Experiencia fantástica: I am thankful for the team at Results Physiotherapy in Fountain City. I was referred for Physical Therapy due to lower back and hip pain. Shane, my Physical Therapist, was so helpful in targeting a plan that helped me strengthen my back and hip and return back to daily living without continuous pain. I appreciate everyone's professionalism and caring attitudes at Results and I'm so blessed with the results from a great PT experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I had my knee replaced on June 11th. From that point, I went to RPK, in Fountain City for my therapy. I have been highly active as a cyclist, and wanted to resume as soon as possible. I was treated by Patrick at this therapy center. He was excellent! In the beginning, my knee hurt quite a bit, and Patrick understood, gradually and skillfully "pushing" me to improve. I may be looking at another knee replacement on my other leg. I will only go back to Patrick for the therapy.

Experiencia negativa: I do not recommend this facility for patients looking for quality physical therapy. Despite being friendly and talkative, the staff who worked with me on three different visits did not give me their full attention and did not seem to be engaged with my health/recovery. Each visit there were many patients and a limited staff so multiple patients were being treated by each therapist and therefore the patients (including myself) were not given the important care they need. Additionally , I was overcharged at each visit, despite Cigna insurance providing them with my coverage details and co-pay information. I did not realize this until after the third visit and I am still attempting to recover the overcharges.

They always made sure that I was getting the care I needed and even if my appt. ran a bit over they would work with me to finish the set instead of immediately ending it when time was up. Experiencia fantástica: I have used Results for two separate injuries and had fantastic recovery rates both times. All of the therapists were skilled, professional and fun to work with. They clearly like helping people get better and enjoy working in a team environment to accomplish that. In addition, I was impressed with the ease of scheduling and willingness of the staff to make sure that my therapy could be worked in when I needed it. Usually when doing a positive review I think it is helpful to note at least one small thing that can be improved upon. In this case I honestly cannot think of anything. Results Physiotherapy exceeded my expectations in every way. My sincere thanks to these outstanding therapists and outstanding people.

Hans provides great care and conversation and Sarah always greets me like she’s actually glad I came. I’ll be back the next time my body rebells on me.

Experiencia fantástica: Both my wife and I had such positive experiences a this facility. My wife had a full hip replacement in April of 2021 and I had a back injury due to a bike wreck a few months later and was prescribed PT. The entire staff at results consists of extremely knowledgeable, personable, caring, empathetic and charismatic people. As soon as I walked in the door (when I would transport my wife to her sessions and also when I would show to my own sessions) I’d feel the positive, warm energy of the environment there. All of the energy in that facility goes straight to advocating, encouraging and inspiring the clients. Just can’t say enough awesome things about this place and 5 stars just doesn’t seem sufficient. Love the results team and I’d very highly recommend this facility to anyone and everyone.

I worked with several different PTs while there and they were all great. Hans and Cat were the two I interacted with the most and they were great. Hans was really good about explaining to me why I was doing what I was doing and giving me tips for continuing PT outside of the clinic. I cannot recommend this clinic enough!

If you need PT, I highly recommend Results. You’ll get quality care, and the staff will make you feel right at home!

Experiencia fantástica: Cat was able to determine the source of my problem and used a combination of specific manual therapy techniques, customized exercise program, and dry needling to restore function and alleviate pain in my neck and shoulder. I was discharged with a thorough home program so I can fully regain the strength I had lost. Should I need PT in the future, I will return to Results!

My recovery was much faster than a previous ACT tear I had ten years ago. I was very pleased with them, and highly recommend the Fountain City Clinic of Results Physiotherapy. Experiencia fantástica: Cat and Hans are some of the absolute best people on the planet. Love this place. Very professional and courteous, plus you leave feeling like family. My daughter was kicked in the back by a horse, just an inch left of her spine. Hans has worked with her for several weeks and she is at the same activity level as she was pre-trauma. Can not say enough good things!

As a weight lifter I was pleasantly surprised by the exercises and how I could incorporate the exercises into my regular routines. As much as I enjoyed the therapy I hope the exercises and tips will keep me from coming back. I went from 65% of normal to 85-90% in a very short time.

Experiencia fantástica: I visited Cat and her team multiple times for various injuries. The front office staff were always cheerful, helpful, and quick. Cat always treated me as a whole patient. Making sure she was focused on treating the root causes of my issues/injuries and not just my symptoms. Her attention to detail, knowledge, and magnetic charisma made me choose Results Physiotherapy more than once. I highly recommend her and this location! Side bonus—there is a chick fil a and first watch around the corner for when you’re hungry! :)

Hans really helped my recovery after my ankle fracture. He is a great therapist and is very knowledgeable and caring. He pushed me to work hard but also recognized my limitations. Sarah who works at the front desk is so sweet and helpful. I always enjoyed talking to her. I worked with Jeff a few times as well and he was also very kind and caring. Even the therapists who floated there on occasion to help were incredibly nice. I always felt welcome and supported while I was there. Working with all of them has been a very positive part of my recovery process.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Results Physiotherapy in Fountain City to recover from a sprained ankle. Everyone there was so welcoming, friendly, and felt like I’d known them forever in just a short amount of time. I actually looked forward to my visits! They were very thorough in explaining what was going on with my ankle, and gave me exercises to practice at home. I was healed up in no time and I’m back to running again! I can now run 5K without any pain or stopping to walk! Thanks y’all!!

Experiencia fantástica: There are PT options in Knoxville TN, but Results is head and shoulders above the competition. It has been my good fortune to have therapy performed at the Fountain City location several times over the past years. The staff is exceedingly friendly and cordial to a fault. The skills they possess are second to none, and I can compare them to several local clinics. Without a second of hesitation, I would recommend this group above any other. Management is effective in several locations. I will miss those visits until the next time their skills are needed.

Within a few visits I was getting back to my old self. They are very diligent in dealing with social distancing and sanitation measures. I had a partial knee replacement at the beginning of October, and after a few weeks with these knowledgeable and wonderful people I was well on my way to recovery. I have some experience with physical therapy in the past, and I can say without reservation that this is the most positive and rewarding therapeutic atmosphere I have ever experienced. Cat and her team not only heal you physically, they heal you emotionally as well. If you need physical therapy, this is the place to go.

After accessing my problems, Kat dry needled my arm and neck. I got some relief immediately. After 3 dry needling appointments (and other therapy),I am doing so much better. The whole staff is very friendly. So glad I went.

She is easy to talk to and clearly knowledgeable in her field. Most recently, she asked the right questions to identify and treat the root cause of an injury. As always, she helped me understand the bigger picture of my health and how to prevent future injury. The entire team at this location was easy to work with and exceptionally friendly. Experiencia fantástica: I had my doubts when my orthopedist recommended PT for my torn rotator cuff, but on the suggestion of a friend, I made an appointment at Results, and am I glad I did! In six weeks I went from being barely able to pick up a teacup with one hand to building and setting in place an 82-pound hardwood dining table and rearranging most of the furniture in my condo -- all with no pain! Now I'm looking forward to my first pain-free holiday season after years of shoulder issues that I always intended to address "someday." I highly and enthusiastically recommend Results -- everyone on the staff is terrific, and the name says it all: meet them halfway, and you'll get great Results!

Experiencia fantástica: Thanks to Bill Pendergrass, PT, DPT, Cert. MDT, CMP, Results in Fountain City, I can run again and use my shoulder! I had successful treatments for a shoulder injury and a year later for a achillies tendon issue! Results is very patient focused providing one-on-one attention and great coaching to help me reach my goals. Results uses FOTO patient assessments to help the clinician to accurately measure patient progress and provide realistic predictions of what the patient can expect with attendance and treatment. I felt informed and motivated to achieve successful "results"!
