I was on Cymbalta, pain medicine ...I went to so many physiotherapists and no one could help ...I have recovered 95 % . I get stiffness occasionally but nothing like before ..I am so thankful to have found this place . I am out of medicine for at-least two weeks now . I am not experiencing any pain .

With Dr. Chacko she is on a accelerated pace to recovery. He is calm, but uses techniques and explains them well. He treats my daughter like his own family. I can't say enough about Dr. Chacko.

The pain was so horrible that I couldn't think straight. The first day I went to the clinic, I was able to walk almost normally!!!! From the moment he started his treatment to the day we bid goodbye to him, he was an angel in disguise. His treatment is very simple, concise and to the point. I am given ultrasound therapy, needle therapy, decompression therapy, heat therapy and mucle-strengthening exercises for my back pain and neck pain. I highly recommend this clinic for physical therapy. The staff are also really good, efficient, and compassionate enough to treat a patient with utmost care. I was not able to sit or stand due to spasm and Dr.Chacko recommended dry needling. I could see the results of dry needling immediately. After couple of sessions my pain and spasm was completely gone. Dr. Chacko is very thorough and attentive. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. He has amazing dedicated staff working with him as well. His clinic is exceptionally clean. You won’t be disappointed. The 2nd time with a fractured ankle, where I could only walk with crutches and had severe pain. Now, after several months of physical therapy with Dr. Tinu Chacko, I am able to walk pain free and without crutches. The 3rd time, I went in with shoulder pain. All three times, I have had a great experience! Dr. Tinu Chacko is very knowledgeable and professional, and he gives individual attention to each patient. Whenever I go to A1 physical therapy, I am happy with my experience there and the results. The staff is always friendly and dedicated, and the appointment reminders are awesome. Experiencia negativa: Mr.Tinu Chacko was extremey rude, behaved in appropriatley and unprofessional.( one star is only for receptionist) I called office one week before to book my apointment.& requested to provide estimate cost. Lady over the phone verified my insurance and I was told they will have it ready on the day off and I can proceed further accordingly. I got the cost at the time of my appointment . I told the receptionist that I cannot afford it and I need to do my homework with insurance company. ( I don't have complaint with his pricing -- it just I could not afford ). Then Dr Tinu comes out and explaining about the pricing which I get it but I told him that I cannot afford so need some time. It was then he started talking me rudely and told me that I wasted his time( showing me an appointment I had to cancel in 2017 per my pain management recomendation due to my pain).He said to me and I quote "step outside the door" . I think this a very inappropriate behavior. If the staff member have told me earlier about pricing ( as I had requested at the time of my apointment) I could have save myself from getting insulted and save my time. I would not recommend anyone to visit here.

Experiencia fantástica: After seeing multiple chiropractors, spine specialists, massage therapists, I was finally referred to Dr. Tinu Chacko. I know that for a back problem that has been ongoing for over a year and half, it’s not going to be an overnight recovery but I can at least say that I’m starting to slowly feel a difference. Since my 1st appointment, Dr. Chacko has been good at both listening and communicating treatments clear and concisely. He listens to all my concerns and asks me many questions in return that would help him grasp a better understanding of how he needs to help me. I like that he gives his patients the time and remembers what treatments were previously done so you don’t have to start from point A again and again. He actually remembers!!! Wait time is generally between 0 – 5 minutes at most and that’s a blessing! I am impressed with Dr. Chacko, Gaby and the rest of his staff. Everyone is extremely friendly and work very hard to make sure their patients are happy and healthy. Thank you very much. I look forward to working more in the future so I can finally feel 100% again.

Experiencia fantástica: On Nov 2015 I had lower back surgery. Once released from the hospital my doctor sent me to A1 Physical Therapy where I meet with Dr. Tinu Chacko. When I arrived Dr. Chacko greeted me and took me right in to get started. The main thing that impressed me was during the therapy session Dr. Chacko took the time to explain to me what each exercise was for and stayed with me until the session was completed. I can not say enough about the personal and friendly treatment you are given at his clinic. Sept 2016 I had total knee replacement on my left knee and now currently back at Dr Chacko Clinic. The reason I returned to him is because I trust him, his knowledge, the outstanding friendly service he provides and to me he is now like family. January 2017 I will be having my right knee replacement surgery and you better believe I'll return to Dr. Chacko. So if you need rehab I highly recommend Dr Chacko as your Therapist you will be glad you made that choice,

Experiencia fantástica: In August I was referred by my Primary Care Physician to A1 Therapy Clinic and Dr. Chacko for treatment of a painful hip and back experience. Using dry needle, heat, electric muscle stimulation, and some myofacial therapies, among perhaps others, Dr. Chacko, and his able assistants, quickly made my everyday life much less painful. Now, after several weeks of treatments I am walking much better and have very little and often no pain. I am so happy that I have been able to receive treatment from this talented man and his able assistant, Gabriela.

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred by my Surgeon to A1 Physical Therapy. I was extremely pleased with the personal care received from Dr. Chako and his two assistants. They opened the clinic 15 minutes early on my appointment days to accommodate my schedules. Never had to wait in the lobby for any of my appointments either early in the day or later. Office staff were always very cordial and helped doctor throughout my treatment. Treatment itself was superlative, he taught me several exercises and responded to my questions in clinic as well as offline through emails. He seemed very knowledgable and more importantly used his knowledge to help patients like me to get faster recovery. He taught me several exercises and explained what they do, how would they help and why would they be needed. I gained lot of confidence during the coarse of my therapy. I do not wish anyone to face back problems, but if they exist for whatever reason, we have a very good doctor in Mr Chako who could help in relieving pain.

I intially went to see him for my neck pain after the accident, and went back to him for lower back pain. He designed specific regimes that targeted my pain which helped me gain my movements back. Kudos to Dr. Chacko, who was very knowledgeable and motivated to encourage me thru this experience. We are so satisfied that our whole family goes to A1 Physical Therapy for all our therapy needs. Dr. Chacko has not only treated my Mom post her knee replacements, but he has also helped her overcome her Vertigo. My brother was also treated by Dr. Chacko for sprained ankle. Experiencia negativa: Mr.Tinu Chacko was extremey rude and unprofessional. First of all he kept me waiting, then he was very rude when I asked questions. During billing when I was discussing with the receptionist about the necessity of sharing ssn, he intruded loudly that if I can't share my ssn I need not come to him anymore. Not only that, he then instructed his receptionist to Not take my insurance and charge me the whole bill on my credit card. Mr. Tinu Chacko is not fit to be a professional, he is short tempered, impatient to answer your questions and lacks minimum manners that a health care professional requires.
