Children's Hospital Rehabilitation Center - West Knox

Experiencia negativa: No information on price of sessions when we signed her up, and later we learn it’s 600 dollars per 45 minute session of a therapist literally sitting and playing blocks with the child during that time. We sat in every session and observed and seldom there was any conversation between the child and the therapist. We later get a bill for almost 3000 dollars for one and a half months and have no choice but to pay for it. We have sent our child to therapy at other locations with the same insurance we have and were charged for 30 dollars only per session. I do not recommend this place for their lack of communication and quality of sessions.

Experiencia fantástica: Ms.Rachel is the absolute BEST! She helped my son a ton! I definitely recommend her to any moms who wanna get their children extra help! I honestly feel as if I benefited from it as much a he did. Being a young mom I didn’t know exactly how or what to teach him. Going with him has definitely put me on the right track!!
