Experiencia fantástica: 10/5 .I have been a patient at CORE for the past 2 months for a bad frozen shoulder and could not lift past 45 degrees when I first saw. Dr Schnaupauff . Dr S is extremely friendly , kind and empathetic person and I could express my concerns without any inhibition .Dr S . assessed my situation and treated me with the right therapy and thanks to him and his great staff I am able to lift my hand above my head. I appreciate you greatly Dr. S. You took great care of me in mobilizing my shoulder .I would actually look forward to my PT sessions every week.Absolutely love the enitre staff at CORE. Right from the entry Abby with her warm welcome and smiIing face makes you feel comfortable.been a patient . I must add that they went out of their way to help me when I hurt my back when I went to a therapy session for my shoulder. Stephannie and Dr S realized I was in pain and helped me though I was there for my shoulder. Jazz is my absolute healer with miracle hands and she ensured my back pain was taken care of . Dr Elsa is always there and reassured me that I am on my path to recovery. She is super sweet. Last but not the least Connor who is a fantastic therapist . He has a fantastic sense of humor who made me laugh through my painful sessions of therapy. He is awesome when it comes to deep muscle therapy . The whole office is like a family and they are not business minded and enjoy taking care of their patients (which has become so rare these days)and ensure the best treatment is given to the patient. Thank you all for your kindness and helping me get back my range of motion.

Experiencia fantástica: Upon my 4th (in 12 years) visit to CORE I find nothing has changed. EVERY TIME I have been completely satisfied with the results of my PT, staff is always knowledgeable, professional, dedicated to the patient. Not to mention friendly, concerned, they listen and develop a PT regimen accordingly. Of course the patient always must do their work (including at home/gym) and the staff provides the guidance, direction, and intensity to match the patient’s development.

Experiencia fantástica: I was visiting Dr. Schnappauf for my issues, 60yrs old, and thought I wonder if he could recommend some one to help with my daughter cronic lower back issues, 20yr old. Injury was from 8th grade. Had seen more Docs than we have space here to expand on. He asked how soon can u have her up hear and i'll review her records. I won't charge u. My daughter described how the injury occured. Even though it did not show on the MRI. He was pretty sure he knew what the issue was. Long story short, she is now progressing well and looks like she will have a NORMAL life again. Truly life changing for my daughter. My wife and I will be forever grateful.

Every member of the Staff goes out of their way to help you reach your optimal health. Everyone encourages you and truly wishes for you to reach a healthy state where you don't need to come see them every week! No one has ever made me feel like I was just another patient who needed a one-size-fits all solution. And absolutely no one there acts like they don't want to be there. They are there for YOU. Donny helps me understand each exercise and why it's beneficial to me and how to make sure I'm doing it right. He makes me believe I can do anything. Ashlie simply knows everything - she has never not had an answer or explanation about something - she really knows her job. She remembers everyone and everything and always makes sure you are okay. Shannon really knows her stuff, too, and has great solutions/suggestions for anything that will make my life easier/better. Not only from a medical perspective, but from a common sense healthy-mind-and-body perspective. She treats the whole person. Then there is Dr. Joe...there are no words to describe what a blessing he has been to me. He goes way ABOVE AND BEYOND everything to not only help me improve physically but to have the very best quality of life possible. Again, treating the whole person, not just the hard protective shell. Dr. Joe works hard - too hard - but he puts his heart into everyone and everything and I have never met a medical professional that has more knowledge and experience than he has. He never halfway does anything - he goes for ALL and puts in his heart and time, even if you don't. This is not just a facility to help you spend insurance benefits. This is a FAMILY who genuinely cares about the patients who go to them for help. Everyone cares about you and truly wants you to succeed - as a WHOLE PERSON.

I thought I was cursed to live a life of pain until I met Dr. Klotz. I am finally free to enjoy the things I used to do before my back troubles. I feel free again. Experiencia fantástica: I originally started with Core because not only was my insurance accepted there but they had hours to 7pm in the evening. I was able to go after work and not have to take time off. I've been a patient with Core Physical Medicine in Coppell for 5 years and have seen many changes but they have been positive changes. I love the whole team and would trust them with any issues I have. The PT team is great to work with and very energetic and motivating. They get the job done without you realizing you are doing all the work. I have an back adjustment at least once a month and more if necessary. I always feel much better when I leave. This is a great organization and they care for all the patients professionally and personally. I trust them so much that everyone in my family goes to Core for 1 reason or another. Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I both come here for our post-surgery recovery and chronical muscle pains. Dr Mike and all the staff are so experienced in turning our power back on. It seems like they are hiring the creme of the crop talent, and it shows in quality of treatment they provide. I plan to keep coming back every once in a while to tune up my exercise plan.

I've had lower back pains and hamstring soreness for years but Dr. V and Michael really pushed me in the right direction. By the time I finished, I didn't have any pain. I also was able to get adjustments by the chiro, which made me feel taller. If you are needing quality care by a knowledgeable PT, I highly recommend Core Physical Medicine, Coppell!

Experiencia fantástica: I cant say enough about Core Physical Medicine in Coppell. I just had to have surgery to replace my C3/4 and C5/6 discs in my neck. I wont lie I was a little scared as this is your spine we are talking about. From before surgery, the whole staff has been nothing short of perfect! They make you feel like family and truly care. The knowledge base is amazing, and they have great techniques to help recovery and pain levels. The attitude and care they give you made me feel more secure about the procedure, as well as them checking on you even when youre not in the office. I have no doubt that what ever issues you have your PT will be done right and with care here. Big thank you to Dr Mike, Dr V, Michael and Divinity for takin extra good care of me and my road to recovery!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Victoria, Mike and Summer are AMAZING! Mike is definitely the life of the party and always plays music in the office. Dr. Victoria challenged me every time, but her love for female athletes was so motivating. Summer was very helpful and explained every exercise to me thoroughly. They worked with me twice a week for about 45 minutes to an hour to help my foot get back to pre-surgery shape. They listened to my input, but also challenged me every time. Best physical therapy place ever!

A lot of times with doctors, you can feel rushed while at the office, but here they take time to explain everything to you and work with you on treatment. They also have deals for public service workers like teachers, nurses, firefighters, etc. Can’t wait to start my PT here.

Experiencia fantástica: I literally couldn’t speak higher of Dr. Mike and the other Docs here at core coppell. They have literally taken me from being barely able to get out of bed on Monday to 100% on Tuesday. So many times I’ve woken up in a panic with a shooting pain in my lower back, neck, knees, etc. and every time they have been patient and thorough with treatment. Stop your search now and don’t waste your time at another office. This is the place to go. You won’t regret it. Had to add to this review, as I write this I’m losing count of how many times Dr. Mike has brought me back from the brink of the helplessness feeling when I hurt my neck or back. Not only does he get me back to normal is a couple days but he also thoroughly explains what’s going on and educates on what exercise to do to hopefully prevent the same injury in the future. GO TO CORE! Also I have to add Abbie and Jade are fantastic as well!

Experiencia fantástica: Life changing!!!! I rarely rate or leave a review…..but have to because this place has been such a blessing!!!! I broke my finger which required physical therapy. My first thoughts were “physical therapy=this is going to be miserable”! I didn’t realize it was going to be a life changing. Prior to breaking my finger I have had chronic pain pretty much everywhere. Neck, back, hips and feet. I chopped it up to getting older and my feet to bunions. My right foot prior to going hurt so bad even pressing on the pedal while driving was intensely painful. Since seeing Dr Mills I’ve been walking better, pain is literally an 1/8th of what it was in my foot(is my bunion gone…no but I am able to walk and move without the intense pain that I’ve been having…ABSOLUTELY!!!!! The rest of my body is moving better and as a whole I feel better. And that’s just one aspect…. My physical therapist Casey has been incredible! She makes correcting a painful situation enjoyable and literally makes me laugh every time I’m there. Honestly can’t say one bad thing about this office. Dr Mills is fantastic, Casey is amazing, the other employees are super friendly, it’s clean, you can make appointments easily…AND MOST IMPORTANTLY I am able to function without extreme pain!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Core is the PT place! Am currently being treated for a third time @ Core, for a torn Achilles’ tendon. My first time in 2012 was for a knee arthroplasty, second time in 2015 for hip arthroplasty. Although the providers have changed ownership hasn’t. The fact that the owners obviously can consistently hire quality, knowledgeable, Uber-friendly, challenging providers and staff is quite an accomplishment. Challenging and somehow they make it enjoyable. I will never go anywhere else.

Initially I was so hesitant to express my pain due to my race, and accent. But they are amazing team gave me lot of comfort and now it became my family. By profession I am a Dance Instructor and had a Spine Fusion Surgery Few months back. I was not in a position to walk, sit, or wear shoes. I lost hope completely. There are many places you can go to that will run you thru the basic PT protocols. The difference is the level of care that is provided here is literally like you are a member of the family. Everyone knows you by name. They all care. Doctors have met us after hours to provide above the call of duty consultations. Staff have followed up with us after treatment. Doctors have helped coordinate consultations with other specialists. I could go on. Now that is all nice and good but the results and outcomes are what matters. Family members have used Core for lower back, shoulder, neck and arm problems. All with outstanding results and resolution of the underlying issues. So a big call out and thank you to Dr S, Dr Mills, Dr Cunningham, PTs Larissa, Taylor and staff members Francis and Courtney and the rest of the team have been so helpful to us.

Experiencia fantástica: Core Physical Medicine in Coppell is awesome. Lower back pain issues (spinal stenosis). The team here was excellent. Everyone seems to be fully qualified with recent appropriate degrees. You are not assigned to just one therapist, they all know your name and treatment and work as a team with all patients. They are all enthusiastic and up to date with training and diagnostics. Their treatment plan cleared up all my back pain and we worked on strengthening areas of stress to reduce the likelihood of re-occurrence. This will be my first choice for any future need of physiotherapy.

Core Physical Therapy stands out in three areas: their doctors and physical therapy staff are elite; they genuinely care about the wellbeing of each and every patient; their treatment model differs in that it blends exercise with medical treatment. Core Physical Medicine is aptly named; it surpasses Physical Therapy by adding medical treatment and it is the best option in North Texas!

Dr. G is knowledgeable, attentive and calmly reassuring. They really do want to see you get better. They don't see lack of insurance as an obstacle to wellness and will work with you on payment. Frances at the front desk supports this with a cheerful attitude. Appointments are easy to make and very little time is spent waiting to speak with Dr. G or get treatment. Seriously, don't go anywhere else. I am so glad someone referred me to their office - best thing ever!

Experiencia negativa: I trusted this practice with my family's health and was very let down. They were more concerned about how much they could bill rather than how the patient was feeling. Rather than referring her out to a surgeon for her broken foot, they continued to lie to her about her progress as they "rehabilitated" her until her benefits were maxed out. Years later she is still dealing with the pain from their lack of care.

Experiencia negativa: Place isn't great anymore. New management and organization. Not impressed. They are all about the business side. Try to book you as many appointments as possible as soon as you go in there. Least amount of treatment is 4 weeks and they want you in there nearly every day "for your benefit". I support rehabilitation takes time and commitment, but be more realistic. You can sense they are trying to bill you for everything they can! And they sure did as soon as they found out I am a fortunate patient with phenomenal health insurance. Their hours are tough for anyone who is working and injured AND whom they feel should be attending 3-4 days a week for physical therapy and recovery. I also received a mail-in prescription of ointment that continues to come in boxes of 4 or 5 at a time each month (more business for all involved) that they bill my insurance and I certainly have not needed all this amount. They verified my co-pay and co-insurance as soon as I started going again (but under new management and "original" owners). I made consistent co-payments every visit and now their billing department is sending me bills that I still owe them money. Seems incredibly fishy. When you bill at me more than $350/hour (that's right folks! $155 for an office visit, $200 "therapeutic exercises" plus several other incidentals), I expect far more than this. It's too much. This place lost it's small-town feel and it's all corporate. I'm not going back here anymore.

He explained everything in great detail and truly cared about my injury and getting my treatment plan together. I had my young daughter with me and everybody was great with her as well. I was treated like I was a part of the family. Core definitely exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them to everybody. It's not easy finding people that truly care about their patients, but at Core....they make sure to fully take care of you!!!

I highly recommend core to everybody. It's hard to find doctors that treat you with such care and have a great attitude! Anytime I am broken and in pain they can always fix me! :)
