Experiencia fantástica: I folded my spine 10 years ago, which ended my ability to swim laps and severely limited my ability to work out in a gym. Since my injury, I've visited several therapists with limited results. Due to other health issues, I've sought therapy once again to hopefully make working out a possibility in order to improve my overall health. I've progressed considerably with Shane, and I've even managed to get back into the pool -- a goal I once thought out of reach.

Experiencia fantástica: Tyler is awesome. I had an issue in my knee that wasnt improving till i started here. Now that we are done with treatment not only am i living pain free in my day to day life. Im able to perform how i used to in mma and jujitsu. I didnt think id be able to take a fight before but now my name is in for a card. I highly recommend. Hes personable too.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Shane Jackson is the most thorough and knowledgeable doctor of physical therapy I have ever visited ..I can’t tell you how skeptical I was to go to just another place AGAIN!.. Dr. Jackson helped me tremendously with my upper back and neck and sharp pain…he spends the necessary time to inform you what he is doing and I had pain for so long .. in only two sessions he eliminated a huge part of it!!!…. Experiencia fantástica: I went in to see Dr. Shane Jackson for back pain, numbness in my foot and numbness in my hand. I explained that I would be heading out of town, and he proposed I come in an hour early to ensure we had enough time for not only the evaluation but also treatment. He quickly understood the cause of my problems(this is a problem I’ve been seeing medical professionals for, for over two years) and took time to educate and ensure I understood the root of the issue. He provided me with exercises and stretches with specific attention to ensure I was activating the appropriate muscles. He provided handouts to refer to when completing at home. He also has Online videos and a podcast to help with this. I left with a much better understanding of my body and physiology. I am so grateful for this experience and highly recommend to others. Dr. Jackson is extremely kind, professionally and knowledgeable.

Experiencia fantástica: Went to Optimum to do physical therapy on my hip after laparoscopic surgery. Tyler helped me rehab back into shape. He was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He explained all the how's and whys associated with my recovery and guided me through for 3 months. When I was released by my Dr Tyler also offered much advice to how to best move forward as I eased back into my personal fitness routine. I would highly recommend Tyler and Optimum Physical Therapy to anyone who needs this type of therapy which comes with the highest level of professionalism.

Specially, he and Kurt worked hard to release the tension in my neck and shoulders that I never knew was the cause of my problems. They have helped me strengthen my muscles and taught me multiple exercises that I can continue with at home.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Shane Jackson provided relief to my headaches that a neurologist tried to “treat” with migraine medication. The neurologist started me at a low dosage and wanted to continue to increase until I felt better. Ends up it was actually my shoulders and neck that needed some PT! Dr. Jackson was very thorough and made sure I understood what was going on and what I needed to work on at home. His goal was to help with my headaches but also teach me what I could do do prevent them! I highly recommend the team at Optimum Physical Therapy Kansas City.

Experiencia fantástica: In February 2017, I had artificial disk replacement surgery in Nashville, TN. A Mobi-C at C6C7 without fusion. My spouse is in the Army and received orders to Fort Leavenworth, so we moved to Kansas City about 5 months later. The herniated disk was gone but I was still in pain and experiencing nerve symptoms. I was told by my specialist that I had radiculopy as well as disk bulging and bone spurs on my cervical spine. They said I had do Physical Therapy, and if that didn't work, I would need another operation. So I assumed that I’d just do the necessary Physical Therapy required to get my insurance to cover surgery, like they had me do with the last surgery, which was a joke. Some days I didn’t even get out of bed and I sure as hell didn’t think moving MORE would help. BUT it has‍♀️ Very slowly, with trigger point therapy and rebuilding strength in the areas causing my spine issues. I think the first and probably most important thing that has improved is my perspective about the pain. I felt like I had no control over it and was a victim, which only made me depressed and as a result, in more pain. I look forward to seeing more improvements and becoming athletic again. So, thank you to Dr.Shane Jackson and everyone else at Optimum. While I highly recommend them, I do so hesitantly, because I don’t want to share my appointment slots with anyone else They are really great at what they do.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been to Brandi for a few different issues and have felt as if I was in the best hands for my care. I have even had my daughter go to her. She is a great motivator and extremly caring. My neurologist said she was the best. He would only trust her.

She is always encouraging and makes you feel great for your progress. My neurologist would send me to no other Physical Therapist but Brandi as he said "She knows what to do; I don't need to tell her." What a rave review!!
