct), My pain reduced to 1 out of 10 and I can do clothes shopping in the mall for 2 hours without feeling pain in my back now!! I feel alive again. I now do lots of exercises he gave to me and start to strength my ab muscle. I never dare to do these exercises in the past couple years. He is the best doctor I have ever had. PERIOD

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Andy Kasimatis and his awesome staff took excellent care of me and my knee as I was recovering from my torn meniscus repair surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Andy to anyone in need of physical therapy! I quickly went from barely being able to hobble around the house to getting back to my normal hiking and exercise routines with ease! Thank you so much to Dr. Andy and the whole team at OSPT for providing me with great exercises, support, and a great environment to heal in. If I ever have a need for physical therapy again, I won't hesitate one bit to call them up to get me on the mend!

Experiencia negativa: Misleading and questionable billing practices, very disappointing. My insurance does not cover PT so negotiated a cash price, which I prepaid. OSPT then sent me a bill 4 months after appointments ended that was double the cost of the prepaid cash price. Talked to office who gave me a bunch of lip service about billing...then stopped returning my calls. I paid them, reluctantly knowing they would ding my credit. Bad billing practice!!

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend OSPT. I had shoulder surgery (labral repair) soon before moving around a lot, so I went to two other PT places before finally ending up at OSPT at the 3.5 month point in my recovery. From what I could tell, Dr. Andy was by far the best of the three (best of four if you include the therapist I went to several years ago for my other shoulder). He took me a step back in my exercises to ensure my recovery was full and proper, whereas the other places had rushed me through to more progressive exercises before my shoulder was ready for it. I then progressed at a good pace and felt my recovery was thorough. You can tell he is an expert at what he does and cares about doing things the right way to achieve a full recovery and prevent future injuries. Plus, he's a really nice guy and fun to talk to, as is the entire staff! I consider them some of the first friends I made upon moving! I trust Dr. Andy and will definitely go to OSPT for any future PT needs.

Experiencia fantástica: If you are in need of help of any sort of injury, definitely come to OSPT! They are amazing and you will see results faster than you know it. I am a college athlete and I happened to get the worst injury of all, rupturing my Achilles tendon completely. Just as when I feel like all hope is gone for my athletic life style to continue, Dr. Andy Kaismatis helped me literally get back on my feet was walk onto the field again! Throughout my journey of recovery the staff is very very friendly and support, they became my family. Dr. Andy spends a lot of time with each patient which shows how much he is invested in helping you to recover. When I would tell people about my injury, they just shook their heads and walked away. Dr. Andy said "Yeah, I can work with this. Come on in."

Experiencia fantástica: I would highly recommend Orthopaedic & Sports Physical Therapy for all of your PT needs. Dr. Andy and his staff (Courtney, Emily, Austin, & Cynthia) are First Class all the way. After diagnosing my needs, Dr. Andy put me on a plan to strengthen the area in need and the treatment I have received along with the progression of exercises has brought me back must faster than I imagined. His staff is always very diligent in carrying out their part of my treatment and making sure I'm doing the exercises correctly. Finally, I've never had to wait to get started upon arrival as they all value my time. On a lighter note, if you can hold your own talking about Boston related sports (especially Tom Brady) and/or MMA, you'll feel right at home!
