Experiencia fantástica: I’m grateful to have found Equipoise Physical Therapy. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. Karen and Danisha were especially helpful, assisting with exercises when needed. My therapist, Dr. Rasika, has been incredibly supportive. She regularly checks my neck to ensure she is addressing my concerns effectively. The massages are fantastic, and I've experienced significant improvement in my neck and upper back. Dr. Rasika ensures that I gradually progress with the exercises until I am strong enough to handle them. During each visit, I learn new things about the body. Dr. Rasika and Dr. Mali take the time to explain any issues related to my neck pain and headaches, which I find very beneficial. Their patient education has taught me how to take better care of my body and highlighted the importance of movement, stretching, exercising, and maintaining proper posture. The stretches and exercises they've taught me have been useful in strengthening my neck and upper back and improving my posture. I encourage both new and current patients to diligently follow the exercises they prescribe; it really makes a difference. I must also mention Yara and Yusina, who have been very helpful with electrical stimulation and supporting patients. Everyone at Equipoise is so welcoming, and the facility is always clean. I highly recommend this place!

She is very knowledgeable about her work. She helped me to achieve great improvement, which in itself is a great job. Dr. Rasika gave me moral support throughout the treatment. The clinic is clean, modern and well equipped. They have a wonderful staff. You feel like they are a second family. I loved the assistants as well, Yustina, Yara, Danisha, and Karen. Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Equipoise Therapy. After undergoing both external and internal radiation treatments, my healthy nerve cells were affected. A shooting pain went down my legs and my ankle nerve cells were damaged. I came into Equipoise with little ability to walk. I was carried into my office from my car. I couldn’t work my second job in the banquet hall. The physical therapy sessions had me progress from a walker, cane and then not using either. It was amazing. I was able to start again at my banquet hall job!!! I had my last physical therapy session tonight. Thanks so much for a miracle come true!!

Dr knew right away what the root of the issue was after evaluating me. She knows what she is talking about. (Something uncommon in my past experiences with GPs and PTs , not exactly knowing how to get to the root and instead throwing a “bandaid” on the issue.) Here at this Physical therapy, they have a very different approach, addressing and targeting what actually needs to be done. I live almost 2hrs away and came out here as a recommendation, because the places near me where I was going weren’t helping much. Kennedy blvd. jersey city is by far the best that I have ever experienced. The experience starts from the front desk with the beautiful , friendly and smily welcome of Danisha and karen. Then on the first visit, you see Dr Mali with her very beautiful smile And welcoming attitude. On the first interview. You feel the very positive vibes sense great experience and knowledge and professionalism. Then you move on to Ruju , Rasika and Tani who starts working on every bone , loosening and lubricatng every nut and bolt , so by the end of the session you feel like a real new person. Moving along you meet the very friendly and loving Mina , Yara and Nehad who starts performing all kinds of different exercises according to each patient needs and doctors orders . In reality I haven’t find a better place to fix my 73 years old bones but Equipoise . Thanks to the entire beautiful staff

I don’t know how she keeps track of everything, but it’s so nice to know I am walking in and can start my session within 5 minutes. All aides are super helpful and polite, I’ve been going here for about 5+ months now. Dr. Mali & Ruju are who I primarily see and I love and appreciate their work so much. Experiencia fantástica: Dr Mali is a miracle worker. I presented with DeQuervain's syndrome. I could not move my thumb at all and was in a tremendous amount of pain. After ONE session Dr Mali was able to restore movement in my thumb and significantly reduced my pain. During the course of my treatment she also was able to diagnose me as having a stress fracture which the orthopedist missed. Dr Mali and her staff are the best!

Experiencia fantástica: Over the previous decade I have had bad severe muscle spasm problem on my neck/upper/lower back because of my occupation. I have tried physios and other methods to try and sort it but they only gave slight pain relief but never got to the root off the problem. I'm totally worried as I took powerful pain killers in the past and Since one year I was taking pills almost for every 3 months as the problem got worse. I was lucky to finally find Dr.Dipti Mali. She is amazing and highly knowledgeable. Straight after the first session, my twitch got released which was stuck for more than 4 weeks and my disc was 90% pain free. I can’t express what a MIRACLE this feels for me. To be honest, she is the first to look at my situation as an individual one. Almost everyone else just followed a tried and tested treatment route which was failed for me. My back was so much better in a much shorter time than I had experienced previously without in-take of a single pain reducer which is the BEST thing ever! Dr.Dipti is very patient and listens to every single problem which is so important and gives clear guidance on how to overcome. I wish I could have met her sooner. Now I'm feeling so secure and positive that I'm in safe hands and my problem will resolve! Friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive staff at all times. Entire staff and Clinic setting allow a relaxed atmosphere for treatment. Willing to be flexible on booking times which is convenient for a working woman like me. Dr. Mali was able to instantly (took a whole hour to understand the bones and rest) diagnose issues with my lower back. Within 4 weeks of therapy, I was back to normal with regained strength. Experiencia fantástica: I came to Equipoise Physical Therapy because I finally decided that after 14 years since my left knee ACL replacement followed by 2 more surgeries on the same knee and having pain and discomfort in my hips was the time to finally do something about it. I’ve done physical therapy on and off through those years and I never came across anyone who had such a holistic approach and understanding of human body as well as human needs as a patient. After X-rays and MRIs I discovered that I was born with hip defect and other physiological changes because of not fully recovering from all those surgeries as well as overcompensating one side of my body. My whole alignment from hip down was off and no one before talk to me about this and work with me on therapy to build my movement and strength. I was told that I need a hip surgery to address my issues with hip. Dr Mali Dipty asked me if I’m willing to work with her on therapy and avoid surgery because she knew it is possible. We took that route and thanks to her I have no pain or discomfort in my hip and my knee and hip feel better than at any time during those 14 years. I highly recommend her and her services because she change my life and got my body back in full functionality. I am forever grateful that I went to Equipoise Physical Therapy and get there care and services. Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: If you are looking for authenticity then Dipty’s services is a home for resolving your pain and concerns. Dipty is not only reliable but also flexible. I had severe pain in my hip. Within few sessions my pain was almost negligible. Dipty recommended to continue sessions to regain range of movements. At first I was skeptical but I decided to try her suggestion. After following her advise, my movements were improved. She also suggested how I can modify my routine exercises which were outside physiotherapy exercises. Now, I am looking forward to continue services with Dipty so that I can postpone my hip surgery!! I think I can stop my search for physiotherapist :)

It took me a bit to decide if I needed to find a physical therapist in Manhattan where I worked or in Jersey City where I had recently moved. From our first conversation, I felt pure confidence that I was speaking with someone who was knowledgeable in her field and felt assured I had found the right physical therapist. During my first session, Dipty made me feel at ease and was able to quickly pinpoint my issue and offer her prescribed therapy for my healing. She was hands on, corrected my form during exercises, gave tips on posture and other "I sit at a desk all day" habits to correct to further ease my pain. Experiencia fantástica: Dr Dipty is an excellent PT and the staff here is extremely friendly and helpful as well. Years ago I went to a fancy PT in the city for the same problem. It was ok, but they never worked to understand what the problem was or communicate with me about how to manage it going forward. That is the opposite of what I've found here. Dipty has been thoughtful, process-oriented and very communicative through the entire process here. I've made a lot of progress here and have a plan going forward. I would recommend her to anyone looking for PT. The staff here has also been great! They are attentive, able to work with me on insurance and scheduling, very friendly and even have been willing (eager) to look after my infant son when I had trouble finding a babysitter! I wish I could give them 6 stars.
