Experiencia fantástica: I started experiencing pain in my left shoulder, and my doctor recommended that I go to Premier in Frandor for my PT based on his experience with them in the past. I was very glad for his recommendation. Premier is an excellent practice with good, kind, knowledgeable people who will go the extra mile to help you to get better. I had no problems with any part of the process of getting PT there. They made everything very easy and transparent. I worked with Dr. Scott Feldpausch during PT, and I had an amazing experience with him. Scott is a tremendously nice and humane fellow, with a good sense of humor, and a gift for providing therapy and gentle encouragement. He is very clear, personable, and helpful, and I enjoyed every session I had with him. Importantly, in only a couple of months of starting therapy, I was vastly improved, and the pain was gone. I cannot recommend Premier or Scott highly enough. They provide a level of care that anyone in need of PT would hope for. If I ever need PT again for anything, I know where I am going!

He showed me many exercises and did great orthopedic manipulation. All the PTs have their doctorates and also have, or are in process of getting, post-doc certification in orthopedic manipulation. Experiencia fantástica: I was extremely down after having to stop playing sports because I was diagnosed with severe chronic patellar tendonitis, but despite that, Premier and Zack made my experience recovering from injury tremendous. I had a great time every appointment putting in work to get better. Zack is a really fun dude and really made it feel like I was there because I wanted to be, not because I was injured. I highly recommend this PT center to anyone who needs it. It’s truly premier!

Experiencia fantástica: After two hip surgeries in a four-month span, I can tell you that Premier Rehabilitation in Frandor is absolutely the best Physical Therapy one could hope for. The staff are kind, pleasant, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. But most importantly, they care. Zach Bepler has an innate ability to pinpoint causes of pain and astutely assesses therapy to address underlying issues. His ability to mentally chart my progress is aided by Josie who does an excellent job keeping track of detailed progress and what works best for the patient. When I was raving about how good Premier Rehabilitation was to my surgeon at my 4-month follow up appointment, he said, "that's who I've used myself when I had an injury. Experiencia fantástica: I had been struggling with shoulder pain on/off for over 2 years. PT, MRI, Injections. Nothing resolved the issue long term. Then Michigan Orthopedic Center in Lansing referred me to Premier Rehabilitation in Frandor. The experience here was clearly not like any PT I have had before. Dan's approach helped me improve my strength and eliminate the ongoing issues I had been struggling with in just a few short weeks time. The whole staff is friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to Dan Fryc for doing what I was beginning to think was impossible!. :)

Therapist are so knowledgeable and clearly explain the workings of the muscle, tendons etc. and how the exercises they show you will help you recover as quickly and as safe as possible. After several months of manipulation I graduated this past week and the major pain I was suffering is gone and I can manage continued therapy at home. I've experienced many sports related injuries throughout my career and have seen many physical therapists over the years, but none match Khristine Kirkbride. She takes the time to first listen and communicate with her client. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring and a true professional. Khristine, truly stands out above the rest. Experiencia fantástica: This company and it's individualized approach to physical therapy for each person's needs is FANTASTIC! My therapist, Dan Fryc, was excellent, kind and a good communicator. I had a hip replacement and needed therapy to get back to my normal activities. He made sure that each session focused on how my whole body needed to recover from the pre-surgery problems and healing from the surgery. Thanks to his careful attention to details my pain was relieved and my strength grew from each session. I always went home feeling better, stronger, and more capable than when I walked in. I won't use any other physical therapy company again!

Their hands on approach has been by far the most effective form of rehabilitation I have ever experienced. I won't go anywhere else now. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Premier Rehabilitation (late fall and winter 2021-22) following rotator cuff surgery. I had full thickness tears of supraspinatus, anterior infraspinatus, and subcapularis tendons. Dan Fryc was my therapist (frandor location). He was excellent. He was friendly, listened to my concerns, and addressed everything appropriately. I am now doing well and have my flexibility and strength back. Thank you Dan! I also went to Premier Rehabilitation (Holt location) in 2018-2919 following total knee replacement surgeries. My therapist was Jeff Cook. He was excellent and my knees feel great! I highly recommend Premier Rehabilitation for all your PT needs. Additionally, the receptionists are friendly and very helpful. They also have excellent cleaning and social distancing procedures in place. A win win!

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Premier PT after a poor experience elsewhere. By that point, I was 18 months post shoulder surgery, had had several injections, and was facing a possible second surgery. By all metrics I was a "difficult case" and was feeling pretty pessimistic about things. After working with Jeff and Zach at Premier PT for just a few months, I have regained full function of my shoulder without pain. Their expertise in manual muscular therapy and targeted strengthening exercises proved to be exactly what was needed. They took time to figure out the source of my problem and were patient in adapting to how my shoulder responded to treatment. On top of that, they dealt with my insurance when it tried to limit covering my visits - not having to deal with that stress myself was super helpful. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and I'd highly recommend Premier PT.

I've been to a number of places for PT but never received the kind of care that they provide here. My therapist, Zach, did more than put me through exercises that I could do on my own. Their approach at PR is more hands-on than those I've experienced before. Zach worked on muscles and movement and explained what he was doing and why. I know where I will request PT should I need it again in the future!

Experiencia fantástica: Premier Rehabilitation - in the person of Zach Bepler, DPT - worked wonders on my damaged shoulder. I injured it in November playing tennis, and was unable to use the arm without significant pain and limitation, and completely unable to play tennis. A sports medicine doc in Ann Arbor recommended 12 weeks of PT before deciding on surgery. An orthopedic surgeon friend in East Lansing recommended Premier as "the best around". I was fortunate to be assigned to Zach who worked on the shoulder a couple of times a week, with progressively more challenging exercises. Zach knew exactly what I was trying to achieve in terms of getting back on the court, and he indicated that it would be slow going but also expressed confidence in the eventual success if I stuck with it. Halfway through the PT I was convinced I would not play tennis again without first having surgery to repair the shoulder. Zach had me stay the course and built in tough but highly effective exercises. About 12 weeks in the shoulder started to regain range of movement and stability, and by 13 weeks I was able to get back on the court and play a couple of times a week at my previous level of performance. I'm grateful, and very impressed with the excellent treatment from Zach.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had TMJ sense about 2014. I was sent to a jaw specialist who helped reconstruct all of my teeth. Everything was good till about 2016. Then my specialist retired and my dentist started doing what he did. In 2020 my jaw got worse. I was sent to my doctor and she sent me to PT for my neck and jaw. The cool thing is Khristine was my PT and she also had TMJ! She knew what I was going through and was on a mission to get everything to feeling better for me!! There were a couple bumps in the road sense I have dealt with this for so many years but that never stopped her. She was so determined to help get my jaw and neck better! She always welcomed me with a smile even though you couldn't really see it with masks on and asked how everything was feeling. If anything bothered me she would work specifically on that spot to make it feel much better! Today I graduated therapy and everything is 100% better! I can't thank her enough for all of her amazing work!!

They actually know how to manage hypermobility. Their approach is very hands on. You aren't going to come in and just do exercises you could do at home. My pain level has decreased, my knowledge has increased! Very smart, competent, and caring crew.

Khristine always made sure I was doing what she gave me to do correctly. She wanted to be sure I didn’t have too much, but that I was making progress. Exceptional patient care! Watching the other therapists when I was there, I saw them doing an awesome job with their patients also. I never dreaded going for my appointments. Looked forward to going & made great progress!!! The therapists never just turn you over to students. I never saw any workers there on their cell phones nor do they stand around talking. They are there for their patients!!!
