Through the initial soreness, she was able to strengthen her muscles and relieve the pain she was feeling. Upon completion, she received a comprehensive plan to continue at home and a roller ball, free of charge. We will use F.I.T again, should there need arise.

Ryan has been great working with me and getting me back mobile and stronger, with his help I’ve made a lot of progress. After suffering from shin splints for a long time, Alex has used multiple techniques such as dry needling to get me back to running. At first, I was nervous to have needles in my muscles but he made me feel comfortable during the process and walked me through every step. He has also provided me with at home stretching techniques/exercises to help prevent shin splints and strengthen the muscle. I have + will always recommend to see Alex for any PT/Chiropractic recovery.

Experiencia fantástica: When I went to see Elizabeth Miller at FIT for physical therapy on what I assumed was just an "inevitable with age" bad knee, she instantly recognized what was causing my pain and gave me some easy exercises and ideas to keep in mind. I learned so much about how other joints affect each other. In just a few weeks, the problem and pain was completely gone and I was able to do some incredible mountain climbing that I was afraid I would be unable to do. I'm still in disbelief and I assumed I would be needing knee surgery at some point. I hope someone who has joint pain reads this and get this physical therapy instead of going the route of destructive and costly surgery.

Experiencia fantástica: I first heard about F.I.T. Muscle & Joint at the end of the Garmin KC Marathon in 2018. I had some cramping in my calf, and they were able to help me work through that. Fast forward to 2023 and I have some injuries from overtraining. Elizabeth has always listened to my concerns and worked on my problem areas. I came in with some specific pain and tightness and, with the way my body has tried to compensate, there is some pain on the other side of my body now. Every time I come in, she asks me how I'm doing and then immediately goes into action. From dry needling my trigger points, to some of the active release techniques, to the prescribed at-home exercises, I've slowly been upping my mileage again and plan to run a race in a couple weeks thanks to her and F.I.T.

Each week I felt stronger and more confident that I was inching closer to the goal I had to get back into the gym & resume pilates & Orange Theory classes. I've had other rehab experiences elsewhere with a prior surgery where I truly dreaded going to PT, but not with FIT Crossroads. I went from an unsteady baby Bambi on a bum leg to HIIT jumping and running on a stable knee. I have Blake to thank for getting me back to normal!

Experiencia fantástica: I have seen Blake now for about a year. Prior to starting therapy I would throw my back out 3-4 times a year and my legs were constantly sore from running and lifting. After my first session of dry needling I felt an immediate improvement. Continuing weekly therapy sessions for a couple months and following Blake's recommendations completely changed my body's ability to recover and be active. My legs have never felt better, and my back has never been stronger. Frequency of therapy has decreased to 1-2 times per month. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I rehabbed my shoulder at F.I.T a couple years ago and when it came time to rehab a ruptured Quadricep, there was stop I had ot make. Blake has been working to make sure that I take the right steps to restore strength and mobility. I have been able to reach high mobility of 97% and consistently hitting 75-85% + mobility. For someone that was exercising and staying as fit as possible, it was pretty deflating to have all progress taken away. Blake, at F.I.T, has restored all confidence and I am back to putting my best leg forward.

Experiencia fantástica: F.I.T at Crossroads is the best physical therapy clinic I ever experienced. I was bothered by the knee joint and hip pain for a long time, and I suffered a lot. I barely could sleep at night and drink a lot to reduce the pain, which only helped a little bit. Before I came here, I thought physical therapy was just a waste of time and money and could not help. But I still came, because of the pain. It is challenging and unbearable anymore. I went to see the doctor, and he told me the only way is to see a physical therapist, and he highly recommended F.I.T. The treatment at F.I.T was fabulous. After two to three times, my knee pain reduced around 80%, and it feels great. I highly recommend the physical therapist Mallory. She is very professional, both EXCELLENT physical therapy techniques and customer care. As a patient, I can feel that she embodies a "customer-centric" philosophy and delivers an extraordinary smooth service. She has impressed me with her warmth, kindness, patience, and wisdom during the treatment process. As a public health professional, I can feel that she is the kind of physical therapist actual practices the theory of "value-based care," which is also known as quality care. She cares about her patient, listens to her patient, and essential thinking for them based on their needs. The in-depth knowledge of her amazed me. She can solve the problem creatively. Also, she is very positive and smiles a lot, which soothes the pain a lot. :) This is an unbelievably fantastic experience in this clinic.

Experiencia fantástica: Long story short - I had a terrible fall down a full flight of stairs. It was terrifying and hilarious, but thankfully the incident only really messed up my right ankle. Blake & the rest of the F.I.T. crew, helped me regain full mobility; all in time for me to start training for my half-marathon. I appreciated that Blake made any particularly painful exercises more bearable, by talking college basketball with me (go Zags)!

Experiencia fantástica: When I needed a physical therapist after I fractured my ankle, my volleyball coach recommended Blake at F.I.T. Crossroads. I’m so grateful for his expertise and motivation to get me to where I needed to be to play the end of my season! He helped me improve my stability with normal workouts, and we worked together to build strength, so that I no longer have any pain with jumping! Other doctors tend to feel “formal” but Blake is easy to talk to and so knowledgeable. Cannot recommend him and the FIT Crossroads team enough!

I initially saw her right before my trip to hike the Grand Canyon. She did a wonderful job of making me feel comfortable as well as making sure I was ready for the hike. She listened and adjusted her plan accordingly. I completed my hike pain free but I don't plan on that being the end of my time at FIT. I trust Jenna and have referred several friends to the clinic.
