Experiencia negativa: Arriving at Hope Network on August 28th was a significant decision. Upon arrival, we discovered that the staff was unfamiliar with the GJ tube, so we had to instruct them on its use. While we were open to working with them and found the staff to be kind and understanding, they lacked the medical expertise needed to care for a sick patient. There were numerous delays – his medical supplies were delayed by 2 months, the bed was not suitable for his height, and the bathroom commode chair was broken. The splint for his hand was ineffective, and despite requesting a new one upon arrival, it never arrived. The same issue occurred with the brace for his foot. But really, they were trying to secure payment before delivering any equipment and medical supplies, which is crazy. Appointments were promised but never scheduled, and referrals were not completed. We even had to purchase briefs and wipes ourselves. On a positive note, the PT, OT, and speech therapy services were exceptional. The therapists were amazing and very understanding. However, despite claims of having a nurse on-site, we only saw her two or three times, with the LPN, who was amazing, being more present, which was odd. The most glaring issue was the lack of communication. The higher-ups at the facility seemed more focused on guardianship and power of attorney than on patient care, which was concerning. I would recommend Hope Network for outpatient PT, OT, and speech therapy, but not for residential care. The afternoon shift worker openly admitted to having bad days and being unable to handle my son, which was disheartening. Why hire people who don't want to care for patients and can't even handle helping them move around or change them? That’s very wrong. The final straw for us choosing to leave Hope Network was case management. Everything about her work was a delay, and she did not know what she was doing at all. Hope Network needs a complete overhaul. Hope Network can prioritize patient care over administrative tasks by implementing a few key changes: 1. Enhanced Training: Ensure all staff are thoroughly trained in medical procedures, including the use of specialized equipment like the GJ tube. This helps reduce the burden on patients and families to provide instructions. 2. Streamlined Supply Chain: Improve the efficiency of medical supply delivery to avoid delays. Having a reliable system in place ensures that patients have the necessary equipment and supplies on time. 3. Effective Communication: Foster better communication between staff, patients, and families. Regular updates and clear channels for feedback can help address issues promptly. 4. Dedicated Medical Staff: Increase the presence of qualified medical professionals, such as nurses, to provide consistent care. This can prevent reliance on less qualified staff for critical tasks. 5. Patient-Centric Policies: Shift focus from administrative formalities, like guardianship and power of attorney, to the immediate needs of patients. This includes scheduling appointments and completing referrals without unnecessary delays. 6. Supportive Environment: Hire staff who are genuinely passionate about patient care. Providing ongoing support and training can help maintain a motivated and capable workforce. 7. Efficient Case Management: Improve the efficiency and competency of case managers to ensure that all aspects of patient care are handled promptly and effectively. By making these changes, Hope Network can create a more patient-focused environment, ensuring that administrative tasks do not overshadow the quality of care provided. And thank you from the bottom of our hearts who genuinely cared about our loved one you guys know who you are we appreciate every thing you guys have done for us.

Experiencia fantástica: The Hope Network staff were beacons of light during one of the most challenging times in my life. They were patient, kind and excellent in their respective disciplines. The constant support and push to set and achieve my rehabilitation goals, after the accident, was the greatest part of working with the staff. Rachel, Chrissy, Joel, Beverly and Dr. Gebara and the others, helped focus my efforts and created a plan that put me on the path of healing and restoration.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing place, amazing people. I was in inpatient rehabilitation for 6 months after a traumatic accident, once discharged from the hospital. I had to relearn how to walk, communicate, dress, and remember things, while healing at a place that offered exactly what I needed to recover from a horrifying, lifechanging experience. The staff is passionate, caring, knowledgeable, and understanding. Felt like a second family. I'm thankful I was sent to Hope, because I wouldn't have recovered as well anywhere else. They gently yet sternly pushed me when I wanted to give up. Seeing & being with other accident victims motivated me into doing what I thought was impossible. Seeing my paralyzed friends stand again was encouraging. Patients heal together and relearn things together, providing extra support for hard things that we have to overcome. Staff is amazing. Everything they do is because they actually care about you as a person and want you to be the best version of your "new" self, no matter what the damage to your body & brain is. I highly recommend Hope...they give hope to the hopeless.

Experiencia fantástica: I have thanked God for Hope Network many times. After my accident I had to relearn everything. I have been gone from there 2 yrs now and I still think of this place. I had become somewhat attached to most of the staff. They are so fantastic. If I had to be in a rehabilitation center I am so very thankful that they were there.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience was absolutely wonderful! Staff was extremely knowledgeable and treated me with kindness, understanding and respect. I always felt like they truly cared about me and how I was feeling and progressing. I want to give them all a heartfelt thanks, from the bottom of my heart in helping me get back to feeling like myself again! You are all truly wonderful people!

Experiencia positiva: February 2009 I was given 3 weeks inpatient transitional care with Hope Network. It was fine. From what I can remember. However in 2014 Hope Rehab Network laid off/forced into retirement a good friend of mine who will remain unnamed here. They were rude about doing it. I think they were unprofessional. They did not return this person's calls for a week just before Hope lopped off his/her head professionally.
