As a long long time patient of Simply Physio for chronic issues, after a knee injury I knew I would benefit from PT. I’m a nurse and walk for exercise on average of 5 days a week. Even after getting a steroid injection in my knee, I was still having significant pain and mobility issues that prohibited me from exercising and walking around in general! Tommy utilized techniques, technology, and treatment options that I know I wouldn’t have gotten anywhere else. After just a few sessions I saw remarkable improvement in pain and mobility. After seeing Tommy for 8 weeks, my knee feels better and stronger than ever! Tommy is so encouraging and offered so much support and guidance. I actually had fun during my sessions! When I came to my first appointment and was assigned to Tommy, he had a positive and optimistic energy about him! I could tell he loved his work and really believed in the methods he taught and used! Throw in a stressful job that requires extensive travel and screen time and you get neck and shoulder issues. Have a little too much fun one margarita Tuesday and take a small spill? Check. Did that, too. Bring all that together and you have a recipe for disaster. Stephen has fixed me more times than I can count at this point. For years now, he has helped me navigate all of these challenges. He's taught me plenty about how to keep my lower back healthy, and I do exercises daily on his advice that have made a world of difference. When I was assigned a new work vehicle, he helped me figure out the seat settings to make all the windshield time more comfortable. He is hands down the best physical therapist I've ever worked with and even convinced me that dry needling might be worth trying for my neck. I am here to tell you the voo doo works! It also doesn't hurt that he loves dogs, has an amazing sense of humor, and has excellent taste in music. He's "SIMPLY" the best!

Experiencia fantástica: I can't even BEGIN to say so much GOOD about Simply Physio! Dr Michael Blair was a LIFESAVER for my TMJ!!! I thought FOR SURE I was heading to surgery and DID NOT want to! I took a chance and was recommended by my dentist to simply physio. It was my last chance of doing something before surgery. I was hit it the jaw and it had flared my TMJ. I was in SO MUCH PAIN when I first went. WITHIN 3 months of seeing DR BLAIR, I barely have ANY PAIN at all!!! TY DR BLAIR and SIMPLY PHYSIO!!! You all are absolutely instrumental to those suffering with TMJ!! :)
