A family member recommended Andy and after the first few sessions I had great results. I am almost completely finished with my sessions and I cannot believe how much Andy has helped me! He is awesome!

Experiencia negativa: The day before my initial appointment they called to tell me my therapist wouldn't be there and they tried to reschedule me. Its been scheduled for weeks and i didnt even know i had an assigned therapist. Im going to find somewhere else that respects my time and physical condition. * *they did call back the same day and said actually they CAN get me in for my first appointment - after I left a one star review. Suddenly they want to make my appointment work.

The exercises are difficult at times and you will want to communicate your experiences, limitations, and goals as you progress. If you're dedicated to improving and putting work in then there truly is no better place or better people to help you in your recovery.

Experiencia fantástica: Andy is a great doctor! I've been having chronic neck pain for over 3 years. I saw a PT for it for the first time about a year ago, and my pain improved but never went away, and it came back in full force shortly after stopping. With Andy I was able to be pain free for the first time in years. He's a fantastic listener and identified the cause of my pain accurately and quickly. He was also cognizant of the limitations to my visits with regards to insurance, whereas at different PT offices, they never seemed to care how much it cost me. I also found the dry needling to be particularly helpful; after trying it, I went from some pain to no pain. I am afraid of needles, but the procedure wasn't too scary or painful and definitely worth trying. It's been several weeks since I stopped going, and even without massage, my neck pain continues to be improved thanks to the workout and stretching plan Andy created for me. I would definitely recommend him as a doctor!

From the time you walk into the door and are met with Jasmine’s warm smile until either Andy or Michele greet you, one feels genuine care and concern. As a client you become part of a family who listens closely to your concerns and created a game plan to address them. Andy offers so much expertise and knowledge that helped address my issues. All the therapy was explained in laymen’s terms and always given several modifications to do. I enjoyed working with all three of them. Lots of laughter during therapy. Best place ever. If I need physical therapy again, this is the place it will go!!

Experiencia fantástica: The therapists and staff members were not only knowledgeable in helping me understand how to overcome my bilateral knee pain (as expected) but they were also very friendly (which was unexpected). I thought that I would have therapists who would be a rigid and no non-sense type of health specialists. Michelle and Andrew were the therapists who worked on me, as well as the other staff members, Myles and Jasmine, who assisted as well. I asked questions about the type of exercises they had me do, and also asked questions about muscles, ligaments, and they all answered them so that I could understand what was going on. They also helped me realize that doing these exercises at home is a successful path to lessening my knee pain, instead of just doing the exercises at the clinic. And, because of the effectiveness of doing these exercises, I've stopped taking Turmeric pills (which is what I was doing prior to therapy)!

Experiencia negativa: WARNING: if you ever go to this location and Andy is the PT, be 100% positive he has NO “DISCOMFORT” in any part of his body. IF HE DOES, LEAVE IMMEDIATELY!! He was unpleasant, made it apparent that he didn’t feel like interacting. He didn’t listen when I tried to say, “having a problem”. The last time I went, he actually bullied me…I wasn’t moving fast enough for him. Then he decided to order me to do yet another exercise…It caused a hard muscle spasm & pain down my leg. Andy, “Stop. Stop” I walked into that place & limped out. Andy was TOTALLY unprofessional. Andy, if you were experiencing that much pain, you needed to take a few hours off to get your problem resolved. You don’t take your reaction to pain out on a client. EVERY PERSON THAT WALKS IN THERE IS A CUSTOMER. I used to tell friends & family how great Results is. I don’t now. I won’t be a return customer either. 2012 was my first therapy at Results & multiple times in the years after. I went to a doctor. Had injections…one on each side. Problem resolved…no muscle spasms or pain down my leg. BTW, Andy, you gave me multiple exercises to do at home. I wanted the doctor to ok. “No! Too many!”

Experiencia fantástica: I came in with a lower back injury after deadlifting. I had tried a ton of different stretches at my home and it didn’t get better at all. After just a few sessions I got much better and after just three weeks of pt I was able to get back to how I was before. I definitely recommend!

Andy determined the muscle groups that were working extra hard due to lumbar fusion, and planned an exercise routine that I can continue at home. Manual therapy is the part I can’t do for myself!!

He made sure to understand what was going on with my knee before developing therapy that got great results for me. I felt like I was involved in the process and everything was explained so I would understand why it was beneficial. Such a friendly and comfortable office. Jasmine is an asset. I had no worries about how my insurance would work and what it would cover....and so efficient and helpful. If you have to have therapy this is the place to be for top notch treatment! Still doing my prescribed homework exercises and continuing to see results!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Due to several issues with a knee injury and a stiff neck I needed therapy. From the receptionist to my therapist I received the most professional and friendly service! The therapy given me for both problems by Andy Braden was incredible. Andy worked with my knee until I was able to get out of a large knee brace and was able to begin walking and even running again. His knowledge for both my knee and my neck were not just a series of exercises to do for everyone but were planned for my individual needs until both problems were resolved. Even though I was skeptical about receiving needling for my neck after some therapy to help me turn my head, it was incredible how quickly my stiff neck was resolved after this procedure! Thank you Results Therapy and Andy! I highly recommend Results Therapy and will go back for any problems I have!

Experiencia fantástica: My doctor recommended Andy's care for my lower back pain, and I couldn't be happier with the care I received at Results. Andy was conservative in my treatment, which I liked, and we ended up using a blend of manual therapy and different exercises. When I started my sessions, I could barely bend in any direction and transitions from sitting to standing or vice-versa were so painful and difficult. By the end of the few weeks I was there, I was completely pain free and able to carry laundry baskets, play with my kids, and even get back into my weightlifting! Andy was so insightful with what slight changes we needed to make to my therapy exercises and plan as I progressed through the sessions. I was floored by how much he knew and how much better he made me feel each time I went. But, honestly, the incredible talent of the therapists there (I mostly saw Andy, but Dylan and Michelle were amazing, too!) was only part of the reason I'm leaving a five-star review. Everyone there is just so amazing. Jasmine and Andy both felt like my friends by the time I left. Every session we were all cutting up, chatting about everything under the sun, and just having a great time. They didn't make me feel like I was going to a doctor for something that was wrong with me, but that I was hanging out with friends who just so happened to be taking my pain away at the same time. My last session was weeks ago, and I still miss them! I highly, HIGHLY recommend Andy and his crew to anyone who needs physical therapy. With a warm atmosphere, super friendly staff, and superior knowledge of therapeutic methods, there's nothing not to like about them. :)

I am speaking as a person who has had physiotherapy throughout my lifetime due to three broken femur's and body casts, a broken foot, and three broken ribs. From the moment you get there, Jasmine greets you with the greatest smile. She is very professional and she knows the payment and insurance procedures extremely well. She works to get you the correct information for payments and what the running totals are for remaining treatments. She is the first person you see and the last one going out! Andy , The Director, is professional in all aspects of treatments and is very through. He knows before you get there what treatments would benefit you well and adapts and adds procedures throughout the therapy to increase mobility with every visit. They worked with my schedule and always gave me appropriate attention. More specifically, I went to them with a referral from the doctor for a severe issue in my right knee, but I also had a chronic issue with my left knee that I accepted as permanent. They worked with me on both knees, and I am better than I thought I would ever be. Concerning the little things, the background music is pleasant.

At first I was a little apprehensive because I lived in Sevierville & it took approximately 45 minutes one way. After my first visit I realized that it was well worth the drive as I felt so much better. Andy was terrific he was the one who worked on me but the entire staff were very professional & skilled in their treatments. They also provided a great atmosphere & were personable. If I have anymore problems, that is where I will go as they made a difference.

I can move my neck without pain and sit up straighter than before. These pains have bothered me for over 30 years and Results helped correct it in 6-8 weeks. Andy and his crew are amazing!

I had knee replacement surgery and Andy and Dillon were outstanding in helping me recover quickly. Andy is an extremely skilled and professional physiotherapist. He did an excellent job of helping me when I had a problem with lower leg pain following my knee replacement surgery. I always looked forward to my appointments because the entire staff was friendly and helpful. I worked hard to get better, but Andy, Dillon, Terri and Jasmine made it an enjoyable experience. Experiencia positiva: I had a wonderful experience at Results. I came in with lower leg pain from running and it just so happens the Clinic Director( Andy) is a marathon runner!! Everyone was very nice and professional. I gave Dry Needling a try and it worked! Thanks for getting me better and running pain free guys! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I thought the prices were pretty high for just doing some exercises I could do at home lol but in the end it’s worth it cause I’m pain free now. And I truly believe Andy cares about his patients.

After working with the team at Results, I can work without issues and the pain/soreness is now occasional instead of constant. I have a very variable work schedule and they were always wonderful to work round my schedule. They continually monitored my progress and adjusted as we needed. I should have done this earlier.

Experiencia fantástica: Andy, Dillon and the whole gang are AWESOME!! I went in with a very unstable knee and within just a couple of appointments, they had me steady enough to walk 11 miles a day on vacation! I cannot believe the improvement that I have made and I owe it all to them. Their technique and relentless drive to help is amazing and so appreciated! And don't let me forget the ladies at the front desk...so friendly!! Everyone works as a team and it shows! You never hope to have to go to physical therapy but if I ever have the need again, I know exactly where I'm going!! <3
