Hannah is absolutely fantastic and understanding to all of my needs…. physically and mentally. Hannah has change the course of my life in such a positive manner I can’t thank her enough. Every person I have met at Athletico has treated me with kindness and understanding especially Kevin and I’m grateful for that. I know I will return to further my healing journey in the future.

Both therapist were very helpful on my journey to wellness. Emmanuel & Klair are compassionate about getting you well and they make sure you know how to do the exercise at home so you continue to improve. The entire staff at this location are hard working individuals who are there to make you move better so you can get back to the activities you enjoy.

Experiencia fantástica: The therapy office treatments the patient and helps retrain your behavior and habits so you prevent reinjury and strengthen your body so it is difficult to injure yourself. I attended physical therapy with Klair from May until August for my neck and shoulders. My shoulders were so tight and so stiff it was causing headaches. I did the stretches and exercises she gave and she used the lastest technology they have in the center cupping, traction machines, massage, compression sleeves and boots for circulation to treatment me. I now can go days without any pain or very little pain. Athletico Physical therapy has help me to feel functional again and I thank them for all their efforts. The team is dynamic and they care about the patients.

Experiencia fantástica: My physical therapist is Emmanuel Calungcaguin. I have been going to Athletico for several months and would highly recommend Emmanuel. He is caring and personal and made me feel like I was a personal friend or relative. One day at therapy I told Emmanuel I had fallen a few days earlier. He refused to let me walk to my car and followed, or walked me to my car and made sure I was ok to drive. I couldn’t get any better than Emmanuel and miss him already.

I had some other issues going on not related to my knee replacement and keeping that in mind, Emmanuel worked out a good program for me. The entire staff had such good chemistry and the atmosphere was always very pleasant. I will be returning back in the very near future for therapy for my hip and Emmanuel will be my go to therapist! Very happy and pleased at this location

Each therapist has different techniques in offering the latest therapies from massage, cupping, dry needling, Astym and so much more! Dr. Klair, Lindsay, Emmanuel, and Matt are all incredible therapists that I have used and each one is special for a long list of reasons! Did I also forget to mention the incredible aides? They’re all attentive but I have a special place in my heart for Bree! She is one of a kind with the biggest heart and she works very hard for each patient. She is such a valued asset to this business! Experiencia fantástica: I completed a course of Physical Therapy for a neck condition. I chose Athletico Joliet because my husband had been treated there in 2020. The Physical Therapist that treated me, Matt, is very caring, knowledgeable, respectful, and efficient. My pain is much less and my movement has improved. The entire staff is wonderful and professional. Amy, at the front desk, is very organized and handled any questions I had. The Rehab Aides are the best ever. Everyone works together to provide the best care for each patient. You can't go wrong by choosing this facility for your Physical Therapy.

Experiencia positiva: My physical therapist Hanna was fantastic!! She pushed me when I needed to be pushed but gaged when I've had enough and couldn't anymore. Great positive energy! On the other hand some of the equipment in the facility needs to be serviced or replaced. It should all be working.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a college soccer player. I came in with patellar knee problems. I was treated by Klair, Lindsey, Emmanuel, and Matt. They all did a great job assessing and treating my injury. All of them created a treatment dedicated to my needs. The clinic environment is very social and comfortable. All staff were welcoming and available for questions. Overall a great place to get physical therapy and would highly recommend choosing this clinic due to compassionate and individualized treatments towards patients functional needs.

Dr. Holmes tailored my therapy to my physical abilities and lifestyle. The aides Brie, Hannah, Will, David, and Mike were super helpful and knowledgeable with the exercises and treatement. The entire staff at Athletico was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. My recovery was faster than expected which I attribute to the staff and treatment plan. I was happy to be discharged today pain free from a back injury.

Experiencia fantástica: I live in the Lockport area, but the drive out to this facility was worth it. My physical therapist (Emmanuel) started treating me 3 weeks after I sprained my ankle. We had 3 goals set for my recovery. By the end of my treatment, I’ve surpassed my 3 goals and my ankle feels better than prior to the injury. Amongst Emmanuel, the other physical therapists and physical therapy aids were all very helpful and kind. Even though I was a patient, it seemed like I was being treated as family. I would highly recommend seeking physical therapy here.

Experiencia fantástica: I had Hannah twice for extended periods of time. She is an excellent PT & cares about the progress/success of all her patients. I highly recommend Hannah & any of the PTs at this facility. Compared to other facilities patients definitely get hands-on therapy time. She knows when to refer her patients for specialized PT. She is always on time, which is not true for all PT organizations where I have had therapy in the past.

I am very grateful to have local skilled physical therapists trained in manual therapy, which includes putting pressure on muscles and joint manipulation as well as exercise, to care for my arm and hand injuries. I am feeling much better now because of all of their care and support. *** The treatment provided at Athletico Physical Therapy in Joliet is exceptional. My physical therapist, Emmanuel, truly cared about my recovery. He spent 30 minutes with me at each appointment on manual therapy techniques which alleviated the pain and discomfort of my injured arm. In addition, the kind physical therapy assistants played a crucial role in my rehabilitation and made sure that I was performing my therapy exercises correctly. I quickly made progress and now have full use of my arm again. I am so grateful to Emanuel, the physical therapy assistants (Bree, Kaylee, Kyle, Mariano and others) and the receptionist (Amy) for supporting me through my recovery.

It's honestly a pleasant break from the hurricane that is my life hahaha. Seriously tho my own efforts at building strength failed and only got me as far as my meds could take me. Im a pretty active and been busted up quite a bit and worked with all manner of doctors/trainers even military. These people know what the heck they are doing and if u do the stuff they show ya and put effort into each visit they can get you moving a little better each time. It's just all good things here.

She was incredible….I loved that she customized my therapy to focus on my deficits. The clinic was clean and everyone was very pleasant and there was plenty of equipment to work on.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome people and awesome service. I came in with tendonitis on my shoulder blade and the pain would be all on my right arm. Sleeping was horrible, I couldn't perform at work and even playing ball with my dog was hard. After about 7 sessions of therapy I finally started to feel awesome. I had 12 sessions with Emmanuel and left feeling like a new person and ready to get back to life. FYI, he does awesome massages!! Everyone of the therapists there are so friendly and I felt like family. RECOMMEND!!

My PT, Emmanuel, is a great guy. He was always very helpful and he would ask me how I felt since my last therapy session. He would tailor this session to my physical needs. He was very friendly and professional. He truly cares about his patients. Matt and his staff who also worked with me were very friendly and outgoing. Everyone made this a positive experience. Let me tell you, if you have a low pain tolerance you would want any of the girls but definitely not him. For me I am so thankful I had him he pushed me to the limit every visit, as they say no pain no gain . If I ever need therapy for anything I hope he is still here, he is my #1 Thank you Emmanuel , your the best!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is awesome!!!! I came here after a core decompression and pinched nerve. At lot of pain and limping on my left side. After every session I felt better and better. Now after 12 weeks, I am no longer limping and there is little to no pain. Everyone is friendly and it's a great atmosphere.

Emmanuel was exceptional and helping me with my knee, the right knee and gave me some excellent exercises as well as well needed therapy directed at the spots of injury. Hannah is phenomenal! She listens to her patients and was able to find the source of my pain. Through massage, stretching and exercises, I am finally able to enjoy hiking and working out again pain free. Hannah is also so personable and attentive with her patients.

Experiencia fantástica: My Father in law came in for Physical Therapy on his knees, he’s 84 and his quality of life was really being affected by his knee pain, he worked with all of the therapists Matt, Hannah, Lindsey, Julie and Emmanuel and they were all so great! They were patient with him and gave him exercises that he could do at home, and the massage and different PT techniques they used helped him so much. He’s back to doing all of the things he used to love to do with less pain and feeling so much more confident in his everyday activities. We highly recommend the therapists at the Joliet Athletico!
