Experiencia fantástica: They stay busy there but I love how they makes sure they can help you in any way. They are nice and respectful to me and my aunt. My aunt loves it there and that’s what matter to me the most.

Experiencia negativa: THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE!!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE. My uncle recently was admitted there and we literally discharged him the very next day, had to go back to the hospital!!!! This place was SMELLY! Not a mentally stimulating welcoming facility at all. Dimmed lights, record vital signs manually, manually crank beds, beds not the size of hospital beds, small rooms, window style ac units, no noise reduction/control from recreational room. EMPLOYEES are not friendly. DO NOT ADMIT YOUR ELDERLY LOVED ONE HERE. These previous reviews are not a true reflection of what’s going on NOW!

Experiencia negativa: I am a Christian, I am a nurse, I am a daughter, granddaughter, & a mother. I would not recommend that anyone should send any human being to this facility. Please ask around prior to sending anyone you love to the place! P.S. I have never put a bad review on any nursing home ever in my life....

Experiencia fantástica: The atmosphere Chadwick has is what makes this place special and sets it apart from other nursing homes in the Jackson area. Every time I visit i’m always greeted with love from the staff and I can tell by how the residents there are so happy that they’re treated the same. Great place for your loved ones if you want them treated like family, and cared for like family.

Experiencia fantástica: My great-great grandmother was a resident at Chadwick and I loved going there to spend time with the her. The workers were nice and I had a lot of fun participating in the fun activities with my great-great grandma!! My granny passed away and I am thankful for Chadwick giving her the care that my family could not provide for her!! Another thing that I loved about Chadwick was that it was always clean and smelling good!!

Experiencia fantástica: Chadwick is an absolutely wonderful place for your loved ones. My mentoring group and I volunteer here very often and the staff is always so nice and friendly. They treat everyone like family. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a great atmosphere, positive attitudes, and friendly faces. Choose Chadwick for your loved ones

Experiencia negativa: The ghetto of nursing homes! They did not take care of my mother right at all! My mother wasn’t eating they wasn’t making sure she was eating! Also her drain thing the hospital put in her they where not draining! She ended up back sick because of it and went back to the hospital! Don’t send you family to this place I wouldn’t send my dog to them!

Experiencia negativa: All of the low stars are completely legitimate. The actual services that this facility CAN offer are what give it the two stars. They are equipped in staffing and infrastructure for everything listed. HOWEVER, my mother as well as the mother of someone I know both caught infections because the staff do not tend to the rehabilitative patients. My mother has to ASK to get bathed or to get her dressing changed. My mother is also on so much medication that expecting it to be solely her responsibility while in THIER care is unrealistic. If this is your only choice, I do understand the way insurance works. But if you can get somewhere else, do so! Chadwick is emphasis on the nursing home and lacking on the rehabilitative care. My two cents.

Experiencia negativa: They do not care about the employees I was just there trying get my CNA back and if you do pass a test Bunni who runs the classes are going to put you out because she don't care about the people that come there had to be on pins and needles going there the only last 3weeks and u supposed to learn everything within them 3 weeks gave us test on stuff she didn't teach us....

Experiencia negativa: Horrible. Do not bring your love one there, they are not going to take good care of them. I had to move my family member out of there.

Experiencia positiva: It a Nursing Rehabilitation Home. They keep the floors clean and smell other place smelling fine. I know that the CNA's , some nurses, all of the staff that I saw, in housekeeping nurses a grape and made juice.
