I Ask for my foot and ankle to be manipulated and popped or something and nope...4 different providers just want to pop my knee. I still have 2 visits left that I won't use...really nice staff though

Experiencia fantástica: This place is great! With years of pain and seeing different specialist for my pain with no answers, I was finally able to feel relief even after one visit. When you first walk in you are greeted so warmly and brings a smile to your face going in. Dr. Petterson really listens and is in tune with what you need. I let him know what's going on or where the pain is and he is able to really focus and get what you need for relief. The Stim Unit is just as fantastic. The Stim team in there just is the cherry on top to pain relief. The heating pad and Stim machine combo just allows that added benefit for pain relief. Overall communication Is great, the staff are so friendly and I have just such a positive experience at this office.

Alanta adjusts me perfectly everytime and she is so delightful & eager to help. Truly professional and I get excited to go to her appointments because I always feel better. Physically and mentally. Today, Adriana did my corrective therapy and I can't remember the last time that I felt so much relief and flexibility. She was super amazing and I am so grateful that she helped me feel great today. My hips and lower back still haven't hurt yet since I left 8 hours ago...which never happens. I am always in pain. Today, she definitely solved that issue. I am very thankful for everyone that works here. They work in unity and harmony and care about the patients. You will walk in... and immediately be greeted with smiles and warm welcomes. You won't regret it.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience at Anthony Medical & Chiropractic Center exceeded my expectations! Forget the fact that my 1st "New Patient" 1 hour Massage was only $50, completely unheard of even years ago, then there's the fact that you get to talk to a Chiropractor beforehand, and the nicely cozy, soothing atmosphere during the massage. But that was all just icing on the perfectly sweet cake of having Carissa as my massager. She was so kind and considerate, chatting me up to put me at ease, while still constantly checking on me and my comfort level. She did such a great job, worked out the problem spots I told her about, and some I didn't realize were a problem and only realized they were a really big problem as she was working on them. She is also so attuned with her patients that when I started to get really relaxed and my responses started to drift into a relaxed state, she stopped talking so as not to break it up. Thanks Carissa!! (Hope I spelled your name right!) I really can't say enough about how wonderful this place is, even from this one experience, but I will definitely be coming back! -Lena

As expert and courteous as these therapeutic professionals are, I believe the front desk/medical records staff enhances the customer experience tremendously. Specifically, Sha'Tina seems to take special pride in her work. She has a gift for making customers welcome by, among other things, greeting each by name as they enter the office. (There must be hundreds of active customers. I can't imagine how she remembers everybody's name.) Her professionalism and cheery personality always put me in the best frame of mind for receiving services at Anthony's.

Experiencia fantástica: More people should look to Eastern Medicine. Dr. Chen is fantastic. I had visits for both Cupping and Acupuncture. There is a reason eastern medicine has been around for hundreds of years. I highly recommend Dr. Chen. The relief I feel after treatments is wonderful.

Experiencia negativa: very unorganized medical facility. I scheduled appointment yesterday to come in to find out that I cannot be seen. I have a bad, sciatic nerve to where I cannot sleep to be told that every provider has left and that I would have to reschedule because of their lack of doing their job Not informing me that being a temple patient doesn’t transfer over to this facility. The first problem is the person who scheduled the appointment should’ve seen. I had no records here even after me telling them I’m seeing in Temple. This is very disgusting. I swear I would never use this place and my family members that do I encourage them I will encourage them to find another place being management of a medical facility. This is unacceptable from the front (Scheduling) to the back(The chiropractor)

I was having trouble with my left foot the heel and I have been getting weekly treatments and it has been great I really enjoy it the place is nice and clean and very friendly and quick service.

Experiencia negativa: Don't go here if you are using insurance, they are just horrible at it, massage therapist here are nice especially Marcia, the front service manager was not nice to me.I had issues with my insurance and she was not nice at all, I don't remember her name but those at the front desk called her supervisor, such a poor demeanor to be a supervisor.Dont go here if you are having a long day and you need to relax, it is not so worth it, I left more stressed than I got here.Find somewhere else to put your money!

Experiencia fantástica: I came to Anthony's with the worst sciatic pain. I tried accupuntuer "nothing". So Dr. Mike suggested decompression. I am now able to walk straight up and very minimal pain. So if you suffer from sciatic pain. Try out the Coperas Cove location

After my first visit I felt better and able to do range of motions. I started seeing the Nurse Practitioner Alanta. She was amazing with great patient care manners. Adjusted my painful shoulder which is helping me a lot. Always making me feel I am in great hands. The two massages was amazing and will continue my therapy here. It was better than seeing the physical therapy.

In corrective therapy I had Lavander provide therapy. He was absolutely amazing! He took his time and focused on troubled areas. Great experience!

I've been in pain since 2006 when I had a car accident and was treated for years for muscle spasms. I had a package that my insurance covered, with a small co-pay. Let me tell you, I feel great. Used to turn my whole torso to see over my right shoulder, no more. This place is highly recommended.

No one told her nor did they offer to let me go back in and get the other 30 minutes! They offered my 10 dollars back and said my next 45 will turn to am hour! Let's see if they keep there word

From what I hear it is bc you all are doing away with the PT dept but what a BIG mistake! My experience up until today has been phenomenal with Fernando & Noah. Fernando & Noah take the time to listen to what is wrong & my concerns. You all need to right the wrong of Fernando not being there, then convert the dept how you see fit. Anthony Medical would have received a 5 star review from me this evening when I finished my 6 weeks of PT if whomever wouldn't have messed with a great team! I am thankful after today that I am done with therapy now that you have broken such a great team up & a great dept. Also, please send Octavius back to his dept right outside the waiting room where he is FANTASTIC at his job (A++)!!! Also, please tell Dr Price that people keep opening the back door, so please take the note off the door. Please right the wrong and bring Fernando back! I wish all employees were like Noah & Fernando! I have had A LOT of PT in the last 7.5y and I am here to tell you they are the best I have ever seen! That is saying something! Experiencia negativa: I loved the chiropractor, she was beyond sweet and very caring but I’m a bit annoyed with the case managers (or the people that handle the payment options) after my first session they brought me into the room to speak to someone about costs and everything, I did advise her that I was close to meeting my deductible any day now and I wanted to use insurance, she told me about the payment options until the pending claim was processed, I felt uncomfortable without talking to my husband first because I am currently dealing with a high risk pregnancy that has us dealing with A LOT of OTHER expenses because of it and I wasn’t sure if this was within our budget to pay out of pocket rather than using insurance but she was a bit pushy so I just agreed, the very next day I met my deductible I called the office and told them specifically do NOT charge my card and I’ll be using my insurance for the future payments…. After a couple weeks they still decided to charge my card for the payment agreement we had set up (prior to meeting my deductible) PLUS they still charged my insurance! I tried calling to dispute this but haven’t received a call back, I won’t be coming back for my future appointments.
