Experiencia negativa: Stay away of this clinic.has a lot.administrative and medical personnel look like does no know anything about the patient medical record and even does not read.them in order to request a simple labs test.Very incompetente..employees.except labs personnel.

Experiencia negativa: I was just trying to call the front desk to explain that I was overseas for work and just wanted to let them know not to schedule me for appts for the next 6 months. Been on hold for 30+ minutes now and they just opened

Experiencia negativa: Physicians simply don't care, please hire Physicians that care about our health and not there for a pat check.

Experiencia negativa: This VA clinic is nice and clean. The lab techs were the best. Everything else was a bad experience. Just needed mental health meds. I knew I had to go to temple, (expected), but when the killeen clinic says that temple won't even fill them. I'm a traveling veteran and this clinic is the first to deny me my meds. Syas temple won't fill them either.

Experiencia fantástica: I just want to publicly thank Ms Heidi, a social worker here, who works on housing homeless vets among other things. She’s great listener who cares about her work. Thanks for seeing and talking with me, it helped immensely.

Experiencia negativa: My neurologist asked me to come here for labs. I show up and am the first and only patient in the clinic. I was told that my doctor was incorrect, they were booked for labs and would not see me. Thanks for taking care of veterans.

Experiencia negativa: This place is about pointless. They are just like fake army doctors and dont really care about your health.

Experiencia negativa: This clinic is pointless every time I come in for anything and I do mean anything they send you to temple what even is the point if you can not help me here this is ridiculous the staff is nice though my provider left and I had no clue until the day of my appointment so if you are looking to be taken care of at your appointment be prepared for them to make you an appointment at the temple location so annoying I understand that big things they can not do but small things that most clinics have they do not and will send you to temple location

Experiencia fantástica: I just started to come to this clinic and I really like it for the convinience of being close, its professional and dedicated staff.

Experiencia positiva: This is the Killeen VAclinic. I'm happy that this new clinic is here. It's closer, but downtown. You can't walk-in here for anything, not even lab like the main Temple clinic, or the Annex. Lab should be able to be done on a walk-in basis. Because it's new, everything is clean. There were only two people in the waiting room. The lab techs were very professional. Most of the workers are contracted. There's handicapped and regular parking close by. It sits beside the market there and the driving school.

Experiencia fantástica: Just moved my primary care to this clinic and it went well. Been using the VA for over 30 years and I've had many ups and downs, but I was very impressed with this clinic.

Experiencia negativa: That va clinic in my opinion is horrible. I was told I couldn’t be helped because I wasn’t a patient at that clinic.

Experiencia fantástica: I was in the clinic early, just after they opened the new clinic. The staff had a few technical issues with getting started, but those issues were handled very efficiently and the staff couldn't have been nicer.
