Experiencia fantástica: The Staff is amazing and welcoming! Our therapist Nichole made up feel comfortable and explained each step she was taking and how it would benefit my 13 year old athlete. The office has a good, open, organized space. They explained everything, including the billing, upfront and in a manner that was easy to understand and follow. I’d recommend anyone to use this facility on Snow Road in Lansing.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best place so far I have been that knows my child needs and can accommodate them. The receptionist is amazing and so was the former Ot and current Ot and the speech therapists are amazing as well. If you need somewhere to go to get assistance with therapy this is the place. I have a kiddo that has a mood that differ day to day and they can adjust to it I love it.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter has attended Fyzical since July 2022. We recently moved to the area and this facility was recommended by my daughter’s pediatrician. She attends speech, physical therapy and occupational therapy. All 3 therapies have been great for my daughter but I must really give a special thank you to my daughter’s occupational therapist Kirsten. Since day one she has been understanding, supportive and kind. My daughter absolutely adores her. Kirsten is not only fantastic with kids but also LISTENS to my concerns as a parent. Most therapists that I have come across over the years have easily dismissed me because I am not a professional like they are. Which I understand but hey I am the mom after all. I should be taken a little seriously. Kirsten listens to what I have to say and provides either feedback or tips that I can do at home. My daughter also struggles greatly with eating. She has eaten the same 6 things for 3 years. Kirsten took it upon herself to take another course for pediatric feeding (which blew my mind!!) and shared a new method with my daughter and I that we have been also applying at home. We have been applying this method for about 3 months now and there has been huge progress with my daughter trying new foods! It’s been incredible! We have been to 2 other OT’s prior to seeing Kirsten and neither of them ever 1. Got my daughter to try any new foods and 2. Took a course to specifically help my daughter and other patients of hers with feeding issues! Kirsten cares more than any other therapist I have ever met. My daughter gets excited to see all three of her therapists at fyzical. They’re all great. Obviously Kirsten is our favorite but shhhh :) my daughter and I have never been treated unfairly by anyone there. Caitlin the front desk woman is always a pleasure and super helpful with insurance matters. The entire staff is great. I highly recommend Fyzical for your child and their therapies!

Experiencia negativa: Every time I go in there is no receptionist. I went there a wile back for spurs. They were nice and great. so I needed some therapy done with my knees I went in and again no receptionist. I waited for a wile and a client come in two girls from the back came out looked at me and never asked if I needed anything or help But took the other people back. I heard voices so I peeked around but still no one so I left after a couple minutes waiting

Experiencia fantástica: I really enjoy going to physical therapy at Fyzical Delta! Nichole is AWESOME and Shawn is GREAT AS WELL. They are both exceptionally patient working with children...like myself! I couldn't have asked for better physical therapy team. Thank you!!!
