Treating every client with respect while going through therapy even in difficulty time they are still supporting us through each session. I am grateful for being a client during my total knee replacement which is very difficult and sometimes depression but they always push you with encouragement.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a custom full knee replacement in July 2024 and had several complications which resulted in 4 overnight hospital stays and 1 outpatient procedure which made my physical therapy crucial to me being able to work through massive scar tissue and gain motion again in my knee. PT Solutions Therapists are all amazing and Sue at the front desk is also awesome. Every appointment I am pushed a little harder. The Therapists are great they evaluate you at every appointment and they work hard with you to achieve your goal. They all want the best for you and they keep encouraging you to keep going and they show you exercises you can do at home in between appointments. I am very happy with PT Solutions in Harker Heights they’re the best!

Experiencia fantástica: Troy and Lauren have created a dual plan to assist me in my recovery and although their approaches are slightly different, I’ve benefited immensely. You’re greeted once you enter the door and all the therapist appear to be personable with their clients. I’m extremely happy with my continued progress and I’m dreading the conclusion of my sessions. At least I’ll be able to continue at home with the exercise options provided.

The staff is outstanding and the receptionist, Sue, is friendly and accommodating if you have a conflicting schedule. Lauren was my primary staff member, and she first saw me for my hip, I immediately requested this place following my shoulder surgery. It’s been 4 months and I’m sitting at 90% recovered with the help from them.

I’ve only had to tell them my name once, now every time I come in the door they call me by name. You can tell that my therapist truly cares about her patients. Not only does she remember the minor details about my plan, she also remembers details of things we have talked about. Overall, this feels like a small mom and pop operation rather than a corporate giant. Keep up the good work.

From our first patient-PT encounter, she provided me with the best treatment services. She was patient with me and showed understanding and empathy when I needed it. She allowed me opportunities to have input in my own care and treatment goals.Though Lauren's primary role with patients is their PT, she made me feel like a family member whom she really cared about with regards to my treatments and outcomes. He is motivating and not afraid to share a laugh that allows for all clients that he is working with to feel comfortable and relaxed. The way he is able to give one and one feedback to each person while going from one to another without making you feel neglected is masterful. He is always happy to see you even when you yourself are dragging because your own day wore you out. His personality and work ethic encourages you to be better. This is nicely paired with the great front desk staff. Both women are great, but Laurn S. is the one I spoke with the most. She is always welcoming and often joins in on the fun conversations while seamlessly continuing to manage her own work and welcome clients as they come in. She is incredibly nice and PT Solutions is extremely lucky to have both Christian and Lauren as I know finding great people can be hard. It was a great pleasure working with them both and I hope others will go to see Christian if they need physical therapy.

Honestly, I thought the pain in my neck and shoulder area would never go away, but after working with the team for a few weeks, the pain is gone! I chose PT Solutions after my first visit to the Harker Heights location. Beckha was the first person I met. She greeted me with a welcoming warm smile and helped me arrange a schedule to get on track with my much needed healing. My independence, mental health and job were all on the line at this point in my life. It was very necessary to find the right place. Mat, Dino, Beckha, Britney and Amanda have supported my progress with their amazing knowledge. He is one of the best PT's I have ever had!! I also had Lauren Bratcher on my last day and she was wonderful as well...she cares about her patients and makes you feel very comfortable. Amanda Romero is the first smiling face you see when you enter the clinic. She is so nice and her customer service is the BEST!! She always worked with me to try and schedule me for the days I needed. It was a real pleasure going there for my PT! I recommend PT Solutions to anyone that needs PT!!

During the period of Nov 2019 to June, 2020, I required rehabilitation of a rotator cuff shoulder injury and surgery to repair tears. Previously I had attended therapy sessions at another business and was very dissatisfied. PT Solutions is a very caring and friendly environment led by Madi, the receptionist, Gio, and especially Marcy my physical therapist. I appreciated the professional care and patience they provided during my recovery. The stretching and strengthening exercises helped my rapid progress and recovery. Experiencia fantástica: After a long overdue foot surgery I was referred to PT Solutions in Harker Heights, TX to aid in my recovery. My first day there was nearly 3 months after my surgery inwhich I was still in great pain and unable to wear a normal shoe due to the swelling and lack of mobility in my foot. Starting from my entry into the door where I was always greeted with a smile from Madi to the therapy sessions I had with Giovanni, and especially Marci. As a direct result of being pushed and using muscles I never knew I had; today I am pain free, wearing normal shoes, and able to walk without a limp. Thanks to each of them and I hope I didn't misspell anyone's name.

Experiencia fantástica: Well, where do I begin. I spent time at PT Solutions, Harker Heights beginning in November 2019 (for my hip) then again from March to July, 2020 following shoulder surgery. This is an amazing team. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by the most pleasant individual, Madi, the greeter, receptionist, caterer, conversationalist, etc. Gotta love her. I was mainly attended to by Marcy (she don't play no games) and she is formidable. Then the ever loving Gio, I think he's French because he loves to tell you that We will be doing this, lol. These two will work with you to get you where you need to be. Their attentiveness, care and more than anything else, compassion. Their knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics is outstanding, working you within your limits with the goal of returning you to full function. They tolerate your whining (to a certain degree) and will do everything possible to make your experience as comfortable as possible. I cannot say enough about the care that I received at PT Solutions, Harker Heights. If ever I needed therapy again, I will be going back there. I would definitely recommend this center for all your physical therapy needs.

Experiencia fantástica: First off, let me tell you I did go to another physical therapy establishment before going to PT Solutions, I was not pleased, so decided to give Marcy and her staff A try. From the door, when you are greeted warmly by Madi, to the awesome treatment given by Marcy or Gio, you could not ask for a better PT experience. I went to them after my second total hip replacement surgery. After my 16 weeks, I can totally tell you that I have reached every goal established for my left hip, and it is actually stronger than the right hip, which was replaced first. If you are reading this, I hope you do your research on PT establishments, but I will tell you, PT Solutions in Harker Heights is the place to go. Thank you Madi, Marcy and Gio for the great service and experience.
