Experiencia positiva: At ABC 2.0, I get a sense of nuturing and care for the kids. The therapists and team that work with my son are very patient with my son and make sure that his needs are met. Great energy.

Experiencia fantástica: Everybody is very nice and my kiddo loves them. They help us understand everything that we need to be doing at home. They care about the kids just as much as the kids family does. And my daughter has definitely shown a lot of improvement in the short year and a half that she has been here.

Experiencia fantástica: My son has been attending this school since he was 4 (he’s currently 6) and we absolutely love it!! He started this program not being able to form any sentences and now when I pick him up, he’s telling me all about his day. We will be sad once he leaves the program to start school with other kids his age but we know thats something that wouldn’t have been an option without this program.

Experiencia negativa: My experience with them has been very poor. I inquired about ABA services and they did call me back. Unfortunately I missed the call so I called back, nobody called me back. I called again and they told me to hang up and someone would give me a call back right away. They didn’t. I called again and spoke to a different person she informed it was a busy time since kids are getting let out so she would call me tomorrow (Wednesday around 10am). And surprise… it is now Thursday and I still don’t get any information. Staff was not at all helpful, if you are a parent seeking help to get started with ABA services I would definitely recommend BLUE LIGHT THERAPY, They gave me a walkthrough of what the process is the first time I called. Today I submitted the application and about 5 minutes later I received a response.

Experiencia negativa: Tried reaching them on phone none of the 3 centers present in Irving answered. Tried several times, several days but nobody there to anwer. Submitted the application but still no response.

Experiencia negativa: Do not take your child to this place, they misdiagnosed my grandson, they run evaluations for 28 minutes they do not take their time with your children. They only worry about taking money from your insurance. THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD!!!

Experiencia fantástica: ABC has truly been an instrumental force behind the development of my son! I have seen him thrive in the last 11 months being in therapy so much so that at times I am just in awe of all that he has been able to achieve with his therapists help. ABC is also very supportive and helpful in assisting us parent’s learn how to handle certain situations or how to approach them in a different manner. The constant communication between parents and therapists is great! I truly appreciate ABC for all they have done, and continue to do. Since joining the ABC family, ours has truly changed for better.

I came in with questions, and walked out with a better understanding about how to work with behavior issues and how to identify triggers. I’d like to thank Eva for taking the time to really help me understand the ins and outs in our short conference. She definitely gave 5 star service.

Experiencia negativa: I'm not even sure how to feel about ABC. On paper they seem good. But they never follow up. At first I called dropped voice messages no one called back after I left a bad review they answered my call and set a date for a tour. I then felt bad took down by review. And since July 22nd I've been the one reaching out to find out how long the verification process takes. Only for them to tell me yesterday they don't accept bcbs marketplace. I'm sure it doesn't take almost 2months to verify insurance. My time and energy wasted trying to keep up and get my child therapy.

Experiencia positiva: My kid really seems to like the school and he has made a lot of progress but they are almost never on time and seem to care more about being in the center than making sure they are fully better from a sickness. My kid had covid and told them about it but still received an email about an absence that was not "excused".

I can see the therapist being such a sweethearts with my son they treat him like he is their child.. there is no words to describe how great this center is.. Big kudos to Bri & Vanessa and all the team I appreciate all you help

The staff is amazing, the facility is home away from home, and the intentionality is evident. The hearts of all the staff and the willingness to help is something you cannot teach, rather it has been a core value of each individual. I am honored to be apart of the ABC team, forever grateful.

Experiencia fantástica: Initially it was little frustrating process, back and forth but eventually it worked out really well after some extra efforts. our son is in good hands now with Their BCBA Alex and team, all the staff are friendly and we are glad to send our son there.

Experiencia fantástica: Action behavior center in Irving is an amazing place for your child with special needs. My son has been going here since it opened and I’ve seen significant progress in him. I love how the staff give their all to the children’s need, this is their passion and it shows. The children are so excited in the mornings just to go into the building to get started. They have regular parent meetings and great communication. I’m so happy and grateful the day I found this place for my child. My commute is a long distance but anything for my child Thank you guys for your passion and commitment to our children forever grateful ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: I don’t know what to say and have a lot to say at the same time. As a mother with a child who needs some extra care and teaching, I could not have asked for a better place! I’m amazed with the entire staff, as they are welcoming, very helpful, greeting, knowledgeable, informative, respond quickly, help with a motherless worries and questions and all around on top of their “game.” I highly recommend this place. I have been to two centers (not to mention). Both places are the same, staff, organized and clean! No complaints! I’m also very impressed with the progress my child has made/ shown! ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: ABC (Action Behavior Centers) has been a God-send to my family. From the moment I found their page online, they have been amazing. Our family recently received the news in January of 2021 that our son could possibly have autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Not knowing much about autism, I began researching online, and ABC popped up as an ad on my phone. I went to their page, and thought it was awesome that they specialized in autism therapy for children. I sent a message that I wanted more information, and a lovely woman called me almost immediately. She was so professional, courteous, & kind. Very knowledgeable, and willing to answer any and every question I had. They scheduled me immediately for an evaluation for my son. When we stepped into the facility the staff was so nice, warm, and welcoming. They all made us feel very comfortable, even our little 'Man'. The evaluation process went great, I didn't even realize he was being evaluated, as it appeared he was simply enjoying himself with play time. The results were immediately available to his physician, at which time, a proper diagnosis was made for him. There was NO DELAY in beginning services and treatment, and after speaking with the office manager to go over procedure, what to expect next, and answer any additional questions that I had, we were rolling to begin therapy. We began seeing IMMEDIATE improvements in our little Man from the 1st week!!!!!! When he comes in the mornings, he is excited to be there, and see his tech!! He has truly improved in the areas of eye contact, eating, social skills, and so much more! I absolutely love how in tune the staff is with the children, and the families! I love my weekly calls with the BCBA, and getting to download with her about new things my son is doing & learning, or talk about challenges we may be facing at home, and how to come up with a game plan to deal with those challenges. They really do all the hard work for you! I love that he has one-on-one time as well as group time for working on social skills. I love that they specialize in autism only, and they provide help for families all the way through age 11!!! Working full time, and knowing that my son needs (and is receiving) full-time attention through ABC, gives me the peace I need to be able to work without worry. And they keep you posted about EVERYTHING!!! I think what makes ABC so great is that you can tell right away that the staff is committed to care for your children! They do not have a high turn over rate, as they carefully screen potential employees, and make sure they have staff for whom this is not just a job--but a passionate career to make a difference in a child's life. I am finding that is the one of the most important things you can provide to a child battling autism. I could truly go on and on about ABC, but I don't know if there is honestly enough room on this review. Bottom line is, if you have a child who may be battling autism and are looking for a place to help who will love your child with a mother's love, ABC- Action Behavior Centers is the place for you!!! Don't delay, call them today!!! (I was NOT paid for this review--this is the honest opinion of a truly GRATEFUL mom who loves her son!!!)
