Experiencia fantástica: I’ve attended a few physical therapy places in Jersey City and Sports care on Newark Avenue was the best experience I’ve had after knee surgery. The therapist give you the individual attention. You absolutely need when recovering from surgery I could not have been supported more in my exercises and mental health as well the listening that goes on is incredible, I love the care and the place and each of the people thank you very much

Experiencia fantástica: I would highly recommend this specific location to anyone in the process of recovering from an injury. The staff are all amazing and extremely helpful. From the therapists and aides, Like Marisol, D, Hannah and Kerri to Sophia at the front desk. They will make your recovery journey as smooth as possible. They really try to make sure that you're recovering at a great pace without having to strain yourself. Overall 10/10.

Experiencia fantástica: Grace and D are fantastic. The whole team is professional, and the energy is fun and friendly. Free transportation is included at the JC location, very convenient if you don’t drive or can’t drive due to your reasons. The driver is awesome and always on time. Sportscare also sets you up with exercises at home on the Limber app to help you on your PT journey. Would give this JC location 10 stars if I could. I will continue my PT here, come back in the future and recommend anyone to take a chance on them. Thanks for everything Sportscare Team @ JC!

Jinesh and his group have given me hope. His staff is very professional and attentive to my needs. Jinesh's knowledge and personal care give me a sense of security and accomplishment. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. I look Foward to sportscare physical therapy helping me get through this difficult part of my life. Highly recommend.

Everyone, from the PTs and aides/assistants to the reception staff, has been friendly and welcoming, making my experience very pleasant during every visit. They are always professional and work together very well to support you through the therapeutic process. I've been working with Jinesh, and since day one, I've known I'm in good hands. He is obviously very knowledgeable and attentive to his patients. As I've progressed through my individualized treatment plan, he's always been careful to monitor and explain my progress to me and listen to any questions or concerns I have. He also takes the time to get to know his patients. Chris, an aide/assistant, and Marisol, another therapist who I worked with a couple times, have also been wonderful! Again, I highly recommend this facility!

They’re welcoming, adaptive and most importantly productive. Couldn’t recommend more for anyone in JC/Hoboken area.

Experiencia negativa: I was thinking of leaving a review for a while but was scared. After reading the rest they encouraged me to leave one as well. All i can say is the rest of the reviews are 100% spot on this office is not what it used to be. Dead. After being in pain all day and at home injured we used to be able to come here to enjoy some music, have some Laughs, smile, and talk to the amazing staff. With the amount of things I’ve seen from that new guy Jinesh i don’t understand how he’s still here today i cancel just not to see deal with him. Guy seems to do everyone else’s job but his own. Hope they gave Rob this many chances because he was never disrespectful and always had this place lively and it was a good time to be here. It may be embarrassing for management to bring Rob back but he really had this place running beautifully place wasn’t dead staff was happy patients always seemed happy but I see it in their best interest to bring back Rob place is really doomed with that guy. You can tell he only cares about himself health care is not the right profession for him. Anyone saying otherwise definitely hasn’t seen the way this man acts. Staff is what is keeping this place together and still making it enjoyable.

Experiencia negativa: don’t recommend the therapist jenish Do they just pick director out of a hat? Who hired this man. Very disrespectful yells at patients gives death stares to assistants when they’re having conversations with patients and always micromanaging won’t let me schedule in the morning and claims that it’s busy when it’s empty, Atmosphere is terrible and the office is now always dead place isn’t what it used to be.

Experiencia fantástica: Rob, Marisol, Alvin, Keri and all the staff at this location were very welcoming and extremely helpful. I have been in physical therapy for almost a year on and off for both hips, neck and back pain. Therapy has been so helpful, I was able to do a 3 hour hike last month; something I would have never been able to do a year ago. I am thankful to everyone and would highly recommend this location if you are looking to truly feel better.

Experiencia negativa: Never met a doctor so harsh with no compassion like this new therapist Janesh. The AIDS do an fantastic job kerry, Alvin, frank. Hate the treatment they receive. I can’t converse how I use to with them. He gives the impression/vibe as if they can’t talk to me. I was conversing with one of the dudes about Drakes album, I overheard him tell the AID that he need to stop conversing. The therapist was massaging a patient and I was the only one there. I’ve heard how he passed a patient what was her pain level. And she mentioned a level 10. In a sarcastic way tells her we need to call an ambulance then. So rude, as a doctor you would show more compassion to the elderly. One star for this therapist

Experiencia positiva: I highly recommend this place but to treat with Mirasol. She is the kindest and most wholesome person who truly gives all the time and effort to help you recover. The AIDS are fantastic kerry , frank , elvin they really bring life into the office. Sad to see two leaving. They seem overwhelmed and stressed out. The office manager crystal is a sweetheart, always on top of everything but as well looks overwhelmed. I give 5 stars to these staff. In regards to the other therapist, Jenesh is the most intrusive person. Leader ? More like dictator. Very disrespectful in the way he talks to you. I witnessed him yelling at a patient and putting her whole business out there for everyone to hear because she didn’t show up to an appointment. Since when can a doctor do that ?!? How is this right ?!? Isn’t there a law stating that they can’t do that ? I imagine the poor staff, if that’s the way he speaks to us patients. He is basically forcing people to write reviews , always on top of people to write reviews on him. He was forcing me to write this review , well he got his review. I give him a one star.

I have been coming for weeks and each time they have been professional and caring. They ensure all their patients leave with a smile on their face. I am super happy to have chosen this place and exit with no pain. Keep up the great work!!!

Experiencia positiva: Writing this through my sons account. Aids are fantastic and very attentive and make you forget you’re in therapy. I love conversations with these kids. Everyone is very friendly front desk included. The therapist jenesh on the other hand is a bit rude to staff and very passive aggressive towards others. Takes years to work on patients because he’s too busy micromanaging everyone else, even when the office seems to be empty staff always look stressed and overwhelmed by him. Overall, I recommend treat with Mirasol or Rob.

Crystal the office manager, is very knowledgeable about all types of insurance policies and surprisingly greets each patient by name. All the therapist and the assistants work together like “Voltron”. They give you a safe customized workout for your injury. Marisol, Rob and Alvin work together complimenting each other skills. The facility is clean and spotless. Each piece of equipment is sanitized before used. You’ll feel very safe. Come get the therapy you need with this Great Team.

Experiencia fantástica: I sprained my ankle about four months ago. I Googled a bunch of stretches to help me heal my foot but I was still experiencing pain and tightness around my ankle. The Sportscare staff at the Jersey City location has been very kind and helpful through this process. I wasn’t sure what to expect by going to physical therapy and at times I felt silly doing some of the exercises. Whatever it is that I’m doing is working. I’m feeling better, I can walk longer, and I can rotate my ankle with less pain than before. The facility is clean and the staff meticulously cleans everything after each patient.

Experiencia negativa: The Jersey City location is very busy. Most of the time you end up with the assistant - the physical therapist only does the massages. During the 1st week, they give you an exercise, tell you to remember it, watch you do the exercise 2-3 times, and gave you a timer to do the sets, on your own - they don't stay by your side to correct you throughout the set. Thereafter, they hand you the timer and the tools you need to do the exercises and walk away. But, the staff is very nice and will remember your name.
