Experiencia negativa: I was having phone issues but I experienced the Rudest woman I have encountered on the phone! She was short and abrasive. She even went so far as to say “I don’t have time to for this” when I was attempting to provide my information. I have no idea if the service is good but the administrative person was not. I don’t know if I lost service or she hung up!
