First and foremost, everyone that works here genuinely cares for the patients. They take their time, they listen, and they address the concerns in thoughtful way. The biggest benefit that I see is that they take a holistic approach to treatment. You come here and can see a PT, Chiro, and massage therapist all in the same day. They also use unique methods to treat you like dry needling and prp. This is not your run of the mill cookie cutter treatment facility. I have experienced so much improvement in my back and shoulder since I started treatment here. Highly recommended.

Prior to starting physical therapy here, it was rare to have a good day without pain. With just 12 sessions so far, I now have good days with little to no pain. He's even provided a back brace for extra stability & security to ensure my condition doesn't worsen. Each member of the team has the most exquisite bedside manner. Experiencia fantástica: Sunny was amazing in helping me with my achilles tendinitis issue from overtraining. Utilising technologically-advanced techniques like shockwave therapy and dry needling, in addition to the normal PT stretches helped fixed my achilles. He also helped me get an orthopaedic insole to fix my feet pronation/longer leg issue so that the injury does not reappear. Would recommend him highly!

Experiencia fantástica: I tore my left ACL back in late April 2023. Had surgery done in late June 2023. Have been in PT ever since and I didn’t know where to go for PT that was nearby that would accept my insurance. Luckily, NJ Rehab Experts accepted my insurance. They have been the kindest group of people I’ve ever met in any medical/rehab setting. Sushmita has been helping me on this journey and I’ve been feeling so much better after feeling hopeless for the first month post-surgery. I never thought I’d be able to walk again but they’ve helped me regain my confidence and strength back. Slowly but surely, I feel confident in coming back stronger than ever.

Experiencia negativa: Contrary to the other reviews that I went by, my experience with physical therapy at this place was not that great. Therapist was 10-15 minutes late to arrive at the clinic and overall, the place was not very professional. The therapist didn't have any notepad, sticky notes to give me the instructions that she wanted to give and said she will give it to me next time. The therapist talked about things to be done for my treatment and also said they don't do it here. They might be good and professional to others but want to share that my experience was not 5 stars or 4 stars. I was also barraged by calls from front-desk almost daily for something or the other and checking if I am coming.

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff at Newport Jersey City location is wonderful. They are all of Indian ethnicity for those who appreciate diversity. Although I attended physical therapy for a month shortly after my car accident, the physical therapist assigned was thorough in her duties. The assistants were my favorite. What matters though is the actual therapy. I can say that during that month of attending 3 times per week, I was able to minimize the nerve pain radiating down my left arm. And I was gradually able to gain strength in my arms and hands. I couldn’t pick up a 2 lbs weight initially, and at the end I was able to pick up 4. Unlike another physical therapy place I attended afterwards, the staff at NJ Rehab physically apply stretches to your affected body part (I don’t know what the medical term for this is). I appreciate their efforts and I highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: I went for a tennis elbow injury, and Dr. Drashti Pandya and Sushmitha both did a great job in attending to me during my sessions, answering my questions, and made sure that I can start playing tennnis again in a few weeks with just 1 or 2 sessions a week. They were also kind enough to give me a band to use to practice at home when needed. Even the receptionist was very kind to reschedule some appointments in the last minute.

I have been attending physiotherapy sessions for back pain with acupuncture for a month now, and I must say that the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The treatment has been effective, and I noticed a significant improvement in my back pain after just the first 6 sessions. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, the receptionist Abby has been warm and welcoming. The PT team, comprising of Krishna and Sushmita and Robert for acupuncture are very knowledgeable, always ensuring that I am comfortable and making progress. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is seeking effective rehabilitation.

Experiencia fantástica: Update 2024: Amazing team. After having recovered from a rotator cuff tear surgery and a spinal fusion, last stage of healing from lower back pain. The therapists are spot on (and patient) with their treatments, and so is the chiropractor and the front staff. A few more months and its a wrap! Update 2023: They have a great set of working staff and doctors - I was in a motor vehicle accident and struggling with basic movements, and it has been a journey to improvement over the past two months with the physical therapy, chiropractor and acupuncturist.

I had a bad neck pain for years and had been to two other chiropractors and physical therapists but this place was the doctors here were the only ones that really made a difference for me. The acupuncture doctor is amazing as well. Not only muscle tenderness, but he really helped me when I had horrible hives. I honestly don't know what to do if I ever have to move away because they have such great all-round service and I feel so lucky I found them.

NJRE is providing such holistic treatment - I felt hopeful from the first day and now with regular PT, Chiro and Trigger Point injections, I am able to stand, sit and even exercise again! The main issues were from their front desk staff, who didn’t fully know what they were doing. At first they charged me the wrong copay, then they told me the acupuncture was in-network when it wasn’t. They also booked me one day they were closed.

I being doing physical therapy not for a while after my knees were bothering me for years, now they are a lot better than before. They know what they’re doing, you will see improvement very fast. Dr. Paaneri and her team worked tirelessly and diligently to get me back to a place where I can function normally. Along with Dr. B working on my shoulders and loosening all my knotted muscles so I can lift my arms their working in concert helped me greatly. Lorena does a great medical massage and worked wonders in loosening up my muscles. The support staff is terrific. The entire office is run spectacularly. I have been going here since last year for treatment of my knee and I am extremely happy with the way things have progressed. My post operation recovery has been on track and pretty smooth. Also, appointment scheduling is very easy and staff is very proactive in approach.
