Experiencia positiva: I love Dr Fronk and respect him but I had an unusual experience. I was there at 12:15, a little early and was taken back to my “room” and prepared for my procedure. It was 5pm before I was rolled to surgery. Dr. Fronk explained there was a delay in the am with humidity in the surgery rooms. I can understand that. I have a daughter who works in an ambulatory surgery center and she confirmed Dr. Fronk’s statement. However during those 4+ hrs I could not have my dau-in-law sit with me. I would have thought an exception would have been made in this circumstance but the lady at the front window said she couldn’t come back. Then, after surgery I felt as if the aide or assistant was trying to rush me out as she was trying to help me with my clothes , etc. I felt this explanation was needed since you asked for one. Other than these, the nurses were quite nice and pleasant. At least let the patients family come and sit with the patient. That would alleviated this reply. Thank you, Patricia King

Experiencia negativa: Second time being here so that a friend had a ride after the surgery. BOTH times it is an ALL day affair!!! Waiting more than 4 -5 hours before surgery’d are even being done. Come in at 10AM luck if you leave at 5 !!! Horrible scheduling and management!!

Experiencia fantástica: My experience and care at this facility has always be outstanding and 5-star service. All personnel are courteous and professional including administrations, staff, nurses and doctors. Over the past 6 six years I've been associated with this facility and receive my pain management and health care. During my recent visit and procedure I had a potential situation that postponed me from having my procedure due to an irregular heart beat. The level of care and concern was overwhelming, I truly felt like a celebrity with all the fussing, monitoring and checking that was going on. Dr Mehta checked on me several times in between his other cases and assured me that his personnel would work to get in touch with my primary clinic and doctor. To my surprise before I had left there facility I had 0900 appointment (for the next day) with my PC Doctor the next morning. Which normally takes me a least 2 days to get an appointment. I received no less than 3 follow up calls to check on me and to see if there was anything that they could do for me within the abilities. Dr. Mehta and his team of Professionals are the best in the state of Texas and maybe the county. He is always working on the best care and solutions for me. I will not see anyone else and I always recommend him to my family and friends.

Experiencia fantástica: No one likes having a surgical procedure but this is the place to go if you must. The staff are so kind, caring and joyful it’s almost a pleasure to go there. The scariest part for me is the IV the nurses are highly skilled with that procedure is a snap. The group as a whole runs like a fine oiled machine.

Experiencia positiva: My appointment was at 9.30 am, I was taken to the back at 10.30 am , the procedure took less than 5 minutes, in the recovery room area I was rushed to put my clothes on while laying in the bed which was very uncomfortable to do!! Nobody cared, putting my shoes on is hard for me to do , some one helped me so I could be discharged. I am sorry but I felt more than a number then a patient.

Experiencia fantástica: In mid September I needed to have a device installed at S1, from start to finish Dr. Doniparthi and the staff at the Ambulatory Surgery Center of Killeen were extremely professional while maintaining an air of compassion needed to keep a nervous patient calm while preparing them for the needed procedure. The administrative staff, pre and post opt nursing were exceptional. I have had back issues for some time and have utilized three different pain centers from Washington State to Texas and PSA has proven to be the best from me.

They hooked me up with a nevro hfx spinal cord stimulator trial (that I’ve been waiting for the green light on for a very long time!!) quickly and as painlessly as possible! Would definitely send anyone that I care about to them over anyone else that I’ve dealt with!

Experiencia fantástica: Was told to arrive at 0645 we were early at 0600 and got in at 7 am everyone was fantastic treated with care Dr Fronk is the best pain Dr I’ve had since he replaced dr Lo which I can’t tell you how long he drug things out helping me. I met dr Fronk in Jan and in march had 1/2 of the si joint fusion done can’t recommend him enough Had right side done 3 months later on June 16 so far so good great experience with surgery center

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had a left SI Joint Fusion done at ASC of Killeen and am in the recovery phase. I can already feel a major reduction in my pain created by the SI Joint Dysfunction, even at less than two weeks of post-op recovery. The entire experience with the staff, nurses and Dr. Mehta were all pleasant and they are very good at what they do, and are one the most organized, friendly and caring places I have ever encountered. I would recommend ASC without hesitation.

Experiencia fantástica: For over 10 years the VA told me there was nothing wrong with my back and just threw pain killers at me. I finally decided to seek help from outside the VA and what do you know, there's real physical, serious issues with my spine. Pain Specialists of Killeen have done multiple procedures/surgeries for me at the Ambulatory Surgery Center of Killeen and have helped me tremendously. Everyone is so nice and professional and truly cared for me. Getting validation for my issues was huge and I will continue to use these services and stay far away from the VA.

Experiencia fantástica: This facility is the friendliest place to have a procedure done. They make me feel comfortable and calm with jokes and laugh with me, to help dispel the nerves. I will continue to use this facility, they are quick to pre-op and the area is clean and tidy. Just know if you are getting sedation you must have a driver to drive you home. This is for the safety of everyone. Thank you to all the staff.
