Experiencia positiva: I’ve had a really great experience here. All my needs were met, and my questions were answered. Although my appointment did feel rushed, it could’ve been just the day they were having. I’ve also tried to leave messages and use the texting function and haven’t really had any responses. I called once to also cancel an appointment and it was never canceled. I ended up keeping it just because I didn’t wanna pay the fee and I needed to be treated for my injury anyway. But just know that communication isn’t always going to be 100% here. But at least I’m being treated well.

Experiencia negativa: I wish I could leave zero stars. My 72-year-old parents drove over six hours for their appointment today, which had already been cancelled and rescheduled by the office earlier this month. Upon arrival, they discovered that their appointment had been cancelled yet again, and there was not a single doctor available to see them. The office claimed they left a message, but my parents had already departed and stayed overnight nearby to ensure they made their appointment. They are from a small town in the Texas Panhandle, and navigating the DFW metroplex is extremely stressful for them. Currently, as my mother weeps in the office, I am writing this review from Chicago. She has been suffering from knee pain for a very long time, and it took immense courage for her to finally schedule this appointment. This office's blatant disregard for their patients is appalling. Do not waste your time here. Seek care where people are respected, valued, and treated with the basic dignity they deserve, starting from their very first appointment.

Before going here, I had been to two other places. Ashlynn is wonderful and professional and always helpful with a big smile. Dr. Sandhu is just outstanding, he listens carefully is empathetic and you never feel rushed or hurried with him. He explains exactly what is going on and how to handle it. Precision has my highest recommendation!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I went for an Orthopedic Surgeon expecting Hip surgery but after an X-ray Dr Bayless found no Arthritis!! He actually found I was feeling back/spine pain going to my hip! I got a series of injections and it helped tremendously..

Experiencia negativa: I visited this location roughly 2 years ago and had an ok experience except for the xray tech not being considerate that I had a stroke and left side paralysis prevented me from moving certain ways for Xmas posisistionig. ALSO THE dr took very extensive measurements for a soft brace so I could walk around in the interim of waiting for an AFO to be custom made . Sade it would take 4-6weeks and would would send to me. It is now over 2yrs later. No brace and u have called several times with no follow-up response!. Ridiculous! I bet they made that money thoI know my insurance paid them! Now I'm stuck with no brace.i wish I could get some help

Experiencia fantástica: I started getting lower left side back/hip pain for unknown reasons. I'm pretty active so it could have been caused by any number of bumps or falls. The pain was diagnosed as an inflamed nerve issue. Two shots over three weeks to treat the inflammation and I'm pain free and back to my routine. I was told if the pain comes back I should contact them to come in and see if any other treatment might be needed. I really liked that they listened to me, figured out the issue, treated it, but told me it was on me to call back if the pain returns. That way they are not wasting my time and money just to ask if I'm O.K.

Precision Orthopedics has been very very good, good quality, Dr. Sanders took his time with me and not like other places. MRI was good. Other places do not help, this place omg made me so happy. Good quality, front desk is also so nice.

There’s a lot of expertise in that clinic. I hate that anyone needs it, but it would be a shame to miss out on an opportunity to receive the Expertise that the doctors offer.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience is with Dr pack Don his PA and Melissa the nurse I've been seeing them for 20 years for spinal injury and neuropathy and I cannot think of one time that I wasn't treated professional and kindness and the best experience I've ever had with any doctor and the PA Don and Melissa Great at what they do they're so caring and when you're in pain and your injured that goes a long way they treated my injuries and they taught me how to live with them afterwards the whole office has always been kind and courteous I've never had one of office staff working there was ever rude like some doctor's offices the office seem to major and bad attitude that is not the case with this office and I recommend them highly I've seen many doctors for this condition and dr pack is by far my favorite He's so knowledgeable and he takes his time to get to know you and your condition and to do what's best to improve your quality of life

Experiencia fantástica: Long story short, I wasn't happy with my shoulder and knee ortho. So after a visit, I sat out in the parking lot and prayer for deliverance of a new orthopedic surgeon. I got my phone out and went to Google Maps. I googled, intelligent, compassionate, all business but listens to patients, has excellent office staff and medical team, knows what he's doing orthopedic surgeon in my 50 mile area. A lot of doctors came up, but Dr. Steven Sanders was the first one that popped up and review said, he listened to mine and my wife's concerns and took everything we had into consideration. I called and got an appointment. My old ortho said I needed to lose weight, have my knees done, then have my shoulder done. Even though my shoulder was hurting worse than my knees. Dr. Sanders listen, we talked, we had x-rays and then we had an MRI and he said let's do the shoulder first it's tore up. I had surgery June 19, 2023, to reattach rotator cuff and find my bicep muscle that had become detached, and some other things. I took pain pills the first day, I didn't have to take another pain pill until months later. I know a lot of that is on me, because I did what they told me to do. I'm still weak as a babe five months out, but I am so much better off. They tell me it will take a year to really get back to where I was, so I'm good. I could not have come this far without my surgeon, the surgical team, and the office staff. They do listen to you, and then they take what she say, and you devise a plan together. You can't ask for much more than that. I reached my goal weight for knee surgery earlier this month. New Knee Team December 2023, go team. This took the whole village! Thanks Jesse for the pep talks!

Experiencia negativa: I'm having an absolutely horrible experience with this office. They're never able to help, transfer me to get answers, and they also don't communicate with insurance within a timely manner. Now I have to wait a significant amount of time to get the care that I need. That is NOT ok. They called me after their offices were closed, didn't leave a voicemail. I called back and the receptionists were extremely rude about not being able to do anything about it. I also have insurance that pays well. They have a texting service that they always immediately transfer you to, and never answer the phone. They also never respond back to the texting service. Whoever is responsible for your MRI approval will also never respond back to your insurance to get things approved. So you're going to go through endless appeals with your insurance and additional stress that is not needed when you're already in pain.

Then I got called back to the room quickly and i didn’t even wait long before my doctor came in to see me. He took his time to explain all his findings and answered all my questions in detail. I didn’t feel rushed. He definitely made the atmosphere calm and comfortable. Glad I went here. Will definitely give Dr Sandhu 2 thumbs up. Will for sure be going back.

I can hear him outside my room speaking to the other patients in the same friendly way. I have also loved Melissa from my very first visit as she has always been the very best! I drive a very long way to come to this clinic but as long as I can have these two assets greeting and helping me, I will certainly continue. Experiencia negativa: I had an appt today for 9:30am. After sitting in the waiting room until 10:30am, I approached the desk to find out status and was told there was still 2 patients ahead of me. Attempts to reschedule were met with restriction after restriction. I told them that I would find some other place, then and was given an "OK" and that was it. I walked out and will not be back.

Experiencia fantástica: I “knew” Dr Bayless from over a decade ago in my career field. I always observed him to be a skillful, intelligent and personable man. But when I needed an Ortho visit recently, he was the first doctor I thought of. The office is very clean. Staff is friendly and professional… from the front desk, radiology, nurses and of course, Dr Bayless. When you observe that a man loves his family and cherishes children, you can be assured he is a trustworthy and caring man. This man knows his craft and he has built a great team around him. Experiencia negativa: Dr Bayless and Dr Smith treated me at this facility. Through Workers CompensationI had 2 scopes done on my knee. The 1st surgery was performed by Dr Bayless.. I don’t know what was actually done and he couldn’t show me because he forgot to take photos of the procedure ‍♂️. Strike 1! After getting the stitches out I noticed a large bump on my knee that was causing discomfort. Ask him what’s that? His reply was I don’t know ‍♂️ with no analysis or anything. Strike 2! My next visit I walked pass Dr Bayless and his assistant Steve and spoke to the as I entered the room next to where they both were standing. Minutes later Stevie enters the room and begins to prep me for a steroid shot. I asked him what he was doing and he was not going to inject anything in me with out telling me what it is unless he wins a fight so he left out the room. Minutes later Dr Bayless comes in and I ask him what was Steve going to inject in my knee? His response was “I don’t know what you’re talking about “ then says oh he had come in the wrong room. Uh I spoke to both of you when I entered this room. Strike 3! See my record show that I have type 2 diabetes, for Steve to inject me with steroids it would have spiked my sugar levels to the point of death. What is this incompetence or attempted murder? I switched doctors to dr Smith whom performed my 2nd scope which seems to go well. My next 3 visits are discussions on how it feels with physical therapy and all with no actually touching the knee whatsoever then I was told there nothing else he could do for me and I was released from his care. Since then I have stepped away from workers comp and consulted a true orthopedic doctor and to make a long story short, I’m happy with the treatment and I’m back to work with minimal pain. I hope this review saves a life.

Experiencia negativa: This place is completely unprofessional in the way they conduct operations. Starting with the lady who is in charge of workers comp, Jennifer. Never “available” to do her job. Be prepared to always be forwarded to voicemail. Had to track her down to schedule my own surgery after she sent the wrong patient info to my claims adjuster and never said a word about it after. I even went to talk to them about the situation and her rude self and Dr. Lee laughed in my face the day after my surgery. After they “forgot” to give me post op instructions and “forgot” to send in my medication. All convenient accidents I guess. If I could choose somebody else to finish my recovery I would……. Stay away!!!

(Unbeknownst to the doctors and staff here, several years ago, I had quite the opposite experience elsewhere). But not here at Precision Orthopedics! What a pleasant surprise to be kindly greeted by front staff, from check in, to check out, from the nurse to the 2 xray technicians, to the 2 doctors that provided care and treatment (injection) this facility far exceeded my expectations. They were extremely professional, yet down to earth. They were very attentive and I left there knowing I'd received the best care possible. A big "Thank You" goes to Dr. Sanders & all Staff for all your genuine care and concern for your patients.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a rt hip problem that progressively worse Ed last year. I consulted with Dr. Bayless and his wonderful staff. And they exceeded my expectations on a hip replacement. I'm very happy and pleased with the results and won't hesitate to use him again.

I'm 2 weeks out, and I couldn't ask for better results. I am fortunate to be a fast healer, but I'm sure the majority of my positive results is due to the surgeon.
